The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the problems of long washing time and poor washing effect of a washing machine in the prior art, the invention provides an intermittent spraying dehydration rinsing method and a washing device.
It should be noted that in the following embodiments of the present application, the washing device is generally referred to as a drum washing machine, and of course, the intermittent spraying dehydration rinsing method in the present application may also be referred to as a dehydration rinsing method of a pulsator washing machine.
As shown in fig. 1, the intermittent spray dehydration rinsing method is performed after the main washing is completed, and includes: acquiring a dewatering and rinsing instruction, and entering a dewatering and rinsing program, wherein the dewatering and rinsing program comprises the starting of a drainage component 40; the spraying assembly 30 is controlled to spray water into the washing cavity 21 of the washing device, and the driving assembly is controlled to drive the cylinder 20 to rotate so as to dehydrate clothes in the cylinder 20; in the operation process of the dewatering and rinsing program, the spraying assembly 30 intermittently sprays water into the washing cavity 21 until the total spraying time T reaches a preset value X, then the water spraying is stopped, and the final dewatering program is started.
When the intermittent spraying dehydration rinsing method in the application is used, the spraying assembly 30 is adopted to intermittently spray water into the washing cavity 21, namely the spraying is stopped for a certain time after the spraying is carried out for a certain time, and then the spraying is circulated, so that the purposes of further cleaning effect and removing the residual detergent in the clothes are achieved, the clothes can be tightly attached to the inner wall surface of the cylinder body in the rotating process of the cylinder body 20, and the dirt and the detergent in the clothes are separated from the clothes under the impact of water flow and are taken away by the water flow.
Specifically, the clothes are rinsed in a manner that the spraying assembly 30 sprays water to the clothes in the washing cavity 21 of the washing device in the dehydration process, the clothes are rinsed in a cyclic intermittent manner while being dehydrated, the clothes can be rinsed, the problem that the load of the driving assembly is increased continuously in the long-time continuous spraying process can be solved, the service life of the driving assembly is ensured, in addition, the intermittent spraying is carried out while the spraying is carried out, the time for the draining pump to drain water stored in the cylinder body 20 can be given, and the risk that the washing device collides with the cylinder is reduced.
In addition, because multiple times of rinsing in the original program are eliminated, time can be saved, and water and electricity can be saved.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the spraying assembly 30 is additionally arranged at the upper end of the door seal of the washing device, and the water inlet pipeline is connected with the spraying water inlet valve, so as to achieve the purpose of spraying into the cylinder 20.
In the present application, before the spray module 30 intermittently sprays water into the washing chamber 21, the rotation speed of the cylinder 20 is increased to the first preset rotation speed V1; during the intermittent spraying of the spray assembly 30 into the washing chamber 21, the drum 20 rotates at a first preset rotation speed V1. That is, the purpose of the rapid rinsing is achieved by performing the intermittent rinsing while dehydrating under the condition that the drum 20 is rotated at the first preset rotation speed V1, and the rotation speed of the drum 20 is continuously increased after the dehydration rinsing process is completed, and the final dehydration process is performed.
Alternatively, in the process of intermittently spraying water into the washing chamber 21 by the spray unit 30, the rotation speed of the drum 20 is kept constant, and the drain unit 40 is always opened, so that the drum 20 is sufficiently shaken up before the spin-drying rinsing process is performed in order to prevent the eccentricity of the drum 20 from being excessively large, so that a small eccentricity value can be maintained at the time of the upper rotation speed, and the intermittent rinsing is circulated while drying water during the operation of the spin-drying rinsing process.
It should be noted that, in the present application, in order to ensure the effect of rinsing, that is, the total spraying time period T is determined by the weighing value before the main washing, and specifically, the total spraying time period T increases as the weight Y of the laundry in the drum 20 increases during the operation of the spin-rinsing course, the calculation formula is T=k1Y2+k2Y+T0Wherein k is1And k2Are all constant, T0The initial value for the spray was fixed.
Optionally, the initial spray setpoint T0Satisfies the following conditions: t is0≥3min。
Preferably, the initial value of spray T0Is 3min, or 5min, or 6min, or 8min, or 10min, etc.
Optionally, before the main washing program is operated, weighing is performed first, the clothes with different weights correspond to different weighing values, so as to correspond to a subsequent total spraying time length T, then main washing with water is started, the main washing is performed by fully fusing detergent and water and soaking the clothes, stains of the clothes are removed by beating of lifting ribs, the main washing is finished, after water drainage is started, the water level detector detects that water in the drum is drained after the water in the drum is drained, the drum is fully shaken and dispersed with the clothes, when the eccentricity value is met, the rotating speed of the drum 20 is increased to a first preset rotating speed V1, and the spraying assembly 30 starts intermittent spraying and rinsing.
Alternatively, the manner of weighing the laundry in the drum 20 may be obtained by a weighing value before main washing, but may also be obtained by other manners of detecting the weight of the laundry, for example, by image recognition, detecting the weight of the laundry in the drum 20 by image recognition and then giving the weighing value.
