Description

Article delivery method, article delivery device, readable storage medium, and electronic apparatus
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of internet technologies, and in particular, to an article delivery method, an article delivery apparatus, a readable storage medium, and an electronic device.
Background
With the rapid development of internet technology, network applications such as express delivery, takeaway delivery, shared charge pal delivery and the like are widely popularized, and a user can place an order through a network, purchase required articles and deliver the articles to the user by a deliverer.
In some scenarios of logistics delivery of articles, a delivery link is an important link, and the delivery link mainly includes that a delivery person notifies a user to take articles downstairs, the delivery person waits for the user to take articles downstairs for delivery, and after the articles are successfully delivered to the user, the user and the delivery person respectively click to confirm completion of the delivery link.
However, in the delivery and delivery link, the situation is often complicated, for example, at some peak office buildings, due to security reasons, the deliverer cannot enter the building for delivery, and the delivery is performed at a fixed delivery location, so that many articles may be waiting for delivery at the same time, that is, a plurality of deliverers wait for a plurality of users. In this way, in a many-to-many scenario, since the user cannot accurately identify the deliverer who delivers the goods, and similarly, the deliverer cannot accurately identify the user who delivers the goods, the delivery link cannot be accurately and quickly completed, so that the goods delivery efficiency is low.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the related art, in order to identify a user of an article to be delivered, after arriving at a fixed delivery location, a distributor needs to call the mobile phone tail number or the name of the user with high voice to remind the user to find himself, and then delivers the article to the user to complete a delivery link. However, the delivery location is usually outdoors, the number of people at the delivery location is large, the user cannot hear the sound of the delivery person in time, the delivery cannot be completed quickly, and the delivery person and the user lack authentication before, and the delivery person may deliver the article to other users by mistake, so that the article delivery efficiency is low. In addition, the delivery experience is poor because the delivery of the goods can be realized by relying on the loud call of the delivery personnel.
In view of the above, the present disclosure provides an item delivery method, an item delivery apparatus, a readable storage medium, and an electronic device. According to the monitored broadcast signal of the user terminal used by the article receiving party of the article to be delivered, the article delivery state of the article to be delivered is updated, the delivery efficiency is improved, and the delivery experience is improved.
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to various delivery scenes, such as express delivery, takeaway delivery, shared charger delivery and the like. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating one implementation environment in accordance with an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the implementation environment may include a delivery capacity terminal 101 used by a delivery capacity, a user terminal 102 used by an item receiver of an item to be delivered, and a server 103. The delivery capacity may be a dispenser or a delivery device (e.g., a delivery robot, an unmanned delivery vehicle, an unmanned aerial vehicle, etc.). When the delivery capacity is a delivery person, the delivery capacity terminal 101 may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a notebook computer. When the distribution capacity is a distribution device, the distribution capacity terminal 101 may be the distribution device itself. The user terminal 102 is also a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a notebook computer. The server 103 may be a waybill management server, a cloud server, or the like. Both the delivery capability terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 are communicatively connected to the server 103, and may communicate using any of the methods such as 3G, 4G, 5G, NB-IOT, eMTC, LTE-a, and near field communication. In fig. 1, the distribution capacity terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 are illustrated as smartphones.
It should be noted that both the distribution capacity terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 may listen to each other for the broadcast transmitted by the other. When the broadcast is a bluetooth broadcast, the distribution capacity terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 are both configured with bluetooth modules for transmitting the broadcast and monitoring the broadcast of the other party.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of item delivery according to an exemplary embodiment. The method may be applied to the distribution capacity terminal 101 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps.
In step 201, a user terminal used by an item receiver of the item to be delivered is determined according to the monitored broadcast signal.
The broadcast may be transmitted by way of short-range wireless communication, such as bluetooth. As described above, in the case where the broadcast is transmitted by the bluetooth method, the distribution capacity terminal 101 is configured with a bluetooth module, and can listen to a bluetooth broadcast signal transmitted by another device through the bluetooth module. The distribution capacity terminal 101 may monitor the broadcast signal in real time or periodically.
Specifically, the broadcast signal may include feature information of the broadcast sender, where the feature information may include a mobile phone number, a user ID, an order number corresponding to the article to be delivered, and the like. Accordingly, the specific implementation of the user terminal 102 for determining the item receiver of the item to be delivered according to the monitored broadcast signal may be: characteristic information of a broadcast sender is extracted from a broadcast signal. In the case where the characteristic information of the sender matches the identity information of the item receiver, the sender of the broadcast is determined to be the user terminal 102.
