The inner wall of the cabinet body 1 is adhered with a plurality of moisture-gathering cotton sheets 8 which correspond to the moisture-conducting rods 5, on one hand, the moisture-gathering cotton sheets 8 absorb moisture, condensation on the inner wall of the cabinet body 1 is effectively avoided, meanwhile, the moisture-absorbing area is increased, moisture at the positions of the moisture-conducting rods 5 is faster, gas is generated in the gas generating ring, the lower end parts of the moisture-gathering cotton sheets 8 are in contact with the moisture-conducting rods 5, the moisture-conducting rods 5 and the moisture-gathering cotton sheets 8 are made of water-absorbing materials, the water absorption of the moisture-conducting rods 5 is stronger than that of the moisture-gathering cotton sheets 8, after moisture is absorbed on the moisture-gathering cotton sheets 8, the moisture is gathered to the positions of the moisture-conducting rods 5, the moisture is spread to the inside of the gas generating ring, absorption and consumption of the moisture are effectively guaranteed, and condensation in the cabinet body 1 is effectively avoided.
