Abstract
提供一种收发方法、收发装置，使得部分TLV流的收发变得简易。接收装置具备TLV流提取机构、IP获取机构、以及PLT提取机构，TLV流提取机构取得部分TLV流，IP获取机构从所述部分TLV流中提取包含NTP数据的TLV包，从所述TLV包中包含的UDP/IP包中获取IP地址，PLT提取机构使用所述IP地址来确定PLT。