It should be noted that, when receiving an order issued by a user terminal, the server 103 distributes the order to an appropriate distributor, and sends information related to the order to the distributor terminal while distributing the order to the distributor. The related information of the order may be identity information of the article receiving party (for example, a mobile phone number of the user, a user ID, an order number corresponding to the article to be delivered, and the like).
In this way, the distribution capacity terminal 101, upon listening to the broadcast signal, may parse the broadcast signal to extract the characteristic information of the broadcast sender, and then determine whether the extracted characteristic information of the broadcast sender matches the identity information of the article receiver. That is, it is determined whether the characteristic information of the broadcast sender is consistent with the identity information of the item receiver, and if so, it is determined that the broadcast sender is the user terminal 102 used by the item receiver of the item to be delivered. In this way, the user terminal 102 used by the item receiver that determines the item to be delivered through the broadcast signal can be accurately identified.
It should be noted that there may be a case where the feature information of a plurality of broadcast transmitters matches the identity information of a plurality of item receivers one to one. In practical applications, during peak hours, a plurality of items delivered by a single delivery person are delivered at the same location, and in this case, the delivery capacity terminal 101 may determine the user terminal 102 used by the item receiving side of the plurality of items to be delivered. For example, assuming that the delivery positions of the items a, B, and C delivered by the delivery capacity are the same and the item receiving side of each item is different, in this case, the delivery capacity determines the user terminal 102 used by the item receiving side of each of the three items. For ease of description, in this disclosure, only one delivery capacity is illustrated as delivering one item at one delivery location.
In step 202, the item delivery status of the item to be delivered is updated according to the broadcast signal of the user terminal.
In the present disclosure, the item delivery status may be a completed status and an unfinished status. After the user terminal 102 is determined in the above manner, the broadcast signal sent by the user terminal 102 may be monitored continuously, or the article delivery status of the article to be delivered may be updated based on the broadcast information sent by the user terminal 102 monitored in step 201.
By adopting the technical scheme, the article delivery state of the article to be delivered can be automatically updated according to the broadcast signal of the user terminal used by the article receiving party of the article to be delivered. Therefore, the goods delivery can be realized without calling the user name or the mobile phone tail number by a deliverer, the leakage of user information is avoided, and the goods delivery efficiency is improved. Moreover, the deliverer does not need to call by loud voice, and the delivery experience is improved.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method of item delivery according to another exemplary embodiment. The method may be applied to the user terminal 102 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps.
In step 301, it is determined whether the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered reaches the vicinity of the target delivery location for the item to be delivered.
Normally, when the delivery capacity has not reached the delivery position, the bluetooth module of the user terminal 102 is in the off state and does not transmit the broadcast signal, and when the delivery capacity is about to reach the delivery position, the user terminal 102 starts to transmit the broadcast signal. Thus, in step 301, the user terminal 102 first determines whether the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered reaches the vicinity of the target delivery location of the item to be delivered.
It should be noted that, typically, when a user places an order, the server 103 automatically sends the recommended delivery location to the user terminal 102 according to the delivery address selected by the user. For example, if the shipping address is the office of the administrative building 202, the server 103 may push the east door, west door, or south door of the administrative building to the user terminal 102 as the delivery location for the user to select. And if the user selects the east door of the administrative building, the east door of the administrative building is the target delivery position of the article to be delivered.
Specifically, an embodiment of determining whether the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered reaches the vicinity of the target delivery position of the item to be delivered may be: in the case where a prompt message indicating that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered has reached the vicinity of the target delivery position is received, the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered is determined to have reached the vicinity of the target delivery position of the item to be delivered, which is transmitted by the delivery capacity terminal 101.
For example, the distribution capacity terminal 101 may determine whether it reaches a preset area around the target delivery location of the item to be delivered during the distribution process. When the server 103 distributes the order to the distribution capacity of the distribution capacity terminal 101, the target delivery position selected by the user of the order may be sent to the distribution capacity terminal 101, and the distribution capacity terminal 101 may determine the current position information of the distribution capacity terminal 101 by Positioning according to a Global Positioning System (GPS) or by Positioning according to bluetooth broadcast signals sent by at least three monitored devices during distribution. And then, determining whether the current position information is located in a preset area around the target delivery position, if so, determining that the distribution capacity terminal 101 reaches the preset area, otherwise, determining that the distribution capacity terminal does not reach the preset area. The preset area may be a circular area determined with a preset value as a radius centered on the target delivery position. In the case where it is determined that the delivery capacity terminal 101 has reached the preset area, a prompt message indicating that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered has reached the vicinity of the target delivery position is transmitted to the user terminal 102. In this way, the user terminal 102, upon receiving the prompt message sent by the delivery capacity terminal 101, can determine that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered reaches the vicinity of the target delivery position of the item to be delivered.
