the acquisition unit 301 is configured to acquire library position data of a target library position corresponding to the host;
a determining unit 302, configured to determine a data processing type of the target library bit based on the library bit data of the target library bit;

judging whether a target processing strategy matched with the abnormality reason of the abnormal bit machine exists in a preset processing strategy set or not based on the abnormality reason of the abnormal bit machine;
when judging that a target processing strategy exists in a preset processing strategy set, determining processing operation parameters corresponding to the abnormal bit machine according to the target processing strategy;

It can be seen that the device described in fig. 6 can be implemented by forming the reference parameters and the sampling parameters of the component system, detecting the operation parameters of each median, judging whether there is a median to be corrected which does not meet the preset data sampling conditions in all median, and if not, collecting the library position data of the target library position corresponding to each median; if the data exists, generating a correction coefficient corresponding to each median machine to be corrected, and executing a matched correction operation on the median machine to be corrected, wherein the data acquisition operation can be executed when the median machine meets the preset data sampling condition, so that the accuracy of acquiring the library data of each target library position by the median machine is ensured, the effectiveness of acquiring the library data by the median machine is ensured, and the condition that the data is invalid due to the fact that the accuracy of the acquired data by the median machine does not meet the requirement is effectively reduced; and the correction coefficient of each median machine to be corrected can be intelligently generated and the correction operation is executed, so that the accuracy and the intelligence of parameter correction of the median machine to be corrected can be improved, and the parameter correction of the distributed control system can be realized by carrying out parameter correction on each median machine to be corrected, so that the parameter correction of the whole distributed control system is not required, the efficiency of carrying out reference parameter correction and sampling precision correction on the distributed control system is improved, and the experience of a user using the distributed control system is improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the determining unit 304 is further configured to determine whether at least one new access module exists in the target bank corresponding to the central processing unit;
the median machine also includes:
an identifying unit 309, configured to perform a module identifying operation on each new access module when the judging unit 304 judges that the new access module exists in the target library corresponding to the central processing unit;
the acquisition unit 301 is further configured to acquire module information of each new access module;
and the updating unit 310 is configured to perform an updating operation on the library bit data of the target library bit corresponding to the bit machine according to the module information of each new access module.
Therefore, the device described in fig. 6 can determine whether a new access module exists in the target library corresponding to each central processing unit, if so, execute module identification operation on each new access module, execute update operation on the library bits of the target library corresponding to the central processing unit according to the acquired module information of the new access module, execute processing operations such as intelligent identification and intelligent registration on the newly accessed module, update the data of the target library where the new access module is located, and be beneficial to improving the management efficiency and convenience of each module in the chemical component capacity system and the management accuracy and intelligence of each module in the chemical component capacity system.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a distributed control system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the distributed control system includes a plurality of library bits, each library bit has a median corresponding thereto, and the median includes:
a memory 401 storing executable program codes;
a processor 402 coupled with the memory 401;
the processor 402 invokes the executable program code stored in the memory 401 to perform the steps in the data processing method of the coring component described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer storage medium which stores computer instructions for executing the steps in the data processing method for cell formation component described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the invention when the computer instructions are called.
Example six
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause a computer to perform the steps of the data processing method of cell-forming composition described in embodiment one or embodiment two.
Example seven
The embodiment of the invention discloses a distributed control system, which comprises a plurality of library bits, wherein each library bit is provided with a corresponding middle bit machine, and the distributed control system is used for executing the steps in the data processing method for the cell formation composition described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

Claims (11)

