The steel plate processing device is arranged to grab a single steel plate from the steel plate preparation table 3 for processing, wherein a plurality of steel plates, such as 5, 10 or 20 steel plates, can be placed at the steel plate preparation table 3, and the steel plates on the steel plate preparation table 3 can be conveyed from the steel plate feeding table 2 at one time, that is, a plurality of steel plates can be conveyed from the steel plate feeding table 2 at one time.
When the steel plate on the steel plate feeding table 2 completely moves to the steel plate preparation table 3, the steel plate feeding table 2 starts to be added with the steel plate. The steel plate feeding table has a pre-feeding effect, and the steel plate feeding table 2 is timely added with a steel plate, so that the feeding process is continuous, and the machining process is guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
The steel sheet conveying line includes a steel sheet conveying table 5. The steel sheet conveying table 5 is provided adjacent to the steel sheet preparation table 3, and the steel sheet conveying table 5 is located upstream of the first wet blasting machine 71. The steel sheet conveying table 5 is provided with a plurality of third rollers 501, and the number of the third rollers 501 is plural. The plurality of third rollers 501 are provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the steel sheet conveying table 5, and the axes of the third rollers 501 are provided perpendicular to the axis of the second roller 301, or the axes of the third rollers 501 are provided parallel to the axis of the second roller 301. The axial directions of the third roller 501 and the second roller 301 can be parallel or perpendicular, and in practical application, the arrangement mode of corresponding equipment can be selected according to the processing space, so that the practicability of the steel plate processing device is improved. As shown in fig. 12, the steel sheet conveying device 4 conveys the steel sheet positioned on the steel sheet preparation table 3 onto the steel sheet conveying table 5. The steel sheet conveying apparatus 4 includes a moving guide 401, an air cylinder 402, a link 403, and a vacuum chuck 404. The vacuum chuck 404 is connected to the connecting frame 403, and the connecting frame 403 ascends and descends according to the expansion and contraction of the air cylinder, or the steel sheet conveying apparatus 4 includes a connecting frame and an electromagnetic chuck for sucking the steel sheet positioned on the steel sheet preparation table 3 to move the steel sheet onto the steel sheet conveying table 5. The steel sheet that sets up like this and to guarantee to transport each time all is the solated steel sheet, can not appear once only removing the condition to low reaches processing station with many steel sheets. In order to obtain continuous processing of the first and second surfaces of the steel sheet, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a turnover mechanism 72 is movably disposed between the first and second wet blasting machines 71 and 73. When the turnover mechanism 72 is at the initial position, the turnover mechanism 72 is disposed near the discharge end of the first wet type blasting machine 71 so that the steel plate processed by the first wet type blasting machine 71 is conveyed to the first side of the turnover mechanism 72, when the steel plate moves to the preset position of the first side of the turnover mechanism 72, the turnover mechanism 72 turns the steel plate to the second side of the turnover mechanism 72, which is opposite to the first side, and the end of the second side is disposed opposite to the second wet type blasting machine 73. The initial position of the turnover mechanism is close to the discharge end of the first wet type shot blasting machine 71, the tail end of the second side of the turnover mechanism is arranged opposite to the second wet type shot blasting machine, smooth connection between the turnover mechanism and the first wet type shot blasting machine and between the turnover mechanism and the second wet type shot blasting machine is guaranteed, and the steel plate can be conveyed smoothly. Through presetting the preset position of first side for the steel sheet overturns at the assigned position at every turn, ensures that the steel sheet overturns smoothly and moves to the second wet shot-blasting machine position.
In the process of turning over the steel plate by the turning mechanism 72, the turning mechanism 72 moves a preset distance towards one side of the second wet type shot blasting machine 73, when the second turning frame receives the steel plate, the first turning frame starts to be withdrawn, and meanwhile, the first conveying frame starts to move towards the first wet type shot blasting machine to prepare for receiving the next steel plate. One side of the turnover mechanism, which faces the first wet type shot blasting machine, automatically moves to an initial position without waiting for the steel plate at the second processing position to be processed and moved, and in the process of processing the steel plate by the second wet type shot blasting machine, the next steel plate processed by the first wet type shot blasting machine is also overturned and conveyed by the turnover mechanism, so that the continuous work of the second wet type shot blasting machine is ensured, and the overall work efficiency is improved.
