Description

High-corrosion-resistance electronic adhesive tape for lithium battery and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic tapes, in particular to a high-corrosion-resistance electronic tape for a lithium battery and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The electronic adhesive tape is a consumable material frequently used in the process of fixing and installing electronic components, electronic products are continuously updated along with the development of science and technology, and the requirements on the used electronic adhesive tape are higher and higher. In the lithium cell production process, the electronic adhesive tape is also an indispensable consumptive material, and it is fixed mainly to be applied to insulating protection, the encapsulation of the outside positive negative pole lead wire of battery and circuit in the lithium cell production process, and the electric core terminates the fixed seepage of placing electrolyte of end insulation, battery tab insulation protection etc.. The electronic adhesive tape plays an important role in the production process of the lithium battery.
At present, the electronic adhesive tape applied to the processing process of the lithium battery mostly adopts the acrylic ester electronic adhesive tape. Acrylate is a raw material which is widely applied in the field of adhesives, has the advantages of easily available raw materials, relatively good stability, simple process and the like, but also has the defects of poor solvent resistance, poor water resistance, easy stickiness at high temperature, easy embrittlement at low temperature and the like, so that an acrylate monomer is rarely directly adopted as an adhesive for use, and is mixed with other raw materials to modify acrylate to obtain an adhesive with more excellent performance so as to meet different use requirements. For the electronic adhesive tape applied to the processing of the lithium battery, the electronic adhesive tape is required to have proper viscosity and better high-temperature resistance and aging resistance, and can keep stable performance for a long time in an extreme lithium battery electrolyte environment.
