Abstract
The invention relates to a compression storage type air purification and disinfection machine, which comprises an air compression assembly, an air purification and disinfection assembly, a gas storage bin unit, a supporting structure and a control panel, wherein the air compression assembly is connected with the air storage bin unit; the air purification and disinfection device is characterized in that main components of the air purification and disinfection assembly are intensively arranged or dispersedly distributed at any position of an air channel of an air storage system to process compressed and stored air; the connection relation among the air compression assembly, the air purification and disinfection assembly and the air storage bin unit is supported and fixed by a supporting structure; control components of the electronic device are collectively arranged by using a control panel. The volume of the compressed gas and the volume of the original gas are in a multiple relation by compressing the gas, so that the gas handling capacity, the gas storage capacity and the flow quantity can be increased in multiples; or the volume of the equipment and the volume of the circulating pipeline are reduced by times, and the sterilizing efficiency of the high-pressure sterilizing machine is increased by times. For conciseness and clarity of expression, the invention refers to a compressed storage type air purification and disinfection machine, which is called as a high-pressure disinfection machine for short; the air compression assembly is simply called as the compression assembly; the air purification and disinfection assembly is abbreviated as a disinfection assembly.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the total amount of air required by a user in a period of time is reduced by compressing air to reduce the volume of the gas and the equipment by utilizing the packing principle and the compressible characteristic of the air. Connection relation: the support structure 27 supports the air cleaning unit consisting of the air inlet 33 of the air compressor and the filter screen 5, and supports the air compressor 8, the first air storage bin 9, the second air storage bin 10, the air outlet 25 of the second air storage bin, the additional unit interface 30, the mobile power supply 29 and the control panel 28.
The air outlet of the purification unit of the disinfection assembly 1 is connected with the air inlet of a small-sized air compressor, the air compressor is connected with a first air storage bin 9 through a connecting device and a check valve 24, and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 is installed inside the first air storage bin 9.
The first gas storage bin 9 is connected with the second gas storage bin 10 through a secondary gas storage bin connecting device assembly 12, and the end, close to the first gas storage bin 9, of the secondary gas storage bin connecting device is provided with a connector for installing a safety valve 14, a pressure gauge 15 and the like; a valve assembly 31 is provided adjacent the end of the second reservoir 10.
At the end of the air outlet 25 of the second air storage bin, a part of switch supports, such as a quick connector 16, a pressure regulating knob, a switch and other components (not shown), can be arranged; is connected to the additional unit interface 30.
Power is supplied to the air compressor, ultraviolet lamp, pressure gauge, valve assembly 31, control panel, etc. by a portable power source 29.
Gas flow path channel: by opening the valve assembly 31, the communication between the first reservoir 9 and the second reservoir 10 is closed; under the drive of the air compressor 8, the air processed by the filter screen is compressed and driven to be sent into the first air storage bin 9; the external air flows through the air inlet air filter screen 5 under the combined driving of the air compressor and the air pressure, and particulate matters are filtered out under the action of the filter screen; the filtered gas is pressurized by an air compressor and is driven into a first gas storage bin 9; sterilizing the first gas storage bin 9 by ultraviolet irradiation; after the disinfection is finished, the valve assembly 31 is closed, the first air storage bin 9 and the second air storage bin 10 are allowed to be communicated, and the first air storage bin and the second air storage bin store high-pressure purified and disinfected air; the high-pressure air flow carries the substances added by the additional units at the air outlet of the second air storage bin 10 and supplies the substances to the air consuming equipment/users.
After the air pressure is lower than a certain value, the valve assembly 31 is opened to allow the second gas storage 10 to store enough gas for the user to consume, and the air compressor is used to replenish the gas again and sterilize the gas.