In step 302, a broadcast signal is transmitted in the event that it is determined that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered is within the vicinity of the target delivery location.
In the present disclosure, the user terminal 102 may automatically transmit a broadcast signal when determining that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered reaches the vicinity of the target delivery location, so that the delivery capacity terminal used by the delivery capacity updates the item delivery status of the item to be delivered according to the broadcast signal. For example, the bluetooth module may be automatically turned on to transmit a bluetooth broadcast signal. In addition, in one embodiment, the terminal 101 may send a prompt message by short message, so that when the user terminal 102 receives the prompt message, the user of the user terminal 102 may know that the delivery capacity of the article to be delivered has reached the vicinity of the target delivery position, and then the user of the user terminal 102 may approach the target delivery position, and then the user terminal 102 starts sending the broadcast signal when determining that the user has reached the vicinity of the target delivery position.
By adopting the technical scheme, under the condition that the delivery capacity of the article to be delivered reaches the position close to the target delivery position, the broadcast signal is sent, so that the delivery capacity terminal used by the delivery capacity updates the article delivery state of the article to be delivered according to the broadcast signal. Therefore, the goods delivery can be realized without calling the user name or the mobile phone tail number by a deliverer, the leakage of user information is avoided, the goods delivery efficiency is improved, and the delivery experience is improved. And only when the distribution capacity of the goods to be delivered reaches the position close to the target delivery position, the broadcast signal is sent, so that the electric quantity of the user terminal is saved.
To better describe the article delivery method provided by the present disclosure, a full embodiment is described below.
Fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating the interaction between a distribution capacity terminal 101 and a user terminal 102 in an item delivery method according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the following steps.
In step 401, the distribution capacity terminal 101 determines whether the distribution capacity terminal has reached a preset area around the target delivery location for the item to be delivered.
In step 402, the distribution capacity terminal 101 starts listening to the broadcast signal in case it is determined that the distribution capacity terminal reaches a preset area.
In one embodiment, the distribution capacity terminal 101 used for distributing capacity may listen to the broadcast signal at all times in order to maintain communication with the server 103 in real time. In another embodiment, the broadcast signal may be a bluetooth broadcast signal, which belongs to near field communication and has a propagation distance of about 10m to 20 m. If the distribution capacity terminal 101 is far away from the user terminal 102 (for example, greater than 20m), the broadcast signal sent by the user terminal 102 cannot be monitored, and at this time, in order to save power, the broadcast signal may not be monitored temporarily, and when the distribution capacity terminal 101 reaches a preset area, the broadcast signal may be monitored again. Thus, the broadcast signal can be monitored, and the electric quantity of the distribution capacity terminal 101 can be saved.
In step 403, the distribution capacity terminal 101 sends a prompt message to the user terminal 102 in case that it is determined that the distribution capacity terminal reaches the preset area. The prompting message is used to indicate that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered has reached the vicinity of the target delivery location.
It should be noted that the sequence of the above steps 402 and 403 is not limited. For example, the distribution capacity terminal 101 may start to monitor the broadcast signal and then send the prompt message to the user terminal 102, may also start to send the prompt message to the user terminal 102 and then start to monitor the broadcast signal (as shown in fig. 4), and may also execute step 402 and step 403 at the same time, and the present disclosure does not specifically limit the order of executing step 402 and step 403.
In step 404, the user terminal 102 transmits a broadcast signal upon receiving the alert message.
Further, in the case where the distribution capacity terminal 101 determines that the distribution capacity terminal 101 reaches the preset area, at least one of steps 405, 406, 407, 408 may be performed to assist the user in identifying the distribution capacity quickly and accurately or identifying the user quickly and accurately. In fig. 4, the steps 405 to 408 are illustrated as examples. It should be noted that, steps 405 to 408 do not have a sequence, and may be executed simultaneously, or may be executed sequentially according to a preset sequence.
In step 405, the distribution capacity terminal 101 controls the distribution equipment associated with the distribution capacity using the distribution capacity terminal to send out a prompt signal. The distribution device may be a helmet for distributing capacity, a transportation means (electric vehicle), an article box for holding articles, or the like. The cue signal may be an optical cue signal and/or an acoustic cue signal. Illustratively, the headlights of the vehicle controlling the distribution capacity blink, and/or the horn of the vehicle is controlled to emit an alarm signal, etc.