The steel plate after being processed by the second wet shot blasting machine 73 enters a surface polishing station, and after the first surface and the second surface of the steel plate are polished by the polishing device 8, the steel plate is conveyed to the cleaning device 16; conveying the cleaned steel plate to a blow-drying station, and blowing the steel plate by a blow-drying device 9; the steel sheet after weathering device 9 weathers moves to the detection station, and detection device 10 carries out image acquisition operation to the surface of steel sheet, and detection device 10 judges whether steel sheet processing is qualified according to the surface image information of steel sheet, and detection device 10 can send the clean numerical value of real-time detection steel sheet to PLC control system. When the cleaning effect of the surface of the steel plate is not good, the PLC system can automatically reduce the conveying speed of the steel plate according to the fed back numerical value so as to meet the cleaning effect of the surface of the steel plate; in a similar way, when finding that the cleaning effect of the surface of the steel plate greatly exceeds the preset requirement, the PLC can also improve the conveying speed of the steel plate according to the fed-back numerical value so as to achieve the effect of improving the production efficiency. The polishing device can clean burrs and other objects on the surface of the steel plate and keep the surface of the steel plate smooth; the cleaning device is adjacent to the wet shot blasting machine, can clean the surface of the steel plate which has been derusted and descaled, and remove surface residues, and can be a pure high-pressure water washing device or a combination of a brush roll and the high-pressure water washing device; the blow-drying device can blow the water on the surface of the steel plate to dry, so that the corrosion of residual water stains on the steel plate is avoided; the automatic detection function of the detection device adopts an image acquisition detection mode to judge the surface of the steel plate, so that the accuracy of a detection result is improved. The grinding device 8, the blow-drying device 9 and the detection device 10 are arranged, so that the processing flow of the steel plate is changed, labor and time are saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
The steel plate detected by the detection device 10 enters a centering station, and the steel plate enters a stacking platform 12 after being centered by a second centering device 11 to be stacked and unloaded. The second centering device centers the steel plate, can avoid the steel plate to take place crooked in the transfer process, avoids the steel plate to take place to incline and collapse at subsequent pile up neatly in-process of unloading.
The stacking table 12 is arranged at the downstream of the detection device 10, the stacking table 12 comprises a discharging mechanism and a bearing table, the discharging mechanism is used for discharging the steel plate detected by the detection device 10 onto the bearing table, and the bearing table is arranged in a lifting mode along the vertical direction. The distance between steel sheet lower surface and the pile up neatly platform can be reduced to the setting like this, reduces the impact force when the steel sheet descends, prevents steel sheet scotch, noise reduction.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the discharge mechanism includes a discharge rack, a first rail 1201, a stop block 1202, a second rail 1208, and a discharge assembly. The first guide rail 1201 is connected to the discharge frame, and the first guide rail 1201 is provided along the transfer direction of the steel sheet. A stopper 1202 is connected to the first guide rail 1201, and the stopper 1202 is slidably provided along the conveying direction of the steel plate. The second guide rail 1208 is connected with a discharging frame, and the extending direction of the second guide rail 1208 is arranged at an included angle with the extending direction of the first guide rail 1201. The discharge assembly is connected with the second guide rail 1208, is slidably arranged along the length direction of the second guide rail 1208, and has a bearing position when bearing a steel plate and a release position when releasing the steel plate. The discharging mechanism can be adjusted to a preset position according to steel plates with different widths by the aid of the arrangement, and then the discharging mechanism discharges the steel plates. The adjustment of the steel plate by the discharging mechanism comprises adjustment in the length direction of the steel plate through the limiting block 1202 and adjustment in the width direction of the steel plate through sliding of the discharging assembly. Preferably, the extending direction of the second guide rail 1208 is arranged perpendicular to the extending direction of the first guide rail 1201.
As shown in fig. 14, the discharging assembly includes a first adjusting arm 1209, a second adjusting arm 1219, a first carrier plate 1204, a first driving part 1210, a second driving part 1211, and a second carrier plate 1214. A first end of a first adjustment arm 1209 is movably coupled to a second rail 1208. A first end of a second adjustment arm 1219 is movably coupled to the second guide rail 1208. The second adjustment arm 1219 is disposed opposite the first adjustment arm 1209 in the vertical direction. The first bearing plate 1204 is rotatably connected to the second end of the first adjusting arm 1209, the first bearing plate 1204 has a first bearing position disposed along the horizontal direction, and the first bearing plate 1204 has a first deflection position deflected by a predetermined angle along the predetermined direction. The first end of the first driving part 1210 is connected to the first adjusting arm 1209, the second end of the first driving part 1210 is connected to the first carrier plate 1204, and the first driving part 1210 is configured to drive the first carrier plate 1204 to be located at a first carrier position and a first deflection position.