The working process is as follows: 1. opening a valve assembly 31, closing the communication between the first gas storage bin 9 and the second gas storage bin 10, and reserving the air consumption amount of the gas supplementing time in the following links through the second gas storage bin 10; 2. the air compressor 8 is started, external air is driven to flow through the air filter screen 5, and then enters the small air compressor for compression and pressurization; 3. the compressed gas flows through the check valve 24 into the first gas storage bin 9; 4. after the amount of the supplementary gas of the first gas storage bin 9 reaches a certain value, the compressor is closed, and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 is turned on for disinfection; 5. after the sterilization is finished, the valve assembly is closed, allowing communication between the first reservoir 9 and the second reservoir 10.
The embodiment has the following advantages:
1. the invention preferably adopts the mode that the disinfection unit is arranged in the gas storage bin to intensively disinfect the compressed air, thereby reducing the volume of the high-pressure disinfection machine and being used as the single-person portable high-pressure disinfection machine.
2. Substances added through the additional unit interface 30 may be self-contained, such as negative oxygen ions, drugs, etc., added to the treated gas instead of the nebulizer.
3. Compared with personal protection equipment such as disposable masks, the equipment has the advantages of less material consumption and high safety.

referring to fig. 3, the compressed storage type purifying and sterilizing machine includes a sterilizing assembly 1; a compression assembly 2; a gas storage bin unit 3; preferably using a support structure 27; a control panel 28.
The sterilization assembly 1 comprises: a gas filter screen 5 in a channel at the end of a gas inlet 22 of a gas equipment gas outlet/compression assembly; an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4.
The compression assembly comprises: (small/micro, all-in-one) air compressor 8.
The gas storage bin unit 3 comprises: a first gas storage bin 9; a second gas storage bin 10; the secondary gas storage bin is connected with the equipment component 12; the secondary gas storage bin is connected with equipment components, and consists of a valve component 31 (preferably using a solenoid valve), a safety valve 14, a pressure gauge 15 and the like. A check valve 24 is arranged at the air inlet of the second air storage bin; the first air receiver outlet port 26 has a valve assembly 31.
The support structure 27: a supporting structure for supporting the compression assembly 2, the purification unit of the disinfection assembly 1, the gas storage bin unit 3, and the external connection equipment, the mobile power supply 29, the control panel and the like among the three.
The control panel 28 connects, displays, controls: an air compressor control switch, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 switch, a sensor receiving device of the pressure gauge 15, power supply capacity, a valve component 31 and the like.

The second gas storage bin 10 is connected with the first gas storage bin 9 through a secondary gas storage bin connecting equipment component 12, and the end, close to the second gas storage bin 10, of the secondary gas storage equipment is provided with a connector for installing a safety valve 14, a pressure gauge 15 and the like; a valve assembly 31 is provided adjacent the first reservoir 9.
The ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 is arranged in the first gas storage bin 9, and the valve component 31 is arranged at the gas outlet 26 of the first gas storage bin.
Power is supplied to the small air compressor, ultraviolet lamp, pressure gauge 15, valve assembly 31, control panel 28, etc. by a portable power source 29.
Gas flow path channel: closing a valve component 31 of the secondary gas storage bin connecting device 12 to enable the first gas storage bin 9 and the second gas storage bin 10 to be communicated with each other, processing gas from a gas outlet of the gas using device/a gas inlet 22 of the compression assembly through an air filter screen under the driving of an air compressor, compressing the gas by a small-sized air compressor, and then driving the compressed gas to be sent into the second gas storage bin 10 and the first gas storage bin 9; the air flows through the air inlet air filter screen 5 under the drive of the air compressor, and under the action of the filter screen, particulate matters are filtered out and enter the air storage bin; after the gas storage bin pressure reaches the preset value, the valve component 31 of the second-level gas storage bin connecting component is opened, and the communication between the two storage bins is closed: the second gas storage bin 10 reserves the space of the total amount of gas generated by a user in the time of disinfection, deflation and the like of the first gas storage bin 9, and continuously contains the air driven by the compressor; the first gas storage 9 is sterilized. After disinfection, closing the valve assembly at the air outlet of the first gas storage bin, and discharging purified and disinfected gas; after the first gas storage bin 9 exhausts gas, the valve component at the gas outlet of the first gas storage bin is opened, and the exhaust passage is closed; the valve assembly 31 of the secondary reservoir connection assembly is closed and the gas from the second reservoir 10 is again allowed to enter the first reservoir 9 under pressure.
