In describing embodiments of the present invention, some concepts used in the following description are first explained.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing a charging failure, including:
step 11, acquiring charging state information of a plurality of charging vehicles sent by a charging pile, wherein the charging state information comprises: the identification of the charging post, the brand of the charging vehicle and whether a charging fault occurs.
Specifically, the charging fault method can be applied to a cloud platform (such as a monitoring platform, etc.), as shown in fig. 2, a global positioning system (Global Positioning System, GPS) positioning device for acquiring the identification of the charging pile can be arranged in the charging pile; terminal equipment and the like which are in remote network communication with the cloud platform can be arranged in the charging pile; the charging stake may also be provided with a photographing device or the like for identifying and storing information of the brand of the charging vehicle or the like.
Step 12, when the target vehicle has a charging failure in the target charging pile, determining a charging failure cause of the target vehicle according to the charging state information, where the charging failure cause includes: at least one of a target charging pile failure and a target vehicle failure.
Specifically, when the target vehicle has a charging failure in the target charging pile, determining a charging failure cause of the target vehicle according to the identification of the charging pile, the brand of the charging vehicle, the charging failure occurrence and other information. The target vehicle is at least one of charging vehicles, and the target charging pile is one of charging piles.
And step 13, sending the charging failure reason to a registered user corresponding to the target vehicle.
Specifically, the cloud platform performs network communication with a charging monitoring Application (APP), and the cloud platform sends the charging failure reason to a registered user corresponding to the target vehicle in the charging monitoring APP, so that the user can timely know the real failure reason.
In the embodiment of the invention, the charging state information of the plurality of charging vehicles sent by the charging piles is obtained, and the charging failure reason of the target vehicle is determined according to the charging state information when the target vehicle has a charging failure in the charging piles, and the charging failure reason is sent to the registered user corresponding to the target vehicle, so that the user can know the real failure reason in time when the problem that the vehicle cannot be charged or the charging is stopped occurs in the charging process of the user, and the problem that the user subsequently uses the vehicle is avoided.

Specifically, the cloud platform performs data statistics on information such as charging state information of the charging vehicles, the number of fault vehicles, brand information of the fault vehicles and the like; and carrying out data statistics and judgment in a last preset period of time acquired by the cloud platform, if the proportion of charging faults of vehicles of the same brand, which are the same as the brand of the target vehicle, of different charging piles is larger than a first threshold value and the proportion of charging faults of vehicles of other brands, which are different from the brand of the target vehicle, is smaller than a second threshold value, determining the charging fault cause as the target vehicle fault, sending information of the target vehicle fault to the registered user, timely informing the registered user that the target vehicle fault needs to be maintained, and sending the information of the target vehicle fault to a vehicle customer service center, so that the vehicle customer service center carries out corresponding treatment on the condition of the target vehicle fault in time.
The first threshold is a limit value for judging whether the proportion of charging faults of vehicles of the same brand is large or not, and the second threshold is a limit value for judging whether the proportion of faults of vehicles of other brands is small or not. The first threshold, the second threshold and the preset time can be specifically set according to the needs.
Optionally, in the case that the cause of the charging failure includes a target charging pile failure, the step 12 includes:
judging according to the charging state information of the plurality of charging vehicles sent by the target charging pile in the preset time, and if the proportion of charging faults of all brands of vehicles including the brands of the target vehicles at the target charging pile is greater than a third threshold, determining that the charging faults of the target vehicles are caused by the faults of the target charging pile.
Specifically, data statistics and judgment are performed in a last preset time period acquired by the cloud platform, if the proportion of charging faults of all brands of vehicles including the brands of the target vehicles at the target charging pile is greater than a third threshold, the charging fault cause can be determined to be the target charging pile fault, information of the target charging pile fault is sent to the registered user, the registered user can be informed of the fact that the target charging pile fault needs to be replaced in time for charging, the state of the target charging pile can be set to be a fault state, the situation that the target charging pile is used for charging under the condition that other users are not informed is avoided, and the users are delayed from using the vehicles. And the third threshold is a limit value for judging whether the target charging pile has a charging fault or not.
Optionally, in a case where it is determined that the charging failure of the target vehicle is due to the failure of the target charging pile, the method further includes:
and sending report information of the fault of the target charging pile to a management user associated with the target charging pile.
Specifically, when the charging fault reason is determined to be the fault of the target charging pile, the information of the fault of the target charging pile can be sent to a management user associated with the target charging pile, so that the management user can timely learn the fault condition of the target charging pile, timely arrange maintenance personnel to conduct fault checking, confirm a maintenance scheme, and change the state of the target charging pile to be normal through the charging monitoring APP after the maintenance is completed, so that the user can timely learn that the target charging pile can be used at present, and the user positioned near the target charging pile can timely charge a vehicle.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the charging pile performs data statistics on the charging state information of the charging vehicle and whether the charging failure occurs, and analyzes the charging failure cause according to the data statistics, so that the user can know the charging failure cause in time; overhauling the fault charging pile in time when the charging pile is in fault, and releasing the current charging pile state in real time so as to enable a user to know the charging pile state in time; and the registered user and the vehicle customer service center are informed in time when the charging vehicle fails, the failed vehicle is overhauled, and the customer charging satisfaction is improved.
