Background
Along with the application of the automatic production line of the power battery, how to improve the formation and capacity-dividing efficiency is also more and more important. In practical application, the battery cell of the lithium battery must be charged and activated after the assembly is completed, and the first charging process of the battery cell is called formation, and is used for activating the active material in the battery cell to generate an SEI film (i.e. SolidElectrolyte Interface, solid electrolyte interface film). The battery cells are subjected to formation and then are subjected to capacity division, and the capacity division is to charge and discharge the formed battery cells so as to detect the performance of the battery cells, so that the battery cells are conveniently graded and assembled according to the capacity.
In the process of forming and dividing the battery cell, different types of data are required to be acquired through different types of sensors, so that effective management of the process of forming and dividing the battery cell is facilitated, and in addition, the types of the sensors are various, so that the types of the sensors are required to be accurately identified. The existing sensor type identification mode mainly comprises that an identification port of a sensor can only identify one sensor type, the identification convenience of the sensor type is low, and only when the sensor type accessed to the identification port is matched with the sensor type allowed to be accessed by the identification port, the related data acquired in the process of dividing the battery cell into components is accurate, however, whether the sensor type accessed to the identification port is accurate or not can only be judged by manual analysis of staff at present, the identification efficiency is low, and the identification accuracy is low.
