step two: adjusting the pose of the battery pieces to separate the unwelded welding strip section (6) between two adjacent battery pieces from the corresponding battery piece to form an included angle alpha;
step three: placing the elongated membrane strip (4) between the battery piece and the welding strip section (6) from the opening with the included angle alpha;
step four: releasing two ends of the membrane strip (4), and returning each battery piece on the battery string;
the first step and the second step are not in sequence.
2. The method for inserting film strips according to claim 1, wherein the step one is carried out, the film strips (4) are elongated, and the total length of the film strips (4) is slightly larger than the width of the battery string.
3. The method for interpenetrating a membrane strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step four is carried out by fixing the middle portion of the membrane strip (4) and then releasing the two ends of the membrane strip (4).
4. The method of inserting the film strip according to claim 1, wherein the film strip (4) is heated to attach the solder strip and the battery piece.
5. A device for inserting a film strip for carrying out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises:
the film distributing device (2) is arranged above the battery string and used for conveying and stretching the film strips (4);
the sheet arranging device (3) is arranged below the battery string and used for placing and pulling each battery sheet on the battery string;
wherein, the film distributing device (2) is provided with film plugging components (21) clamped at two ends of the film strip (4), and the sheet arranging device (3) is provided with a rotating module (31) which has the same number with the battery sheets and drives the battery sheets to adjust the pose;
the film plugging component (21) can move up and down relative to the battery string, and the piece arranging device (3) can drive the battery pieces to move back and forth in the length direction of the battery string.

The device for interpenetration of film strips according to claim 5, characterized in that the film distribution device (2) comprises: the Z-direction driving mechanism (20), a supporting beam (24) arranged at the moving end of the Z-direction driving mechanism (20), and a plug membrane assembly (21) connected below the supporting beam (24) through a connecting angle plate (214).

The device for inserting a film strip according to claim 6, wherein the film plugging assembly (21) comprises: the film strip clamping device comprises grippers (210) used for clamping or releasing two ends of a film strip (4), a driving sliding table (215) used for driving the grippers (210) at the two ends to approach or separate from each other, and a first clamping arm (212) and a second clamping arm (213) used for connecting the grippers (210) at the two ends with the moving end of the driving sliding table (215).

The device for inserting the film strips according to claim 7, wherein the support beam (24) is provided with a guide rail (22) which is arranged in parallel with the length direction of the battery string, and a slide block of the guide rail (22) is provided with a film separating mechanism (23) which can freely move along the guide rail (22).
9. The device for inserting film strips according to claim 8, wherein the film separating mechanism (23) comprises: a film grabbing hand (234) moving up and down, and a lifting drive (231) driving the film grabbing hand (234) to move up and down;
wherein, the lifting drive (231) is arranged on the slide block of the guide rail (22), and a plurality of groups of soft film suckers (233) for adsorbing the film strip (4) are arranged below the film grabbing hand (234).

The device for inserting the film strips according to claim 9, wherein the film separating mechanism (23) is mounted on a linear motor rotor (26) and runs between the grippers (210) at two ends, the middle section of the film strip (4) gripped by the gripper (234) moves to each gripper (210), and two end parts of the film strip (4) are placed between the clamping jaws of the grippers (210).

The device for inserting the film strip according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein a die assembly (25) is connected to the film plugging assembly (21), and the die assembly (25) comprises: a plurality of pressure heads (252) acting on the middle part of the membrane strip (4), a support rod (251) connected with each pressure head (252), and a die pressing cylinder (253) driving the pressure heads (252) to press down or move up; the fixed end of the die cylinder (253) is fixed on the first clamping arm (212) or the second clamping arm (213), and the power output end of the die cylinder (253) is connected with the support rod (251).

Device for interpenetration of film strips according to claim 5, characterized in that the sheet-arranging device (3) comprises: a plurality of rotating modules (31) arranged at the upper part of the piece arranging platform (34), an X-direction drive (33) and an X-direction guide rail (32) arranged at the lower part of the piece arranging platform (34); the X-direction guide rail (32) is arranged in parallel to the length direction of the battery string, the power output end of the X-direction drive (33) is connected to the lower portion of the sheet arranging platform (34), and the sheet arranging device (3) is driven to move in a reciprocating mode along the X-direction guide rail (32).

Device for interpenetration of a film strip according to claim 12, characterized in that said rotating module (31) comprises: the battery pack comprises a rotary platform (312) with a function of adsorbing battery pieces, a heating rod (315) arranged inside the rotary platform (312), and a rotary driving mechanism (314) for driving the rotary platform (312) to rotate around a rotating shaft (313) and reset.

The device for inserting the film strip according to claim 12, wherein each of the rotating modules (31) is installed on a same long guide rail (35) parallel to the length direction of the cell string, when the rotating modules (31) are in a horizontal state, the rotating modules (31) are arranged along the length direction of the cell string at a distance from adjacent cells, and after the rotating modules (31) rotate, the rotating modules (31) are close to each other in the length direction of the cell string.