In step 406, the distribution capacity terminal 101 plays the preset content in voice. For example, the speaker of the distribution capacity terminal 101 is controlled to play the mobile phone tail number of the user terminal 102, or the name of the user using the user terminal 102.
In step 407, the distribution capacity terminal 101 sends the current location information of the distribution capacity terminal to the user terminal 102, so that the user terminal 102 acquires the current location information of the distribution capacity terminal 101 and displays the current location information of the distribution capacity terminal 101. The user of the user terminal 102 can then know the current location of the delivery capacity and arrive at that location to find the delivery capacity. For example, when receiving the current location information of the distribution capacity terminal 101, the user terminal 102 may display the current location information of the distribution capacity terminal 101 on the AR video interface, so that the user can quickly and accurately find the distribution capacity using the distribution capacity terminal 101 according to the indication in the AR video interface.
In step 408, the distribution capacity terminal 101 acquires and displays the current location information of the user terminal. The user terminal 102 may determine the current location information of the user terminal 102 according to the above-described manner of determining the current location information of the distribution capacity terminal 101. Also, the distribution capacity terminal 101 may acquire current location information of the user terminal 102 from the broadcast signal transmitted by the user terminal 102. For example, the distribution capacity terminal 101 may also display the current location information of the user terminal 102 on the AR video interface, so as to quickly and accurately find the user according to the indication in the AR video interface by using the distribution capacity of the distribution capacity terminal.
It should be noted that, in the case that step 407 and step 408 exist simultaneously, the user and the delivery capacity may be close to each other, so as to further improve the speed at which the user finds the delivery capacity, or the speed at which the delivery capacity finds the user, and improve the user experience.
Further, in order to ensure item delivery accuracy, steps 409 to 416 may also be included in the present disclosure.
In step 409, the user terminal 102 begins listening for broadcast signals upon determining that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered is within the vicinity of the target delivery location.
In the present disclosure, the user terminal 102 may also listen to the broadcast signal. To conserve power, the user terminal 102 may begin listening for the broadcast signal upon determining that the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered is within the vicinity of the target delivery location.
In step 410, a distribution capacity terminal used for the distribution capacity of the item to be delivered is determined according to the monitored broadcast signal.
The specific implementation of the delivery capacity terminal used for determining the delivery capacity of the item to be delivered according to the monitored broadcast signal is similar to the specific implementation of the user terminal used for determining the item receiving side of the item to be delivered in step 201 in fig. 2, and therefore details are not repeated here.
In step 411, in the case that the signal strength of the broadcast signal of the delivery capacity terminal is greater than the first preset signal strength threshold, a delivery initiation instruction is sent to the delivery capacity terminal.
In general, the closer the distribution capacity terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 are, the greater the signal strength of the broadcast signal of the distribution capacity terminal 101 monitored by the user terminal 102 is, so that if the signal strength of the broadcast signal of the distribution capacity terminal 101 is not greater than the first preset signal strength threshold, which indicates that the distance between the two is long, the distribution capacity cannot deliver the article to the user, and in order to avoid prematurely starting the delivery process, at this time, a delivery initiation instruction does not need to be sent to the distribution capacity terminal 101. When the signal strength of the broadcast signal of the distribution capacity terminal 101 is greater than the first preset signal strength threshold, the two terminals may be considered to be close to each other, and at this time, the user terminal 102 may send a delivery initiation instruction to the distribution capacity terminal 101, where the delivery initiation instruction may include Equipment information of the user terminal 102, and the Equipment information may include information such as an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), a terminal model, and the like.
In step 412, in response to receiving the delivery initiation instruction sent by the user terminal, the device information of the user terminal included in the delivery initiation instruction is verified.
When the server 103 allocates the order to the delivery capacity, the server may transmit the identification information of the item receiving side of the order to the delivery capacity terminal 101 used for the delivery capacity, and may transmit the device information of the terminal of the item receiving side to the delivery capacity terminal 101. In this way, after the distribution capacity terminal 101 acquires the device information of the user terminal 102, the device information of the user terminal 102 may be verified according to the device information of the terminal of the article receiving side sent by the server 103 to determine whether the user terminal 102 is the terminal of the article receiving side, if the device information of the user terminal 102 is consistent with the device information of the terminal of the article receiving side, the verification is passed, otherwise, the verification is not passed. And when the verification passes, step 413 is performed.
