Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The embodiment of the invention utilizes the principle that hot air floats upwards and cold air sinks downwards, adds the indoor circulating module in the air conditioner, matches with the heating comfort control logic, reduces the vertical temperature difference of the room and improves the comfort experience of users.
The principle that hot air floats upwards and cold air sinks downwards is as follows: archimedes number Ar (ratio of buoyancy to inertial force):
Ar=(g×l×ΔT)/(V2×T)
wherein g is gravity acceleration in m/s2(ii) a l is the characteristic length, which can be regarded as the room height, unit m; delta T is the difference between the air supply temperature and the indoor environment temperature, and the unit is K; v is the air supply speed, and the unit is m/s; t is the indoor ambient temperature in K.
When Ar is more than 0, namely delta T is more than 0, the hot air floats upwards, and the cold air sinks downwards. According to the principle, the indoor circulation module is added, and the heating comfort control logic is matched.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an air conditioner is shown, in which an indoor circulation module on the left side and a heating and air-out module on the right side are shown. The heating air-out module can be an original inner machine module of the air conditioner. The indoor circulation module and the heating air-out module are independent from each other, and a partition plate is arranged between the indoor circulation module and the heating air-out module. The indoor circulation module does not have a heating function, and does not include an indoor unit heat exchanger, for example.
As shown in fig. 1, the indoor circulating module includes a first air inlet grille 1, a first air outlet 2, a first fan 3 and an openable fresh air inlet 8, the heating air outlet module includes a second fan 5, a second air inlet grille 6 and a second air outlet 7, and an openable inner air duct 4 is disposed on the partition board.
Optionally, the fresh air inlet 8 is disposed on a back plate of the indoor circulating module and connected to the outdoor space through a pipeline. The first air-inlet grille 1 and the second air-inlet grille 6 can be arranged at the same level, and the first air outlet 2 and the second air outlet 7 can be arranged at the same level.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a control method for improving heating comfort of an air conditioner in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
s202, if the air conditioner runs in a heating mode, whether the indoor environment temperature is smaller than a first temperature threshold value is judged. If yes, executing S204; if not, go to S206.
In the heating mode, the second fan 5 is started, the second air inlet grille 6 and the second air outlet 7 are opened, the inner air duct 4 is closed, namely, only the heating air outlet module is opened, and the indoor circulating module is not opened, which is the same as the running state of each component in the conventional heating mode of the air conditioner. Air enters through the second air inlet grille 6, flows through the second fan 5 and flows out through the second air outlet 7.
If the indoor environment temperature is lower than the first temperature threshold, the current heating requirement is high, and the indoor environment temperature needs to be increased as soon as possible, so that a hot air landing mode can be executed to improve the heating uniformity of the air conditioner; if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, the heating requirement is lower than the former condition, the original heating air-out module continues to execute the heating function, and the indoor circulating module executes the ventilation function, so that the fresh air mode can be executed to exchange outdoor fresh air into the room, and the indoor air quality is improved.
And S204, starting a hot air landing mode.
Under the hot-blast mode of falling to the ground, first fan 3, second fan 5 start, and first air-inlet grille 2, second air-inlet grille 6, interior wind channel 4, first air outlet 2 open, and second air outlet 7 closes. Air passes through the air conditioner via two flow paths: (1) air enters through the first air inlet grille 2, is discharged and delivered by the first fan 3, enters the heating air-out module through the inner air duct 4, is discharged and delivered by the second fan 5, and flows out through the second air outlet 7; (2) air enters through the second air inlet grille 6, is discharged and conveyed by the second fan 5 and flows out through the second air outlet 7.
After entering through the second air inlet grille 6, air in the flow path (2) is heated by the heat exchanger to rise temperature, then flows through the second fan 5 and is exhausted in an accelerated manner; after the air gathered by the flow path (1) enters through the first air inlet grille 1, no heating process exists, namely, indoor cold air can directly enter the heating air-out module through the indoor circulating module and is mixed with air heated by the heat exchanger at the position of the second fan 5, so that the air-out temperature of the air conditioner is slightly reduced, hot air blown out by the air conditioner is more prone to falling to the ground, and the heating capacity of the air conditioner is not wasted.
The existing air conditioner can reduce the overall heating capacity of the air conditioner by reducing the heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger, so that the purpose of reducing the air outlet temperature is achieved, however, the heating efficiency of the air conditioner is reduced under the condition, the improvement speed of the indoor environment temperature is influenced, and the use comfort of a user is poor. In the embodiment, the air conditioner is additionally provided with the indoor circulating module, part of indoor cold air can be additionally introduced and mixed with hot air heated by the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger does not need to reduce heat exchange capacity, the heating capacity of the air conditioner can not be wasted, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner can be slightly reduced, namely, the air volume output by the air conditioner is increased and the temperature is reduced, but the carried heat is not reduced, so that hot air is more easily fallen to the ground on the premise of not reducing the heating speed, the heating uniformity of the air conditioner is improved, and the comfort of a user is improved.