The working process is as follows: 1. opening the first gas storage bin gas outlet valve assembly 31 and forbidding outward gas exhaust; 2. starting an air compressor, and filtering the gas at the air outlet 22 end of the driving gas equipment/air compression assembly through a filter screen 5; 3. the air compressor compresses the filtered gas and drives the gas into the second gas storage bin, a valve component of the secondary gas storage bin connecting equipment is in a closed state, and the second gas storage bin 10 and the first gas storage bin 9 are in a communicated state; 4. after the gas in the gas storage bins reaches the pressure value, opening the valve assembly 31 of the secondary gas storage bin connecting device 12, and closing the channels 12 of the two gas storage bins; 5. starting the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 to disinfect the gas in the first gas storage bin 9; 6. after disinfection, closing the valve component at the air outlet of the first gas storage bin, and discharging the treated gas; 7. after the gas in the first gas storage bin 9 is exhausted, the valve assembly 31 at the gas outlet of the first gas storage bin is opened, and the outward exhaust is forbidden; 8. the valve assembly 31 of the secondary reservoir connection assembly is closed allowing gas communication between the first reservoir 9 and the second reservoir 10.
The embodiment has the following advantages:
1. the invention preferably adopts the mode that the disinfection equipment is arranged in the gas storage bin, the gas discharged by a user is compressed in a centralized manner and disinfected, the working capacity of the purification and disinfection equipment is increased, the disinfection time is shortened, various infections caused by respiratory tract discharge are prevented through real-time disinfection, and the volume of the purification and disinfection machine can be reduced through compressed air, so that the purification and disinfection machine can be used as a single portable gas exhalation disinfection machine.
2. The embodiment is used in combination with the embodiment 2, is provided with a suitable closed mask and other equipment, and can be used as a supply and exhaust two-way sterilizer for single person breathing to eliminate or possibly eliminate the probability of pathogen infection through respiratory tract.

A compressed storage type air cleaning and sterilizing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the air compression assembly compresses the gas treated by the air purification and disinfection assembly to the gas storage bin unit; or the air compression assembly compresses the gas to the gas storage bin unit and the gas is treated by the air purification and disinfection assembly; or the total air purification and disinfection components are distributed at any position of the air channel of the air storage system, and the compressed and stored air is processed in a production line manner.
3. A compressed storage type air cleaning and sterilizing apparatus as claimed in claims 1 and 2, wherein: the main components of the disinfection unit are intensively arranged or dispersedly distributed at the air inlet end of the air compression assembly and/or the air storage bin unit; the connection relation among the supporting structure, the fixed air compression assembly, the air purification and disinfection assembly and the air storage bin unit is utilized, including but not limited to the construction of an air treatment cavity by utilizing the supporting structure; control components of the electronic device are collectively arranged by using a control panel.
4. A compressed storage type air cleaning and sterilizing machine as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein: including but not limited to placing all or part of the sterilization unit in the gas storage bin for sterilizing the compressed air in the gas storage bin.
5. A compressed storage type air cleaning and sterilizing machine as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein: including but not limited to having a gas storage unit; or, but not limited to, a gas storage unit having a plurality of gas storage silos constructed in a series, parallel, hybrid connection relationship.
6. A compressed storage type air cleaning and sterilizing machine as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein: including but not limited to having a purification unit and/or an additional unit.
7. A compressed storage type air cleaning and sterilizing machine as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein: including but not limited to having a support structure and/or a control panel.