The second carrier plate 1214 is rotatably connected with a second end of the second adjustment arm 1219, the second carrier plate 1214 is disposed opposite to the first carrier plate 1204 to form a limiting space for limiting the steel plate, the second carrier plate 1214 has a second bearing position disposed in a horizontal direction, and the second carrier plate 1214 has a second deflection position deflected by a predetermined angle in a predetermined direction, the first carrier plate 1204 and the second carrier plate 1214 are used for bearing the steel plate from upstream; a first end of the second driving portion 1211 is connected to the second adjustment arm 1219, a second end of the second driving portion 1211 is connected to the second carrier plate 1214, and the second driving portion 1211 is configured to drive the second carrier plate 1214 at the second carrying position and the second deflection position. The first bearing plate 1204 and the second bearing plate 1214 are rotatably disposed synchronously, the bearing platforms are located below the first bearing plate 1204 and the second bearing plate 1214, when the discharging assembly is located at the bearing position, the first bearing plate 1204 is located at the first bearing position, and the second bearing plate 1214 is located at the second bearing position. When the discharge assembly is in the release position, the first carrier plate 1204 is in the first deflected position and the second carrier plate 1214 is in the second deflected position. In order to reduce the friction between the steel plate and the discharging assembly, a fourth roller 14 is disposed on the surface of the first loading plate 1204 facing the second loading plate 1214. The number of the fourth rollers 14 is plural, and the plural fourth rollers 14 are provided at intervals along the traveling direction of the steel plate. The surface of the second carrier plate 1214 facing the first carrier plate 1204 is provided with a plurality of fifth rollers 15, and the plurality of fifth rollers 15 are arranged at intervals along the traveling direction of the steel plate.
When the steel plate processing device operates, each steel plate is placed on the bearing platform by the discharging assembly, the bearing platform descends by a first preset height along the vertical direction, and the first preset height is the thickness of a single steel plate. Through the first preset height, the bearing platform descends every time to determine the height, the plane of the bearing platform is always kept at a certain specific height, and the steel plates can smoothly fall down and stacked every time.
Preferably, the carrier platform comprises a scissor fork lifting mechanism, and the structure ensures the stability of the carrier platform during the descending process and is not easy to turn over or incline. The bearing table with the structure is simple in structure, safe and reliable.
The unloading mechanism of the stacking table 12 unloads the steel plates on the bearing table, and when the number of the steel plates on the bearing table reaches a preset value, the stacking table 12 conveys the steel plates on the bearing table to the steel plate whole stacking and unloading table 13 along the length direction or the width direction of the steel plates. As shown in fig. 3, the steel plate processing apparatus includes a steel plate conveyor line. The steel plate conveying line comprises a first wet type shot blasting machine 71, a second wet type shot blasting machine 73 and a turnover mechanism 72. The turnover mechanism 72 is disposed between the first wet blasting machine 71 and the second wet blasting machine 73. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first and second conveying frames 7211 and 7212 are disposed flush with each other, and the first and second conveying frames 7211 and 7212 are fixedly disposed between the first and second wet blasting machines 71 and 73, wherein a geometric center line in a length direction of the first conveying frame 7211 is disposed collinearly with a geometric center line in a length direction of the support frame of the first wet blasting machine 71, and a geometric center line in a length direction of the second conveying frame 7212 is disposed collinearly with a geometric center line in a length direction of the support frame of the second wet blasting machine 73. By arranging the geometric center line of the conveying frame in the length direction to be collinear with the geometric center line of the wet type shot blasting machine supporting frame in the length direction, the steel plate is guaranteed not to deviate in the process of being conveyed from the first wet type shot blasting machine to the first conveying frame and then being conveyed from the second conveying frame to the second wet type shot blasting machine, and can accurately reach the next station.
A first conveying frame 7211 and a second conveying frame 7212 are disposed side by side between the first wet blasting machine 71 and the second wet blasting machine 73, wherein the first conveying frame 7211 is reciprocally movably disposed between the first wet blasting machine 71 and the second wet blasting machine 73, the second conveying frame 7212 is reciprocally movably disposed between the first wet blasting machine 71 and the second wet blasting machine 73, and the first conveying frame 7211 is independently movable with respect to the second conveying frame 7212. The movable arrangement enables the distance between the first and second transport racks to be varied, and in practical applications can be adapted according to the working environment. And the relatively independent movement can enable the previous steel plate to be conveyed to the second wet type shot blasting machine through the second conveying frame, and the first conveying frame can return to the initial position to carry the next steel plate which is processed by the first wet type shot blasting machine.