According to the control method for improving the heating comfort of the air conditioner, the air conditioner is provided with the newly-added indoor circulation module, whether the air conditioner enters the hot air landing mode can be judged according to the indoor environment temperature, when the indoor environment temperature is low, the hot air landing mode is operated, the air conditioner air outlet temperature can be slightly reduced under the premise that the heating capacity of the air conditioner is not wasted by the mode, the hot air is enabled to land more easily, the heating uniformity of the air conditioner is improved, and the comfort of a user is improved.
When the indoor environment temperature is higher, then can operate new trend mode, this mode is with outdoor fresh air change indoor, on this basis, above-mentioned method can also include the following step:
and S206, starting a fresh air mode.
Under the new trend mode, first fan 3 starts, and new trend entry 8, first air outlet 2 open, and interior wind channel 4, first air-inlet grille 1 close. Outdoor fresh air enters the indoor circulating module through the fresh air inlet 8 through a pipeline, is discharged by the first fan 3 and flows out through the first air outlet 2. The indoor circulating module does not drive the indoor air to circulate any more, but introduces the outdoor air, can provide fresh air, and reduces indoor CO2Concentration, improve indoor air quality, improve user's travelling comfort.
Under the new trend mode, above-mentioned heating air-out module can normal operating or close, and this embodiment does not limit to this.
Because the indoor circulating system introduces extra indoor cold air to enter the air conditioner, the target air outlet temperature of the air conditioner can be controlled in order to avoid the user blowing cold air. Based on this, under the above-mentioned hot-blast mode of falling to the ground, can control target air-out temperature according to following mode:
(1) and if the indoor environment temperature is less than the second temperature threshold, adjusting the target outlet air temperature to a fixed value. The second temperature threshold is, for example, 3 c and a fixed value is, for example, 38 c (1 c higher than the body temperature). When the inner ring is less than 3 ℃, controlling the air outlet temperature TAir outlet=38℃。
(2) And if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold and less than the first temperature threshold, adjusting the target outlet air temperature to be the sum of a fixed difference and the indoor environment temperature, wherein the fixed difference is the difference between the fixed value and the first temperature threshold. The first temperature threshold is, for example, 10 deg.c, and the fixed difference is, for example, 35 deg.c. When the temperature is higher than 10 ℃ and the inner ring is more than or equal to 3 ℃, controlling the air outlet temperature T (T inner ring +35 ℃).
And in the hot air landing mode, after the target air outlet temperature is determined, if the actual air outlet temperature is inconsistent with the target air outlet temperature, the actual air outlet temperature can be correspondingly adjusted. Wherein, the relation between air-out temperature and first fan, second fan is as follows:
Tair outlet=(k1·R1·TInner ring+k2·R2·TInner disc)/(k1·R1+k2·R2)
Wherein R is1、R2Respectively the rotating speeds of the first fan and the second fan, k1、k2The air quantity correction coefficients (the air quantity of the fan is in direct proportion to the rotating speed) of the first fan and the second fan, TInner ringIs the indoor ambient temperature, TInner discThe temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit.
If the current air-out temperature is higher than the target air-out temperature, executing at least one of the following adjustment operations: the rotating speed of the first fan is increased, the rotating speed of the second fan is increased, and the frequency of the compressor is reduced. When the rotating speeds of the first fan and the second fan are increased, indoor cold air entering the air conditioner is increased, and the air outlet temperature can be reduced; the compressor frequency is reduced, so that the heating capacity can be reduced, and the outlet air temperature can also be reduced. The above-described adjustment operations may be performed simultaneously or sequentially in a certain order.
As a possible implementation, the above-mentioned adjustment operation may be performed in the following order:
first, the rotational speed of the first fan is increased. The current outlet air temperature can be detected and judged once per minute, and the rotating speed is increased according to a fixed rotating speed value a (such as 20r/min) per minute.
And secondly, if the rotating speed of the first fan is increased to the maximum value, increasing the rotating speed of the second fan. Because the noise of first fan is less, at first improve first fan rotational speed, can reduce the noise that the rotational speed improves and cause. And increasing the rotating speed of the second fan after the rotating speed of the first fan is increased to the maximum value. The rotating speeds of the first fan and the second fan are gradually increased in a fine adjustment mode, and the influence of the sudden cold and heat of the air outlet on user experience can be avoided.
