The high-permeability aluminum fin environment-friendly cleaning agent disclosed by the invention adopts a single-component liquid formula, is convenient to feed in a production field, cannot block a spraying pipeline and the like, cannot cause product waste, is simple in process flow and is high in preparation efficiency.

The preparation method of the high-permeability environment-friendly cleaning agent for the aluminum fins comprises the following steps:
step 1: slowly adding multiple high-grade surfactants into a container, and stirring for 10-20min to a uniform state;
step 2: adding the solubilizer based on the steps, and continuously mixing for 5-8min to obtain a mixture;
step 3: continuously adding a defoaming agent into the mixture, and mixing for 5min to obtain a further mixture;
step 4: finally, sequentially adding an accelerant, a brightening agent and inorganic salt into the mixture, and continuously stirring in the adding process to obtain a high-permeability active agent;
step 5: adding the high-permeability active agent into water under the stirring state to obtain a high-permeability degreasing agent;
step 6: the degreasing cleaning agent is prepared, and the gaps among the fins are cleaned.
Preferably, the higher surfactant in Step1 comprises sodium stearyl sulfate, sodium stearate and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, preferably sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate or a mixture of sodium stearyl sulfate and sodium stearate, wherein the ratio of sodium stearyl sulfate to sodium stearate is 1: 0.8.
Preferably, the solubilizer in Step2 comprises polysorbates and polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters.
Preferably, the antifoaming agent in Step3 comprises fatty alcohol, fatty acid ester, paraffin and hydrophobic silica treated with silicone oil, preferably hydrophobic silica treated with silicone oil.
Preferably, the accelerator in Step4 comprises dibutyl dilaurate, cobalt naphthenate, acetylacetone and triethylene diamine, and dibutyl dilaurate is preferred.
Preferably, the brightener in Step4 comprises one or more of polyether modified polysiloxane, acrylate copolymer and polyethylene glycol.
Preferably, the inorganic salt in Step4 comprises one or more of sodium chloride, sodium fluoride, sodium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate.

step 3: continuously adding a defoaming agent into the mixture, and mixing for 5min to obtain a further mixture; the defoaming agent comprises fatty alcohol, fatty acid ester, paraffin and hydrophobic silicon dioxide treated by silicone oil;
step 4: finally, sequentially adding an accelerant, a brightening agent and inorganic salt into the mixture, and continuously stirring in the adding process to obtain a high-permeability active agent; wherein the inorganic salt comprises one or more of sodium chloride, sodium fluoride, sodium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate;
step 5: adding the high-permeability active agent into water under the stirring state to obtain a high-permeability degreasing agent;
step 6: the degreasing cleaning agent is prepared, and the gaps among the fins are cleaned.
Wherein, the preferable choice in Step1 is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or the mixture of sodium stearyl sulfate and sodium stearate, and the use ratio of sodium stearyl sulfate and sodium stearate is 1: 0.8, so as to improve the use effect.
Among them, hydrophobic silica treated with silicone oil is preferable in Step 3.

The high-permeability environment-friendly aluminum fin cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1, which comprises, by weight, 17-18 parts of a high-grade surfactant, 10.5-11.5 parts of a solubilizer, 6-7 parts of a defoaming agent, 4.5-5.5 parts of an accelerator, 1.5-2.5 parts of a brightener, 2.5-3.5 parts of an inorganic salt and 35 parts of water.
3. The environment-friendly cleaning agent for the high-permeability aluminum fins as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the environment-friendly cleaning agent for the high-permeability aluminum fins comprises the following steps:
step 1: slowly adding multiple high-grade surfactants into a container, and stirring for 10-20min to a uniform state;
step 2: adding the solubilizer based on the steps, and continuously mixing for 5-8min to obtain a mixture;
step 3: continuously adding a defoaming agent into the mixture, and mixing for 5min to obtain a further mixture;

step 5: adding the high-permeability active agent into water under the stirring state to obtain a high-permeability degreasing agent;

The environment-friendly cleaning agent for high-permeability aluminum fins as claimed in claim 3, wherein the high-grade surfactant in Step1 comprises sodium stearyl sulfate, sodium stearate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, preferably sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or a mixture of sodium stearyl sulfate and sodium stearate, and the ratio of the sodium stearyl sulfate to the sodium stearate is 1: 0.8.
5. The high-permeability aluminum fin environment-friendly cleaning agent as claimed in claim 4, wherein the solubilizer in Step2 comprises polysorbates and polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters.
6. The environment-friendly cleaning agent for the high-permeability aluminum fins is characterized in that the defoaming agent in Step3 comprises fatty alcohol, fatty acid ester, paraffin and hydrophobic silica treated by silicone oil, preferably hydrophobic silica treated by silicone oil.
7. The environment-friendly cleaning agent for high-permeability aluminum fins as claimed in claim 6, wherein the accelerator in Step4 comprises dibutyl dilaurate, cobalt naphthenate, acetylacetone and triethylene diamine, and is preferably dibutyl dilaurate.
8. The environment-friendly cleaning agent for the high-permeability aluminum fins as claimed in claim 7, wherein the brightening agent in Step4 comprises one or more of polyether modified polysiloxane, acrylate copolymer and polyethylene glycol.
9. The environment-friendly cleaning agent for the high-permeability aluminum fins as claimed in claim 8, wherein the inorganic salt in Step4 comprises one or more of sodium chloride, sodium fluoride, sodium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate.