1. The distributed control system is used for realizing chemical composition control of an electric core, and comprises a plurality of library positions, each library position is provided with a corresponding middle position machine, wherein the middle position machine comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring library position data of a target library position corresponding to the bit machine;
a determining unit, configured to determine a data processing type of the target library bit based on the library bit data of the target library bit;
The determining unit is further configured to determine a data processing parameter of the target base bit based on base bit data of the target base bit corresponding to the bit machine and a data processing type of the target base bit;
and the execution unit is used for executing the data processing operation matched with the data processing parameters of the target library bit on the library bit data of the target library bit so as to obtain the data processing result of the target library bit.
2. The distributed control system of claim 1, wherein the acquisition unit is further configured to acquire target operational information of the median machine;
the median machine also includes:
the judging unit is used for judging whether abnormal median machines, of which the target operation information does not meet preset operation conditions, exist in all the median machines based on the target operation information of all the median machines;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the abnormal reasons that the abnormal median machine does not meet the preset running conditions for each abnormal median machine when the judging unit judges that the abnormal median machines exist in all the median machines;
the determining unit is further used for determining processing operation parameters of the abnormal bit machine based on the abnormal reason of the abnormal bit machine;
The execution unit is also used for executing the operation matched with the processing operation parameters of the abnormal bit machine.
3. The distributed control system of claim 2, wherein the median machine further comprises:
the uploading unit is used for uploading the data processing results of all the target library bits to the target upper computer so as to trigger the target upper computer to execute the following operations: generating a target processing result according to the data processing results of all the target library bits, generating data presentation information based on the target processing result, and transmitting the data presentation information to a preset docking system so that the docking system executes control operation on each target library bit according to the data presentation information; wherein the data presentation information comprises data processing results of at least one of the target library bits.
4. A distributed control system according to claim 3, wherein the determining unit determines, based on the cause of the abnormality of the abnormal bit machine, a specific manner of processing operation parameters corresponding to the abnormal bit machine includes:
judging whether a target processing strategy matched with the abnormality reason of the abnormal bit machine exists in a preset processing strategy set or not based on the abnormality reason of the abnormal bit machine;
When the target processing strategy exists in the preset processing strategy set, determining processing operation parameters corresponding to the abnormal bit machine according to the target processing strategy;
when the fact that the target processing strategy does not exist in the preset processing strategy set is judged, generating a target processing strategy of the abnormal median based on the abnormal reason of the abnormal median, and determining the processing operation parameters corresponding to the abnormal median according to the target processing strategy of the abnormal median.

A distributed control system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein each of the target library locations comprises at least one target module, and the acquisition unit is further configured to acquire module operation data of each of the target modules included in the target library location corresponding to the central processing unit;
the median machine also includes:
the generating unit is used for generating a module operation result of each target module based on the module operation data of the target module; generating a module analysis result of the target library corresponding to the median according to the module operation result of each target module included in the target library corresponding to the median; the module analysis result is used for representing the module operation condition of each target module included in the target library position corresponding to the bit machine.

The distributed control system of claim 5, wherein the determining unit is further configured to determine, for each of the median machines, a reference parameter of the chemical composition system and a sampling parameter of the chemical composition system before the collecting unit collects a base bit data of a target base bit corresponding to the median machine, the sampling parameter including a sampling precision parameter;
the median machine also includes:
the detection unit is used for detecting the operation parameters of each median machine;
the judging unit is further configured to judge whether all the median machines exist to be corrected that do not satisfy a preset data sampling condition according to an operation parameter of each median machine; when judging that the median to be corrected does not exist in all the median, triggering the acquisition unit to execute the operation of acquiring the library position data of the target library position corresponding to each median;
the generating unit is further configured to generate, for each median machine to be corrected, a correction coefficient corresponding to the median machine to be corrected according to the reference parameter, the sampling precision parameter, and an operation parameter of the median machine to be corrected when the judging unit judges that the median machine to be corrected exists in all the median machines to be corrected;
The execution unit is also used for executing correction operation matched with the correction coefficient corresponding to the middle position machine to be corrected on the middle position machine to be corrected; wherein the correction coefficient comprises a voltage correction coefficient and/or a current sampling precision correction coefficient.
7. The distributed control system according to claim 5, wherein the determining unit is further configured to determine whether at least one new access module exists in the target bank corresponding to the central processing unit;
the median machine also includes:
the identification unit is used for executing module identification operation on each new access module when the judgment unit judges that the new access module exists in the target library position corresponding to the central processing unit;
the acquisition unit is also used for acquiring module information of each new access module;
and the updating unit is used for executing updating operation on the library bit data of the target library bit corresponding to the bit machine according to the module information of each new access module.

The method is applied to a distributed control system, wherein the distributed control system is used for realizing the chemical composition control of the battery cells, and comprises a plurality of library bits, each library bit is provided with a corresponding middle bit machine, and the method comprises the following steps:
For each middle position machine, collecting the library position data of the target library position corresponding to the middle position machine, and determining the data processing type of the target library position based on the library position data of the target library position;
and for each middle position machine, determining the data processing parameters of the target library bit based on the library bit data of the target library bit corresponding to the middle position machine and the data processing type of the target library bit, and executing the data processing operation matched with the data processing parameters of the target library bit on the library bit data of the target library bit to obtain the data processing result of the target library bit.
9. A distributed control system, wherein the distributed control system includes a plurality of library bits, each library bit having a median corresponding thereto, the median comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled to the memory;
the processor invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the data processing method of the cell-forming composition of claim 8.
10. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, are operable to perform the data processing method of the cell-forming composition of claim 8.
11. A distributed control system comprising a plurality of library bits, each of the library bits having a corresponding bit machine, the distributed control system configured to perform the data processing method of the cell analysis component of claim 8.
