The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the application.
A dispenser 10 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, a dispenser 10 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present application includes: the body 100, the housing 200, and the retaining ring 310.
Specifically, the body 100 defines a receiving chamber 101 therein, the body 100 is provided with a mounting post 130, and an end wall of the mounting post 130 is provided with an inner delivery opening 141. For example, the body 100 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, the body 100 includes a front cover 110 and a rear cover 120, the front cover 110 and the rear cover 120 are assembled together and define the accommodating chamber 101 together, the mounting post 130 is formed at the upper right corner of the body 100, the inner delivery opening 141 penetrates the front end wall of the mounting post 130, and the mounting post 130 extends in the front-rear direction and protrudes from the front cover 110.
The housing 200 has a locating post 230 and a locating flange 250 disposed about the locating post 230, the locating flange 250 being for abutment with the door body 20 of the dishwasher, the locating post 230 being nested with the mounting post 130. For example, the positioning post 230 may have a cylindrical shape, the positioning flange 250 may be formed by extending a portion of the positioning post 230 radially outward, and the mounting post 130 may be sleeved outside the positioning post 230, or the positioning post 230 may be sleeved outside the mounting post 130. Advantageously, the front surface of the positioning flange 250 may be curved to protrude forward to facilitate the flow of liquid along a curved surface.
The housing 200 is provided with an outer delivery port 201 penetrating in the front-rear direction, and the inner delivery port 141 communicates between the accommodation chamber 101 and the outer delivery port 201. The positioning ring 310 is used to fix one of the positioning post 230 and the mounting post 130, which is located at the outer side, to the door body 20 of the dishwasher, and a positioning sealing ring 360 is provided between the positioning ring 310 and the positioning flange 250. The positioning ring 310 may be provided with a positioning groove 312 on a side surface thereof facing the positioning flange 250, for example, the positioning groove 312 is located on a front end surface of the positioning ring 310 and extends along a circumferential direction of the positioning ring 310, and the positioning seal ring 360 is fitted in the positioning groove 312 and is pressed onto the door body 20 by the positioning ring 310, so that leakage of water and liquid consumables (for example, washing liquid) may be prevented. The positioning seal ring 360 may be a rubber member and have a rectangular cross section.
It will be appreciated that the outer one of the positioning post 230 and the mounting post 130 may be threaded with the positioning ring 310, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the sealing performance is improved. It is further understood that the positioning ring 310 fixing the positioning post 230 and the outer one of the mounting post 130 means that the mounting post 130 is screwed with the positioning ring 310 when the mounting post 130 is sleeved on the outer side of the positioning post 230; when the positioning post 230 is sleeved outside the mounting post 130, the positioning post 230 is in threaded connection with the positioning ring 310.
According to the dispenser 10 for the dish washer, according to the embodiment of the application, the positioning column 230 and the mounting column 130 are nested, the body 100 and the housing 200 are fixed on the door body 20 by the positioning flange 250 and the positioning ring 310, and the positioning sealing ring 360 is used for sealing, so that the leakage of water in the dish washer can be prevented, the leakage of liquid consumable in the accommodating cavity 101 can be prevented, and the tightness of the door body 20 and the dispenser 10 is ensured.