Then, if the rotation speed of the second fan is increased to the maximum value, the compressor frequency is decreased. The current outlet air temperature can be detected and judged once per minute, and the frequency is reduced according to the fixed frequency value bHz per minute. For reducing the influence of compressor frequency to air-out temperature, the rotational speed adjustment of above-mentioned first fan and second fan is direct more rapidly to air-out temperature's influence, can adjust air-out temperature more fast, and can guarantee sufficient heating capacity.
If the current air-out temperature is lower than the target air-out temperature, executing at least one of the following adjustment operations: the rotating speed of the first fan is reduced, the rotating speed of the second fan is reduced, and the frequency of the compressor is improved. When the rotating speeds of the first fan and the second fan are reduced, indoor cold air entering the air conditioner is reduced, and the air outlet temperature can be increased; the compressor frequency is increased, so that the heating capacity can be improved, and the air outlet temperature can also be increased. The above-described adjustment operations may be performed simultaneously or sequentially in a certain order.
As a possible implementation, the above-mentioned adjustment operation may be performed in the following order:
first, the compressor frequency is increased. The current outlet air temperature can be detected and judged once per minute, and the frequency is increased according to the fixed frequency value bHz per minute. When the current air outlet temperature is lower than the target air outlet temperature, the frequency of the compressor can be increased firstly, so that the heating capacity of the air conditioner is improved fundamentally, and the expected heating target of a user can be achieved as soon as possible.
Secondly, if the frequency of the compressor is increased to the maximum value, the rotating speed of the first fan is reduced. The rotating speed of the first fan is reduced, and the cold air mixed to the heating air-out module can be reduced, so that the air-out temperature is improved. Under this condition, adopt the fine setting mode to reduce the fan rotational speed gradually, avoid directly closing the air-out temperature that the fan leads to and rise suddenly, avoid the air-out to neglect cold and suddenly hot influence user experience.
Then, if the rotation speed of the first fan is reduced to be closed, the rotation speed of the second fan is reduced. The rotating speed of the second fan is reduced, the flow speed of air flowing through the heat exchanger can be reduced, the heat exchange time is longer, and the air outlet temperature is higher. Compared with the first fan for reducing the speed and closing, the second fan for reducing the speed reduces the heating quantity carried by the air outlet more obviously, the smaller the rotating speed of the second fan is, the smaller the heating quantity carried by the air outlet is, so that the rotating speed of the first fan is preferentially reduced, the rotating speed of the second fan is reduced after the first fan is closed, the degree of reducing the heating quantity can be reduced as much as possible, and the expected heating target of a user can be achieved as soon as possible.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of a control method for improving heating comfort of an air conditioner includes the following steps:
and S301, operating a heating mode.
S302, the second fan, the second air outlet and the second air inlet grille are started.
The air conditioner is operated in a normal heating mode at this time.

And S304, operating a hot air floor mode.
S305, opening the first air inlet grille, the first fan and the inner air duct.
Through the indoor circulation module, blow out after the hot-air mixture that produces with indoor cold air and air conditioner heating, under the prerequisite of the ability of not wasting the air conditioner heating, reduce air conditioner air-out temperature slightly, make hot-blast changeing fall to the ground, improve the air conditioner and heat the homogeneity, improve user's travelling comfort.
S306, controlling the air conditioner outlet air temperature TAir outlet=(k1·R1·TInner ring+k2·R2·TInner disc)/(k1·R1+k2·R2)。
S307, judging whether the indoor environment temperature is lower than 3 ℃. If yes, go to S308; if not, go to S309.
S308, controlling the air outlet temperature TAir outlet=38℃。
S309, controlling the air outlet temperature TAir outlet=TInner ring+35℃。
And S310, operating a fresh air mode.
S311, opening the first air outlet 1, the first fan and the fresh air inletAnd the opening closes the first air inlet grille and the inner air duct. The fresh air outside the room is changed into the room to reduce the indoor CO2Concentration, improve indoor air quality, improve user's travelling comfort.
The embodiment of the invention provides a thermal comfort control method capable of automatically selecting a fresh air mode or a hot air landing mode, wherein an air conditioner is additionally provided with an indoor circulating module, an entering mode can be judged according to the indoor environment temperature, and when the indoor environment temperature is lower, a hot air landing mode is operated, so that the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is slightly reduced on the premise of not wasting the heating capacity of the air conditioner, the hot air is more easily landed, the heating uniformity of the air conditioner is improved, and the comfort of a user is improved; when the indoor environment temperature is higher, the fresh air mode is operated, the fresh air outside the room is replaced into the room in the fresh air mode, and the indoor CO is reduced2Concentration, improve indoor air quality, improve user's travelling comfort.
