Description

Virtual bus card online repairing method and device and server
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronics, in particular to a virtual bus card online repair method and device and a server.
Background
The virtual bus card application is a JavaCardApplet and runs in a security module of the mobile phone. The operating environment of the security module is completely independent of the operating system of the handset. The mobile phone operating system can play the role of a card reader, and actively sends instructions to access and read and write virtual bus card application. The virtual bus card application can actively inform the mobile phone operating system of data interaction in a mode of sending transaction events (HCI events).
At present, a virtual bus card realized according to the traffic card specification of the traffic department can be used on public traffic equipment of all cities with the interconnecting and intercommunicating function of the traffic department, namely, a bus card issued by a certain city can be swiped in other cities supporting the interconnecting and intercommunicating. When a user carries a bus card in a city A to a city B for business trip or travel and uses the bus card to take a bus, the user can swipe the card on the bus but miss swiping the card when getting off the bus or swipe the card when entering a subway station and miss swiping the card when getting off the station due to an accident condition. When the situation occurs, the user needs to find service desk service staff for solving the problem by swiping the card, and the in-and-out state of the card can be modified into a normal state. If the station-in and station-out state is not repaired locally, the card cannot be used any more after returning to city A, and cannot be repaired by local service desk customer service personnel, because the station-in data stored in the card is data of city B, and city A has no processing capacity of related data. When the situation is met, the virtual bus card of the user needs to be discarded, deleted and opened again. This causes inconvenience to the user.
In addition, some cities still issue bus cards implemented according to their own specifications, and the buses have not migrated to the specification system of the department of transportation. In the public transport card of the city, the use of a user password PIN may exist. Although the user does not need to input the password PIN before taking a bus or recharging the bus card in the using process of the user, the default PIN can be verified during data communication between the terminal and the card in the taking process or the recharging process, and then the transaction is continued. And if the virtual bus card user frequently comes and goes to the city, a virtual bus card of the city can be opened, and daily travel is facilitated. However, the user may forget to set the currently activated virtual bus card as the bus card in the city before using the bus card, which may cause a phenomenon that the user holds the bus card in the city B and swipes the card on the terminal machine in the city a. The terminal machine initiates authentication according to a preset password PIN, but the authentication fails at the moment, so that the user fails to swipe the card. If the user retries to swipe the card more than three times at this time, the password is locked, so that the user cannot continue to use the bus card even if returning to city B. The service network point where the user must carry the bus card to the bus card is manually processed. Therefore, the existing virtual bus card does not support the on-line automatic repair function, once the virtual bus card is abnormal, a user can only manually process the virtual bus card to a corresponding service network, the process is complicated, and the user experience is poor.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart provided by an embodiment of an online repair method for a virtual bus card according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for repairing a virtual bus card online in this embodiment includes:
s11: monitoring the running information of the virtual bus card;
further, the operation information of the virtual bus card comprises:
the state information and the operation data information of the virtual bus card;
s12: judging whether the virtual bus card runs abnormally according to the running information;
s13: when the virtual bus card runs abnormally, determining an abnormal type, and reporting the abnormal type and corresponding virtual bus card information to a server so that the server repairs the virtual bus card according to the abnormal type.
Further, the exception type includes: status exceptions and data exceptions.
Further, reporting the abnormal type and the corresponding virtual bus card information to a server includes:
informing the abnormal type and the corresponding virtual bus card information to a specific application of a client in a transaction event mode;
after receiving the event notification, the specific application of the client forwards the received abnormal type and the virtual bus card information to an external server.
Further, before reporting the abnormal type and the corresponding virtual bus card information to a server, the method further includes:
sending inquiry information to a user to judge whether the user agrees to execute an abnormal repairing process;
when the user agrees to execute the abnormal repair process, feedback information input by the user is obtained, and the feedback information, the abnormal type and the corresponding virtual bus card information are reported to a server;
the feedback information at least includes: the station where the card enters or exits for the last time, and the time of the last entering or exiting. The state of the virtual bus card is restored by combining the feedback information of the user, so that the economic loss of a bus card company is avoided as much as possible, and convenience can be provided for the user.
According to the method, when the user of the virtual bus card encounters a problem in the using process, the virtual bus card application and the mobile wallet client cooperate to actively discover the abnormality and actively request the server to repair the abnormality. After receiving the request of abnormal repair, the server judges the problems of the virtual bus card according to the abnormal information reported by the client and the feedback of the user, and issues instructions to the client to repair the virtual bus card aiming at the problems.
Specifically, the virtual bus card application described in this embodiment should have an abnormality detection capability. The types of anomalies are divided into two categories: the state of the virtual bus card is abnormal and the data of the virtual bus card is abnormal.
A state anomaly may be detected by a change in state. Such as the locked state of the virtual bus card application. When the locking state is unlocked, the virtual bus card can be selected and used. However, if the number of consecutive errors exceeds three times during data updating, the virtual bus card is automatically changed to the locked state. The virtual bus card application may detect a state change when such trigger conditions are met. In the same way, the PIN state of the virtual bus card is changed into the locked state because the number of times of contact execution PIN verification failure exceeds three times. The virtual bus card application may detect a change in the PIN status.
The data exception can cause the card swiping transaction of the virtual bus card to fail. The virtual bus card application can record that after the card is selected each time, the deduction instruction sent by the card reading terminal is not continuously received after the transaction data of the bus card is read. The virtual bus card application may record such conditions as an abnormal transaction, i.e., a card swipe failure transaction. In order to improve the accuracy, the virtual card may record that the phenomenon occurs for a specified number of consecutive times (for example, three times), and then determine that the data is abnormal.
