In a possible implementation manner, after quality evaluation is performed on a part of an elevator, the cloud server determines that the quality evaluation result is that the quality is unqualified, that is, the fault rate or abnormal rate of the part is high, and the service life is short, so that model information or production lot number information of the part of the elevator is immediately obtained, and corresponding part replacement alarm information is generated. Certainly, the cloud server may also further obtain whether the quality evaluation result of a part of the same model or the same production lot number in another elevator is still unqualified after determining that the quality of the part is unqualified, for example, in an embodiment, the cloud server detects that the quantity of the part of the model or the production lot number which is unqualified reaches a preset quantity threshold value, so as to generate and feed back part replacement alarm information corresponding to the model information or the production lot number information of the part, for example, the part replacement alarm information may be fed back only to an elevator manufacturer manager, or the part replacement alarm information may be simultaneously pushed to all maintenance personnel corresponding to the elevator related to the part, so as to warn the elevator manufacturer, or prompt relevant maintenance personnel to replace the part in advance, so as to avoid the occurrence of frequent failure or abnormality, therefore, the use safety and stability of the elevator are effectively improved, the failure rate or abnormal rate of the elevator is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

Referring to fig. 4, based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides an elevator evaluation apparatus based on an cyber-physical system, the apparatus including: the first information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the part information of the elevator parts; the first information extraction unit is used for extracting evaluation information corresponding to the elevator part information from the part information, and the evaluation information comprises damage test information of the elevator part; the second information extraction unit is used for extracting historical sensing information and historical running information of the elevator parts from the part information; and the quality evaluation unit is used for generating a quality evaluation result of the elevator parts based on the evaluation information, the historical sensing information and the historical operation information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a status monitoring unit, where the status monitoring unit is configured to: acquiring the failure rate of the elevator components before generating the quality evaluation result of the elevator components; the quality assessment unit is further configured to: and generating a quality evaluation result of the elevator parts based on the evaluation information, the historical sensing information and the historical operation information under the condition that the fault rate is greater than a preset fault rate.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the historical sensing information includes historical electrical sensing information of the elevator component and historical weather sensing information of the vicinity of the elevator where the elevator component is located, and the quality evaluation unit includes: a first damage assessment module to determine first damage data for the elevator component based on the historical electrical sensing information and the damage test information; a second damage assessment module to determine second damage data for the elevator component based on the historical weather sensing information and the damage test information; a third damage assessment module to determine third damage data for the elevator component based on the historical operating information and the damage test information; a total damage determination module to generate total damage data for the elevator component based on the first damage data, the second damage data, and the third damage data; a quality assessment module to generate a quality assessment result for the elevator component based on the total damage data and a rated service life of the elevator component.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the quality evaluation module is configured to: determining an estimated service life of the elevator component based on the total damage data; judging whether a first difference value between the estimated service life and the rated service life is smaller than a preset deviation or not; generating a quality evaluation result with qualified quality under the condition that the first difference is less than or equal to the preset deviation; judging whether overproof parameter information exists in the historical sensing information and the historical operating information or not under the condition that the first difference is larger than the preset deviation; under the condition that the standard exceeding parameter information exists, correcting the estimated service life based on the standard exceeding parameter information to obtain the estimated service life after correction; obtaining a second difference value between the estimated service life after correction and the rated service life; under the condition that the second difference value is less than or equal to the preset deviation, generating a quality evaluation result with qualified quality, and generating and feeding back environment warning information; and generating a quality evaluation result with unqualified quality under the condition that the standard exceeding parameter information does not exist or the second difference is larger than the preset deviation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes an alarm unit, where the alarm unit is configured to: obtaining the model information or the production batch number information of the elevator parts under the condition that the quality evaluation result of the elevator parts is unqualified; generating part replacement alarm information corresponding to the model information or the production batch number information; and feeding back the part replacement alarm information.