In step 413, identity information of the distribution capacity using the distribution capacity terminal is transmitted to the user terminal 102. The identity information of the delivery capacity may be an ID of the delivery capacity (for example, a number of the delivery capacity) or identification information of a delivery capacity terminal used by the delivery capacity.
In step 414, the user terminal 102 verifies the identity information in response to receiving the identity information of the delivery capacity sent by the delivery capacity terminal.
When the server 103 allocates the user's order to the delivery capacity, it transmits the identity information of the delivery capacity to the user terminal 102 used by the user. In this way, the user terminal 102, after receiving the identity information of the delivery capacity transmitted by the delivery capacity terminal 101, verifies the identity information. For example, if the identity information of the delivery capacity sent by the delivery capacity terminal 101 is consistent with the identity information of the delivery capacity sent by the server, the identity information of the delivery capacity is considered to pass the verification, otherwise, the verification is considered not to pass.
In step 415, the user terminal 102 sends a delivery confirmation instruction to the delivery capability terminal if the identity information is verified. The delivery confirmation instruction is used for indicating that an article receiving party of the article to be delivered agrees to deliver the article. When the identity information of the delivery capacity is verified, the server 103 is considered to assign the order to the delivery capacity, that is, the item delivered by the delivery capacity is the item purchased on the user line, and therefore, the user terminal 102 may send a delivery confirmation instruction to the delivery capacity terminal 101 so that the delivery capacity terminal 101 updates the item delivery status of the item to be delivered to completion.
In step 416, the distribution capacity terminal 101 updates the article delivery status of the article to be delivered to completion in response to receiving the delivery confirmation instruction sent by the user terminal.
By adopting the technical scheme, after the user terminal passes the verification of the identity information of the delivery capacity, the delivery capacity terminal updates the article delivery state of the article to be delivered to the delivery terminal, so that the delivery completion time of the delivery capacity counterfeiting can be avoided, the article delivery state is updated to the completion in advance, and the accuracy of the article delivery state is ensured. Moreover, the distribution capacity terminal verifies the identity information of the distribution capacity, so that the accuracy of article delivery is further improved.
To simplify the delivery process, in one embodiment, the item delivery status of the item to be delivered may be automatically updated to completion if the distribution capacity terminal 101 detects that the signal strength of the broadcast signal of the user terminal 102 is greater than a second preset signal strength threshold. The second preset signal strength threshold is greater than the first preset signal strength threshold, and when the signal strength of the broadcast signal of the user terminal 102 is greater than the second preset signal strength threshold, it may be determined that the user is very close to the delivery capacity, and in this case, the delivery capacity may deliver the article to the user, and at this time, the delivery capacity terminal 101 may directly update the article delivery state of the article to be delivered to the user.
In order to further improve the accuracy of the delivery of the article and avoid the delivery capacity from falsifying the broadcast signal or falsifying the identity information of the delivery capacity at the delivery capacity terminal 101, in the disclosure, if the identity information is verified, the user terminal 102 may also verify the delivery equipment associated with the delivery capacity before sending the delivery confirmation instruction to the delivery capacity terminal 101.
Specifically, device information of delivery devices associated with delivery capacities is first acquired. Wherein, the distribution device may be a helmet for distributing capacity, a transportation tool (electric vehicle), an article box for holding articles, and the like, and the device information may be IOT (Internet of Things) information, which may include: physical address of the device, signal strength, name, vendor information, etc. The distribution devices also have a function of transmitting broadcast signals, and the user terminal 102 acquires device information of the distribution devices by monitoring the broadcast signals transmitted by the distribution devices.
Then, the device information of the distribution device is verified. It should be noted that each delivery capacity is associated with its own delivery device, and the device information of the delivery device associated with each delivery capacity is different. After the server 103 allocates the order to the delivery capacity, the device information of the delivery device associated with the delivery capacity is transmitted to the user terminal 102, so that the user terminal 102 can verify the acquired device information of the delivery device according to the device information of the delivery device associated with the delivery capacity transmitted by the server. When the two are consistent, the verification is passed, and the verification of the other is not passed.
And finally, sending a delivery confirmation instruction to the delivery capacity terminal under the condition that the verification is passed.
By adopting the technical scheme, the delivery error caused by cheating of the delivery capacity can be effectively avoided by verifying the equipment information of the delivery equipment associated with the delivery capacity, and the accuracy of the delivery of the articles is further improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present disclosure also provides an article delivery device.
