According to the invention, the hot air drying air knives are designed into flat slits and fixed at two ends of the roller wheel to be connected with the roller wheel which is conveyed up and down into a whole, so that the hot air drying air knives can ascend and descend along with the thickness of the plate, the plate surface can be kept clean, and the effect of the photosensitive pretreatment is prevented from being poor.

Technical Field

Background

The working principle is as follows: the PCB is washed by acid through a feeding mechanism 9 and a pickling mechanism 8, the PCB overflows through a overflow washing mechanism 7 and is polished through a grinding mechanism 6, the PCB is washed by adding salt water through a pressurized washing mechanism 5 and high-pressure water through a high-pressure washing mechanism 4, and finally washed by clear water through a clear water washing mechanism 3, and after washing, the PCB is dried by strong wind and hot wind through a drying mechanism 2, and finally discharged through a plate discharging mechanism 1;
in the drying process, the PCB is driven by the driving motor, the driving bevel gear 27, the driven bevel gear 28, the second circular gear 210, the first circular gear 29, the roller 21 and the travelling wheel, the air pump 26 works to generate a vacuum effect, the forced air drying air knife 24 is provided with three ports which are respectively 30 degrees, 60 degrees and 90 degrees, the air pump 26 is used to circulate the sucked air in the forced air drying air knife 24, so that a pipe orifice at the inclined upper end in the forced air drying air knife 24 generates negative pressure, the air pipe 25 can extend to the travelling wheel and the PCB of the roller 21, the sprayed flying dust and wool are sucked away and are not left on the travelling wheel and the PCB of the roller 21, an ideal treatment effect is obtained, the hot air drying air knife 22 is designed into a flat slit and is fixed at two ends of the roller 21 and is connected with the roller 21 which is conveyed up and down into a whole, the lifting floating along with the thickness of the plate can keep the plate surface clean;
the air flow can be heated by the air conveying motor 23 and the U-shaped heater 212, and the heated air flow is discharged by the hot air drying air knife 22, so that the PCB is dried.
