The PUR adhesive for bonding polycarbonate substrates according to claim 1, wherein the PUR adhesive comprises: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of isobornyl acrylate, 15 parts of isobornyl methacrylate, 15 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 15 parts of hexanediol diacrylate, 15 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 15 parts of epoxy acrylate, 15 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 15 parts of polyether acrylate, 15 parts of polyester acrylate, 15 parts of acrylic resin, 28 parts of diluent, 8 parts of plasticizer, 8 parts of anti-aging agent, 15 parts of stabilizer, 18 parts of flame retardant, 8 parts of defoaming agent and 8 parts of mildew preventive.

The PUR adhesive for bonding polycarbonate substrates according to claim 1, wherein the PUR adhesive comprises: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of isobornyl acrylate, 30 parts of isobornyl methacrylate, 30 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 20 parts of hexanediol diacrylate, 20 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 20 parts of epoxy acrylate, 20 parts of urethane acrylate, 20 parts of polyether acrylate, 20 parts of polyester acrylate, 20 parts of acrylic resin, 30 parts of a diluent, 10 parts of a plasticizer, 10 parts of an anti-aging agent, 20 parts of a stabilizer, 20 parts of a flame retardant, 10 parts of an antifoaming agent and 10 parts of a mildew preventive.
5. The PUR adhesive for bonding polycarbonate substrates according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the diluent is set to be cyclohexanone, the plasticizer is set to be phthalic diester, and the plasticizer is used for increasing elasticity, resistance and service life of the adhesive.

The PUR adhesive for bonding polycarbonate substrates according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the anti-aging agent is polytetrafluoroethylene, the stabilizer is sodium vinyl sulfonate emulsion, and the stabilizer is used for controlling the operating viscosity of the glue, giving the glue proper water retention property, improving the stability and preventing the corruption phenomenon caused by hydrolysis after a long time.

The PUR adhesive for bonding polycarbonate substrates according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the flame retardant is tetrabromophthalic anhydride diol, the defoaming agent is organic siloxane, the mildew preventive is ammonium persulfate, and the mildew preventive is used for preventing mildew pollution generated when the viscose is used for a long time and reducing the deterioration of products.

s3, solidifying the glue, placing the decoration frame and the middle frame fixed by the clip after glue dispensing in order, naturally drying and solidifying the decoration frame and the middle frame, and taking down the clip after the glue is solidified.
