Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a plastic protective ground mat, which comprises the steps of firstly pouring recycled plastic leftover materials into a grinder, grinding the plastic leftover materials into particles with the particle size of 0.5-3mm, then screening the ground particles, screening out the particles with the particle size of 0.5mm, and mixing the particles with polyurethane glue according to a ratio of 4: 1, hot-press forming and slicing; screening out particles with the particle size of 1-3mm, mixing the particles with polyurethane glue according to the weight ratio of 5: 1, paving the mixture in a mould to obtain a granular mixture cushion layer, finally covering the flaky granular cushion layer on the upper surface of the granular mixture cushion layer, and then closing the mould and performing hot press molding to obtain the plastic protection ground mat. The protective floor mat prepared by the invention has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, good product quality, high air permeability and water permeability, simple operation, convenient processing, and strong practicability and environmental protection.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the tree pool cover plate covered in the tree pool can be roughly divided into five materials: steel fiber concrete, magnesite cement, regenerated resin composite materials, a BMC (bulk molding compound) mould pressing tree pool cover plate, an SMC (sheet molding compound) mould pressing tree pool cover plate and a continuity enhancing composite material tree pool cover plate, but the defects exist as follows:
1. the diameter of the water leakage hole is large, and the capability of preventing water and soil loss is insufficient.
2. The tree pool cover plate is high in manufacturing cost and high in price.
3. The function is single, and the effective utilization rate of resources cannot be improved.

Based on the defects of the tree pool cover plate, a method for manufacturing the plastic protection ground mat is researched, developed and designed.

step SA 1006: spreading the particle mixture into a mold to obtain a particle mixture cushion layer, covering the flaky particle cushion layer on the upper surface of the particle mixture cushion layer, closing the mold, and heating and pressing to form the plastic protection ground mat;
step SA 1007: opening the mold, taking out the plastic protective ground mat, placing the ground mat in a natural state for 48 hours, and cooling the ground mat;
step SA 1008: and spraying luminous paint on the outer surface of the plastic protection floor mat.