Optionally, the spraying assembly 30 has N cycle periods during the process of spraying water into the washing cavity 21 intermittently, one cycle period has a spraying stage and an intermittent stage which operate sequentially, in the same cycle period, the spraying duration of the spraying stage is T1, the intermittent duration of the intermittent stage is T2, the total spraying duration T is calculated according to a formula (T11+ … + T1N + T21+ … + T2N), and the spraying water is stopped when the total spraying duration T is greater than or equal to a preset value X, where T1 ≠ T2 or T1 ≠ T2.
Specifically, when T1 is T2, i.e., spraying T1 and then stopping T2, the spraying time period T1 and the intermittent time period T2 may be preset to fixed values; the spray water washes the clothes in the cylinder 20, and the residual detergent in the clothes is discharged to a drainage pipeline to flow out under the impact of high-speed water flow and the high-speed rotation of the cylinder 20; during intermittent spraying, the drainage pump or the drainage valve of the drainage assembly 40 is always opened, in order to ensure a certain rinsing effect, whether the total spraying time length T corresponding to the weighing value before main washing reaches a preset value X is judged, when the preset value X is reached, the spraying assembly 30 is closed, spraying into the drum is stopped, the drum body 20 continuously rises, the rotating speed enters a final dewatering procedure, moisture in clothes is thrown out through final dewatering, the washing is finished, and the detailed flow is shown in fig. 1.
In an alternative embodiment, when T1 is T2, the operation is performed at least once for one cycle period, spraying is performed for T1min, spraying is stopped for T1min, and spraying is performed for T1 within a range of 0min to 10min, preferably within a range of 2min to 8 min; stopping until a preset value X is reached, that is, the spraying time length T1 is the same as the pause time length T2, T1 may be preset with a fixed value, or may be set by a weighing value each time, for example, when the weighing values are Y1, Y2, Y3, and Y4, and Y1 ≦ Y2 ≦ Y3 ≦ Y4, then T1 corresponds to a time T, anda、tb、、tc、td(ii) a And preferably ta≦tb≦tc≦tdOr ta≧tb≧tc≧td
As shown in fig. 2, the power and rotation speed of the driving assembly of the washing apparatus during the operation of the spin rinsing process of the washing apparatus are schematically shown, in the intermittent spray rinsing, the power of the washing apparatus is increased and then maintained at a stable value during the spraying due to the water flow impact and the uneven distribution of the moisture in the laundry, and when the spraying is stopped, the water is rapidly thrown out due to the high rotation speed of the drum 20, the power of the washing apparatus is decreased and then maintained at a constant value, and the above processes are repeated.
Alternatively, when T1 ≠ T2, i.e., within the same cycle period, the spraying time period T1 and the pause time period T2 satisfy: t1 is more than or equal to T2.
In an alternative embodiment, when T1 ≧ T2 is operated at least once for one cycle, spraying is performed for T1min, and spraying is stopped for T2min, i.e. the spraying duration T1 and the pause duration T2 in the same cycle are different, preferably T1 ≧ T2 and T1 can be preset fixed values or can be preset by weighing values each time, such as Y1, Y2,Y3, Y4, and Y1 ≦ Y2 ≦ Y3 ≦ Y4 corresponding to t1 at time ta、tb、、tc、td(ii) a And preferably ta≦tb≦tc≦tdOr ta≧tb≧tc≧td. The spraying time t1 is within the range of 0min-10min, preferably within the range of 2min-8 min; the stopping time t2 is in the range of 0min-10min, and the optimal range is 2min-8 min.

In an alternative embodiment, two cycle periods are continuously operated at least once, wherein the spraying time is t1min in the first cycle period, the spraying time is stopped for t2min, the spraying time is stopped for t3min in the second cycle period, and the spraying time is stopped for t4min, preferably t3 ≧ t1, t4 ≧ t2, and t1 ≧ t 2. Preferably, t1 ≧ t2 and t1 may be fixed values in advance or may be set by weighing values each time, for example, when the weighing values are Y1, Y2, Y3 and Y4, and Y1 ≦ Y2 ≦ Y3 ≦ Y4, t1 corresponds to time ta、tb、、tc、td(ii) a And preferably ta≦tb≦tc≦tdOr ta≧tb≧tc≧td
Optionally, the dewatering and rinsing method of the washing device further comprises a pre-dewatering program, wherein the pre-dewatering program runs before the dewatering and rinsing program, and the pre-dewatering program comprises the starting of the drainage assembly 40; the spraying assembly 30 is closed and the driving assembly is controlled to drive the cylinder 20 to rotate.
Optionally, the final dewatering program comprises controlling the driving assembly to operate at a second preset rotating speed V2 for a preset time and then stop operating, wherein V2 > V1 ≧ 100 rpm.
