The existing common washing machine mainly washes underwear in a rotating way, friction exists between the underwear and a washing drum and between the underwear and the underwear, so that the underwear is deformed and worn on the surface in different degrees, and meanwhile, the washing effect of a single washing mode is poor, so that the cleanliness required by a user cannot be achieved; the invention creatively provides an underwear washing control method, which comprises a washing process with the following control that underwear is fixed on a clothing processing piece, and the clothing processing piece is driven to rotate so that the underwear rotates along with the clothing processing piece; in the process that the underwear rotates along with the clothes treatment piece, the spraying components are controlled to respectively apply spraying washing action to the front side and the back side of the underwear from the two sides of the clothes treatment piece; in the washing process, controlling the clothes treatment part to rotate in a step-by-step variable speed manner and controlling the spraying component to spray for a spraying time length corresponding to the rotating speed of the clothes treatment part; the underwear is washed in a mode of combining rotary washing and spray washing, and washing force is uniformly applied to the surface of the underwear through controlling the gradual speed change and the rotation duration of the rotary washing and the spraying duration of a spraying component, so that the deformation and the surface abrasion of the underwear are prevented; the washing at 360 degrees is realized, and the washing water is fully contacted with the surface of the underwear, so that the washing effect is improved; the foam generation amount is small, and the rinsing difficulty is low.
Example 1
< control method >
As shown in fig. 1, the underwear washing control method provided by the embodiment includes a washing process with the following controls:
fixing the underwear on the clothes treating piece, and driving the clothes treating piece to rotate so that the underwear rotates along with the clothes treating piece;
in the process that the underwear rotates along with the clothes treatment piece, the spraying components are controlled to respectively apply spraying washing action to the front side and the back side of the underwear from the two sides of the clothes treatment piece;
in the washing process, the clothes treating part is controlled to rotate in a step-by-step variable speed mode, and the spraying component sprays for a spraying time length corresponding to the rotating speed of the clothes treating part.
Further, the washing process comprises a first washing stage and a second washing stage, the first washing stage comprising: controlling the clothes treating piece to rotate in a mode that the rotating speed is gradually increased and the rotating time length is gradually decreased, and simultaneously controlling the spraying component to spray in a mode that the corresponding spraying time length is gradually decreased;

S12, controlling the clothes treating piece to rotate at a second rotating speed for a second rotating time period, and simultaneously controlling the spraying component to spray for a second spraying time period and stop for a second stopping time period;
the second rotating speed is greater than the first rotating speed, and the second rotating time length is less than the first rotating time length;
the second rotation duration is equal to the sum of the second spraying duration and the second stopping duration.
S13, controlling the clothes treating piece to rotate at a third rotating speed for a third rotating time period, and simultaneously controlling the spraying component to spray for a third spraying time period and stop for a third stopping time period;
the third rotating speed is greater than the second rotating speed, and the third rotating time length is less than the second rotating time length;
the third rotation period is equal to the sum of the third spraying period and the third stopping period.
Specifically, the first rotating speed, the second rotating speed and the third rotating speed are increased in an arithmetic progression; the first rotation duration, the second rotation duration and the third rotation duration are decreased in an equal ratio series; the first, second, and third stop durations are equal.
In order to avoid that the larger the rotating speed is, the larger the centrifugal force is, and further the deformation of the clothes is caused, and meanwhile, the contact time of the sprayed washing water and the surface of the underwear is reduced, so that the spraying washing effect is poor; preferably, the first rotating speed, the second rotating speed and the third rotating speed are increased in an arithmetic progression; the first rotation time length, the second rotation time length and the third rotation time length are decreased in an equal ratio series; in order to avoid that the spraying time is too long during spraying washing, excessive foam is easily generated, and the contact area of the washing water and the surface of underwear is reduced, so that the first stop time, the second stop time and the third stop time are equal; the rotating speed of the rotary washing is increased step by step, the rotating time of each stage is reduced, the spraying time of the spraying washing is reduced gradually, and the spraying stopping time is unchanged.

S22, controlling the clothes processing piece to rotate at a fifth rotating speed for a fifth rotating time period when the spraying component sprays;
and the fifth rotating speed is greater than the fourth rotating speed, and the fifth rotating time is less than the fourth spraying time.
S23, controlling the clothes processing piece to rotate at a sixth rotating speed for a sixth rotating time length when the spraying component sprays;
the sixth rotating speed is greater than the fifth rotating speed, and the sixth rotating time is less than the fourth spraying time.
S24, stopping the clothes processing piece for a fourth stop time period after the clothes processing piece rotates for a sixth rotation time period at a sixth rotation speed;
specifically, the fourth rotating speed, the fifth rotating speed and the sixth rotating speed are increased in an arithmetic progression; the fourth rotation time length, the fifth rotation time length and the sixth rotation time length are decreased in an equal ratio series;
and the fourth spraying time length is the sum of the fourth rotation time length, the fifth rotation time length and the sixth rotation time length.
The steps S21, S22, S23 and S24 may be cycled for a number of cycles, depending on the actual washing needs.
When the washing machine is rotated for washing, along with the increase of the rotating speed, the scouring force of washing water on underwear is increased, the washing effect is improved, but the deformation of the clothes is increased when the centrifugal force generated by the increase of the rotating speed is larger, so that the rotating time is not suitable to be too long; preferably, the fourth rotation speed and the fifth rotation speed are increased step by step to the sixth rotation speed, and the fourth rotation time length and the fifth rotation time length are decreased step by step; the fourth spraying time length is the sum of the fourth rotation time length, the fifth rotation time length and the sixth rotation time length; the spray washing in the second washing stage is started and operated for a fourth spray duration, and the spin washing in the second washing stage is started and operated at a fourth rotation speed for a fourth rotation duration, at a fifth rotation speed for a fifth rotation duration, and at last at a sixth rotation speed for a sixth rotation duration.
It should be noted that the rotation speed of the second washing stage is not limited to the fourth rotation speed, the fifth rotation speed and the sixth rotation speed, and multiple stages of rotation speeds can be set according to actual needs, the rotation speed is increased step by step, and the corresponding rotation duration is decreased step by step; the rotation directions of the fourth rotation speed, the fifth rotation speed and the sixth rotation speed may be the same, or the direction of the fourth rotation speed is opposite to the direction of the fifth rotation speed, and the direction of the fifth rotation speed is opposite to the direction of the sixth rotation speed.