An elevator evaluation method based on an information physical system is applied to a cloud server, and is characterized in that the cloud server is in real-time communication connection with a plurality of elevators, and each elevator executes elevator control operation based on a real-time control instruction of the cloud server, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring part information of elevator parts;
extracting evaluation information corresponding to the elevator parts from the part information, wherein the evaluation information comprises damage test information of the elevator parts;
extracting historical sensing information and historical operation information of the elevator components from the component information;
and generating a quality evaluation result of the elevator parts based on the evaluation information, the historical sensing information and the historical operation information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the failure rate of the elevator components before generating the quality evaluation result of the elevator components;
and generating a quality evaluation result of the elevator parts based on the evaluation information, the historical sensing information and the historical operation information under the condition that the fault rate is greater than a preset fault rate.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical sensory information includes historical electrical sensory information of the elevator component and historical weather sensory information of the elevator component in the vicinity of the elevator, and wherein generating the quality assessment result of the elevator component based on the evaluation information, the historical sensory information, and the historical operation information comprises:
determining first damage data for the elevator component based on the historical electrical sensing information and the damage test information;
determining second damage data for the elevator component based on the historical weather sensing information and the damage test information;
determining third damage data for the elevator component based on the historical operating information and the damage test information;
generating total damage data for the elevator component based on the first damage data, the second damage data, and the third damage data;
generating a quality assessment result for the elevator component based on the total damage data and a rated service life of the elevator component.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein generating a quality assessment result for the elevator component based on the total damage data and a rated service life of the elevator component comprises:
determining an estimated service life of the elevator component based on the total damage data;
judging whether a first difference value between the estimated service life and the rated service life is smaller than a preset deviation or not;
generating a quality evaluation result with qualified quality under the condition that the first difference is less than or equal to the preset deviation;
judging whether overproof parameter information exists in the historical sensing information and the historical operating information or not under the condition that the first difference is larger than the preset deviation;
under the condition that the standard exceeding parameter information exists, correcting the estimated service life based on the standard exceeding parameter information to obtain the estimated service life after correction;
obtaining a second difference value between the estimated service life after correction and the rated service life;
under the condition that the second difference value is less than or equal to the preset deviation, generating a quality evaluation result with qualified quality, and generating and feeding back environment warning information;
and generating a quality evaluation result with unqualified quality under the condition that the standard exceeding parameter information does not exist or the second difference is larger than the preset deviation.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining the model information or the production batch number information of the elevator parts under the condition that the quality evaluation result of the elevator parts is unqualified;
generating part replacement alarm information corresponding to the model information or the production batch number information;
and feeding back the part replacement alarm information.
6. An elevator evaluation apparatus based on an cyber-physical system, the apparatus comprising:
the first information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the part information of the elevator parts;
the first information extraction unit is used for extracting evaluation information corresponding to the elevator parts from the part information, and the evaluation information comprises damage test information of the elevator parts;
the second information extraction unit is used for extracting historical sensing information and historical running information of the elevator parts from the part information;
and the quality evaluation unit is used for generating a quality evaluation result of the elevator parts based on the evaluation information, the historical sensing information and the historical operation information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a status monitoring unit configured to:
acquiring the failure rate of the elevator components before generating the quality evaluation result of the elevator components;
the quality assessment unit is further configured to: and generating a quality evaluation result of the elevator parts based on the evaluation information, the historical sensing information and the historical operation information under the condition that the fault rate is greater than a preset fault rate.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the historical sensory information includes historical electrical sensory information of the elevator component and historical weather sensory information of the elevator component in the vicinity of the elevator, and wherein the quality assessment unit comprises:
a first damage assessment module to determine first damage data for the elevator component based on the historical electrical sensing information and the damage test information;
a second damage assessment module to determine second damage data for the elevator component based on the historical weather sensing information and the damage test information;
a third damage assessment module to determine third damage data for the elevator component based on the historical operating information and the damage test information;
a total damage determination module to generate total damage data for the elevator component based on the first damage data, the second damage data, and the third damage data;
a quality assessment module to generate a quality assessment result for the elevator component based on the total damage data and a rated service life of the elevator component.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the quality assessment module is configured to:
determining an estimated service life of the elevator component based on the total damage data;
judging whether a first difference value between the estimated service life and the rated service life is smaller than a preset deviation or not;
generating a quality evaluation result with qualified quality under the condition that the first difference is less than or equal to the preset deviation;
judging whether overproof parameter information exists in the historical sensing information and the historical operating information or not under the condition that the first difference is larger than the preset deviation;
under the condition that the standard exceeding parameter information exists, correcting the estimated service life based on the standard exceeding parameter information to obtain the estimated service life after correction;
obtaining a second difference value between the estimated service life after correction and the rated service life;
under the condition that the second difference value is less than or equal to the preset deviation, generating a quality evaluation result with qualified quality, and generating and feeding back environment warning information;
and generating a quality evaluation result with unqualified quality under the condition that the standard exceeding parameter information does not exist or the second difference is larger than the preset deviation.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising an alarm unit to:
obtaining the model information or the production batch number information of the elevator parts under the condition that the quality evaluation result of the elevator parts is unqualified;
generating part replacement alarm information corresponding to the model information or the production batch number information;
and feeding back the part replacement alarm information.
