and determining content information, notice information and required time information of auxiliary processes among the processing process processes of the fabric order according to the second process information.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a fabric order scheduling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the fabric order scheduling apparatus shown in fig. 3 may further include:
the confirmation instruction receiving module 601 is configured to, after the scheduling module 303 schedules the material order according to the first process information and the second process information:
receiving a confirmation instruction of completion of the auxiliary process operation submitted by an operator;
and updating the processing state of the fabric order according to the confirmation instruction.
The fabric order scheduling apparatus shown in fig. 6 may include the scheduling rule information receiving module 401, the scheduling rule information modification request receiving module 402 in fig. 4, and the fabric order schedule modification request receiving module 501 in fig. 5.
Based on the aforementioned inventive concept, as shown in fig. 7, the present invention further provides a computer apparatus 700, which includes a memory 710, a processor 720, and a computer program 730 stored in the memory 710 and executable on the processor 720, wherein the processor 720 implements the aforementioned fabric order scheduling method when executing the computer program 730.
Based on the above inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program for executing the above fabric order scheduling method is stored.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention includes auxiliary non-process steps into the schedule, and obtains the processing plan information of the fabric order, where the processing plan information includes first process information of the processing process steps of the fabric order; determining die change information of the fabric order according to the processing plan information, wherein the die change information comprises second process information of auxiliary processes among processing technological processes of the fabric order; the fabric order is scheduled according to the first process information and the second process information, the scheduling comprises scheduling of processing process procedures of the fabric order and scheduling of auxiliary processes among the processing process procedures of the fabric order, auxiliary non-process procedures among the processing process procedures can be scheduled, the method is different from the existing process scheduling method which only schedules the process procedures, the accuracy of the scheduling of the fabric order procedures can be improved, the production quality of the fabric is improved, and the user experience is improved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in further detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (22)
1. A fabric order scheduling method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining processing plan information of a fabric order, wherein the processing plan information comprises first process information of a processing process of the fabric order;
determining die change information of the fabric order according to the processing plan information, wherein the die change information comprises second process information of auxiliary processes among processing technological processes of the fabric order;
and scheduling the fabric order according to the first process information and the second process information, wherein the scheduling comprises scheduling of the processing process of the fabric order and scheduling of auxiliary processes between the processing process of the fabric order.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the fabric order process comprises one or more of the following processes:
singeing, desizing, mercerizing, shaping, preshrinking, scouring and bleaching, cold pad-batch dyeing, cold pad-batch whitening, steaming, liquid ammonia, digital printing, loose washing, open washing, dewatering, scutching, sanding, calendering, fluffing, shearing and baking.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the auxiliary processes between the processing of the fabric order include one or more of the following auxiliary processes:
cleaning a machine table, lifting the temperature of a machine table oven, sampling, turning or packaging conversion of cropping, material changing and water changing.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein scheduling the material order based on the first process information and the second process information comprises:
inquiring first preset scheduling rule information corresponding to the first process information according to the first process information;
scheduling the processing process of the material order according to the first process information and the first preset scheduling rule information;
inquiring second preset scheduling rule information corresponding to the second process information according to the second process information;
and scheduling the auxiliary processes among the processing process processes of the material order according to the second process information and the second preset scheduling rule information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to scheduling the order for the material based on the first process information and the second process information, further comprising:
receiving first preset scheduling rule information preset by a planning customizing person, and storing the first preset scheduling rule information;
and/or receiving second preset scheduling rule information preset by the planning customizing personnel, and storing the second preset scheduling rule information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein storing the second predetermined scheduling rule information comprises: converting the second preset scheduling rule information into a rule judgment script which can be identified by a Drools rule engine, and storing the rule judgment script;
according to the second process information, inquiring second preset scheduling rule information corresponding to the second process information, wherein the second preset scheduling rule information comprises: inquiring the rule judgment script according to the second procedure information;
scheduling auxiliary processes among the processing technology processes of the material order according to the second process information and the second preset scheduling rule information, wherein the scheduling auxiliary processes include:
and calling a Drools rule engine to compile the rule judgment script, deducing the compiled rule judgment script through a RETE algorithm, and determining the schedule of auxiliary procedures among the processing technological procedures of the fabric order.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein after storing the second predetermined scheduling rule information, further comprising:
receiving a request for modifying the second preset scheduling rule information submitted by the planning personnel;
and modifying the stored second preset scheduling rule information according to the request.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein after scheduling the order for the material based on the first process information and the second process information, further comprising:
receiving a correction request for correcting the schedule of the fabric order submitted by a planning person;
and correcting the schedule of the fabric order according to the request.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein scheduling the material order based on the first process information and the second process information comprises:
and determining content information, notice information and required time information of auxiliary processes among the processing process processes of the fabric order according to the second process information.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein after scheduling the order for the material based on the first process information and the second process information, further comprising:
receiving a confirmation instruction of completion of the auxiliary process operation submitted by an operator;
and updating the processing state of the fabric order according to the confirmation instruction.
