The data validation results were as follows:
46.5 g of linoleic acid, 0.9 g of linseed oil and 0.6 g of perilla oil
Total linolenic acid content is 5.28 g soybean oil, 3.12 g linseed oil and 3.6 g perilla oil 12 g
The verification proves that 48 g of linoleic acid, 12 g of linolenic acid and 4:1 meet the requirements.
In conclusion, the three oils of each batch vary in the ratio of linoleic acid and linolenic acid due to the different production areas of the raw materials, but the content of linoleic acid and linolenic acid is kept constant in the ratio of 4: 1.
In conclusion, compared with the traditional preparation method of the blend oil, the preparation method of the blend oil fatty acid provided by the invention is a production process for determining the weight ratio of the traditional blend oil, and the contents of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in the edible oil are different regardless of the proportion balance of the fatty acid.
The other two edible oils, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, whose essential fatty acids are linoleic acid and linolenic acid equal to 4:1, are completely different, and the percentage content of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in the three edible oils is firstly detected, and two percentages are actually needed to be determined in determining the weight percentage. calculating the total content of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in each variety, adding the linoleic acid and the linolenic acid in the three kinds of oil to obtain the total content of the linoleic acid and the linolenic acid, and dividing the total content of the linoleic acid by the total content of the linolenic acid to ensure that the proportion is equal to 4: 1;
