The domestic organic wet garbage is animal and plant food residue garbage and kitchen garbage which are discharged by urban residents in daily life and accounts for 50-60% of the total amount of the domestic garbage. With the improvement of city management level in China, first-line cities begin to classify garbage and begin to put organic wet garbage, dry garbage and harmful garbage into management in a classified mode.
The domestic organic wet garbage at the garbage throwing point in a community contains a large amount of organic matters such as carbohydrate, protein, cellulose and the like, and can be rotten and fermented to generate odor when being stored and transported in time, and organisms such as mosquitoes, flies, maggots and the like are bred, so that the environmental sanitation is seriously influenced. In order to ensure the environmental sanitation of the residential area, the measures of regularly throwing garbage are adopted in Shanghai at present, and a lot of inconvenience is caused to residents. On the other hand, the domestic organic wet garbage is easy to generate secondary pollution in the transportation process.