When the virtual bus card application detects an anomaly, the virtual bus card application can actively inform the operating system of the mobile phone through a transaction Event (HCI Event). And after receiving the event notification, the wallet application running in the mobile phone operating system forwards the detected abnormal information to the server to request the server to repair.
For data exception problems, since such problems may cause transaction failures, the client may actively ask the user whether to execute an exception repair process or not before requesting the server to repair the exception if a transaction failure condition is met recently. And simultaneously requesting the user to feed back the station for entering or exiting the station for the last card swiping and the time information for entering or exiting the station for the last time. The server can judge the abnormal problem more accurately by combining the feedback information of the user.
In this embodiment, when the client monitors that the virtual bus card is abnormal, the client reports the abnormal type and the corresponding virtual bus card information to the server and requests the server to repair the abnormality. In this embodiment, the virtual bus card application of the client actively monitors the running information of the virtual bus card, and when an abnormality is found, the client actively reports the problem to the server, so that the server repairs the abnormality.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart provided by a second embodiment of the virtual bus card online repair method according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for repairing a virtual bus card online in this embodiment includes:
s21: receiving a repair request sent by a client; the repair request includes: the abnormal type and the corresponding virtual bus card information;
s22: determining a corresponding repairing scheme according to the abnormal type;
further, the determining a corresponding repair scheme according to the exception type includes:
and searching a repair scheme corresponding to the exception type in a pre-established comparison table of the exception type and the repair scheme.
Specifically, the exception types are in one-to-one correspondence with the repair solutions.
When the abnormal type of the virtual bus card is in a locking state, the repairing scheme is to unlock the virtual bus card and use an application management key of the bus card to calculate an MAC (media access control) and issue an application unlocking instruction;
when the transaction record data in the virtual bus card has data which cannot be analyzed, the restoration scheme is to reset the contents of the transaction record data and restore the virtual bus card to the state when the virtual bus card is initially opened;
when the PIN of the virtual bus card is in a locked state, the repair scheme is that a PIN unlocking command is calculated by using a PIN unlocking key, and the PIN unlocking command is issued to the virtual bus card to unlock the PIN;
when the current station position fed back by the user is inconsistent with the station position recorded in the virtual bus card, the restoration scheme is to calculate the cost to be paid by the user according to the last arrival and departure information fed back by the user, initiate an arrival or arrival transaction, restore the arrival or departure state of the virtual bus card to a normal state and make up the cost to be paid by the user.
S23: and repairing the virtual bus card by using the determined repairing scheme.
In this embodiment, after the server receives a repair request sent by the client, the server determines a corresponding repair scheme according to the type of the abnormality, organizes a repair instruction to be issued to the client, and the client forwards the repair instruction to the virtual bus card application for execution, so as to recover the virtual bus card. The restoration method is simple and convenient in process and beneficial to improving the user experience.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart provided by a third embodiment of the virtual bus card online repair method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for repairing a virtual bus card online in this embodiment includes:
s31: receiving a repair request sent by a client; the repair request includes: the abnormal type and the corresponding virtual bus card information;
s32: determining a corresponding repairing scheme according to the abnormal type;
s33: carrying out risk judgment on a repair request sent by a client;
s34: when the repairing request is judged to have risks, the virtual bus card is refused to be repaired;
s35: and when the repairing request is judged to have no risk, repairing the virtual bus card by using the determined repairing scheme.

That is, after determining the corresponding repair scheme according to the abnormality type, the method of this embodiment needs to add risk control judgment.
In practical applications, the abnormal condition of the virtual bus card is not always caused accidentally, and may be intentionally created by a malicious user so as to be profitable in the repair process. Therefore, the server needs to carry out risk judgment on the repair request and the abnormal type of the client, and repairs the repair request only when the judgment result shows that no risk exists, so that the possibility of malicious user attack is reduced, and the economic loss of a public transport card company is avoided.
Specifically, carry out risk judgment to the repair request that the customer end sent, for example, can be, obtain the identity information of this virtual bus card according to virtual bus card information, to the bus card of same identity information in a quarter, the same abnormal type's abnormal problem only allows to carry out automatic restoration 2 times, namely, same virtual bus card, in a quarter, if the same abnormal type that appears twice or twice, for example this time state is that this virtual bus card appears for the first time in this quarter, judge for not having the risk, if this state is unusual for the second time, also judge for not having the risk, when the state is unusual for the third time, judge for having the risk. The embodiment utilizes the wind control mechanism to control whether to repair the abnormity, thereby being beneficial to filtering out dangerous repair applications and reducing the economic loss of the bus card company.
When the repair request is judged to have no risk, the virtual bus card is repaired by using the determined repair scheme, namely, a corresponding repair instruction script is generated according to instructions and rules supported by the virtual bus card and is issued to the virtual bus card application on the client (a smart phone, a smart watch and the like) for execution, and the state of the virtual bus card is modified into a normal state.
The server receives a repair request sent by a client, determines a corresponding repair scheme according to the abnormal type, and carries out risk judgment on the repair request sent by the client; and when the repair request is judged to have no risk, issuing a repair instruction to the client, and forwarding the repair instruction to the virtual bus card application by the client for execution so as to recover the virtual bus card.