11. A fabric order scheduling device is characterized by comprising:
the processing plan information obtaining module is used for obtaining processing plan information of the fabric order, and the processing plan information comprises first process information of a processing process of the fabric order;
the die change information determining module is used for determining die change information of the fabric order according to the processing plan information, and the die change information comprises second process information of auxiliary processes among processing technological processes of the fabric order;
and the scheduling module is used for scheduling the fabric order according to the first process information and the second process information, wherein the scheduling comprises scheduling of processing procedures of the fabric order and scheduling of auxiliary procedures among the processing procedures of the fabric order.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the process sequence of the fabric order comprises one or more of the following process sequences:
singeing, desizing, mercerizing, shaping, preshrinking, scouring and bleaching, cold pad-batch dyeing, cold pad-batch whitening, steaming, liquid ammonia, digital printing, loose washing, open washing, dewatering, scutching, sanding, calendering, fluffing, shearing and baking.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the ancillary operations between the processing operations of the fabric order include one or more of the following ancillary operations:
cleaning a machine table, lifting the temperature of a machine table oven, sampling, turning or packaging conversion of cropping, material changing and water changing.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the scheduling module is specifically configured to:
inquiring first preset scheduling rule information corresponding to the first process information according to the first process information;
scheduling the processing process of the material order according to the first process information and the first preset scheduling rule information;
inquiring second preset scheduling rule information corresponding to the second process information according to the second process information;
and scheduling the auxiliary processes among the processing process processes of the material order according to the second process information and the second preset scheduling rule information.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising a scheduling rule information receiving module configured to, prior to the scheduling module scheduling the material order based on the first process information and the second process information:
receiving first preset scheduling rule information preset by a planning customizing person, and storing the first preset scheduling rule information;
and/or receiving second preset scheduling rule information preset by the planning customizing personnel, and storing the second preset scheduling rule information.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the scheduling rule information receiving module is specifically configured to:
converting the second preset scheduling rule information into a rule judgment script which can be identified by a Drools rule engine, and storing the rule judgment script;
the scheduling module is specifically configured to:
inquiring the rule judgment script according to the second procedure information;
and calling a Drools rule engine to compile the rule judgment script, deducing the compiled rule judgment script through a RETE algorithm, and determining the schedule of auxiliary procedures among the processing technological procedures of the fabric order.
17. The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising a scheduling rule information modification request receiving module for, after the scheduling rule information receiving module stores the second predetermined scheduling rule information:
receiving a request for modifying the second preset scheduling rule information submitted by the planning personnel;
and modifying the stored second preset scheduling rule information according to the request.
18. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising a fabric order scheduling modification request receiving module configured to, after the scheduling module schedules the fabric order based on the first process information and the second process information:
receiving a correction request for correcting the schedule of the fabric order submitted by a planning person;
and correcting the schedule of the fabric order according to the request.
19. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the scheduling module is specifically configured to:
and determining content information, notice information and required time information of auxiliary processes among the processing process processes of the fabric order according to the second process information.
20. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising a confirmation instruction receiving module for, after the scheduling module schedules the order for the material based on the first process information and the second process information:
receiving a confirmation instruction of completion of the auxiliary process operation submitted by an operator;
and updating the processing state of the fabric order according to the confirmation instruction.
21. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 when executing the computer program.
22. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