In another embodiment of the present application, during the process of discharging the steel sheet from the first transport frame 7211 to the second transport frame 7222 by the second transport frame 7222, the first transport frame 7211 and the second transport frame 7212 move toward one side of the second wet blasting machine 73 synchronously, and after the steel sheet leaves the first transport frame 7211, the first transport frame moves toward the first wet blasting machine 71 to receive the next steel sheet. In the unloading process, the relative positions of the first conveying frame and the second conveying frame can be kept unchanged by the synchronous movement of the first conveying frame and the second conveying frame, and the failure of steel plate unloading caused by different moving speeds is avoided.
The plurality of rotating shafts 74 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first conveying frame 7211 and the second conveying frame 7212, when the first roll-over stand 7221 is located at the first bearing position, the geometric center line of the length direction of the first roll-over stand 7221 is arranged along the width direction of the first conveying frame 7211, and when the first roll-over stand 7221 is located at the first discharging position, the geometric center line of the length direction of the first roll-over stand 7221 is arranged perpendicular to the plane where the axes of the plurality of rotating shafts 74 are located. The rotating shaft is provided so that the steel plate can be smoothly moved on the transfer rack. The first bearing position and the first discharging position of the first turnover frame form an angle of 90 degrees, so that the steel plate is vertically turned over for 90 degrees and is ready for transferring the subsequent steel plate to the second turnover frame.
When the second roll-over stand 7222 is in the second loading position, the geometric centerline of the second roll-over stand 7222 in the length direction is perpendicular to the plane on which the axes of the plurality of rotating shafts 74 are located, and when the second roll-over stand 7222 is in the second unloading position, the geometric centerline of the second roll-over stand 7222 in the length direction is located along the width direction of the second conveying stand 7212. When the second roll-over stand is located at the second bearing position, the state of the second roll-over stand is the same as that of the first roll-over stand when the first roll-over stand is located at the first unloading position, and at the moment, the second roll-over stand is parallel to the first roll-over stand, so that preparation is made for transferring the steel plate from the first roll-over stand to the second roll-over stand. Meanwhile, after the second roll-over stand rotates to the second discharging position, the steel plate can be stably conveyed to the second wet shot blasting machine along the length direction through the arrangement of the rolling shaft.
As shown in fig. 9, the first flipping frame 7221 includes a first support 72211, a first electromagnet 72212, a first guide rail 72213, a first lead screw 72214, a first centering wheel 72215, and a first driving part. A first end of the first support 72211 is movably connected to the first carriage 7211; the first electromagnet 72212 is disposed in the first support 72211; the first guide rail 72213 is connected with the first support member 72211, the first guide rail 72213 is located on one side of the first electromagnet 72212, and the first guide rail 72213 is provided with a first limit groove; the first lead screw 72214 is arranged in the first limit groove, and the outer surface of the first lead screw 72214 is provided with a positive and negative thread structure; part of the first centering wheels 72215 are arranged in the first limiting groove and are matched with the positive and negative thread structures, two first centering wheels 72215 are arranged, two first centering wheels 72215 are arranged at intervals, and a limiting space for limiting a steel plate is formed between the two first centering wheels 72215; the first driving portion is connected to the first lead screw 72214, and the first driving portion drives the first lead screw 72214 to rotate, so as to drive the two first centering wheels 72215 to move to a preset position. The first electromagnet is used for adsorbing the steel plate, and compared with a hard contact type grabbing method, the first electromagnet does not abrade the surface of the steel plate. The first lead screw can be used for accurately adjusting the distance between the two first centering wheels, and the two first centering wheels are used for clamping the steel plate to prevent the steel plate from inclining or falling in the overturning process. Meanwhile, the first guide rail and the first limiting groove are used for fixing the lead screw and limiting the moving range of the lead screw. After the first electromagnet adsorbs the steel plate, the first driving part drives the first lead screw to rotate, the two first centering wheels are driven to move to the preset position, the steel plate is clamped, the first turnover frame rotates to the position vertical to the original position, and the steel plate is turned over by 90 degrees.
As shown in fig. 10, the second flipping frame 7222 includes a second support 72221, a second electromagnet 72222, a second guide rail 72223, a second lead screw 72224, a second centering wheel 72225, and a second driving part. A second end of the second support 72221 is movably coupled to the second carriage 7212; second electromagnet 72222 is disposed within second support 72221; the second guide rail 72223 is connected to the second support 72221, the second guide rail 72223 is located on one side of the second electromagnet 72222, and the second guide rail 72223 has a second limit groove; the second lead screw 72224 is arranged in the second limiting groove, and the outer surface of the second lead screw 72224 is provided with a positive and negative thread structure; part of the second centering wheels 72225 are arranged in the second limiting groove and are matched with the positive and negative thread structures, two second centering wheels 72225 are arranged, two second centering wheels 72225 are arranged at intervals, and a limiting space for limiting a steel plate is formed between the two second centering wheels 72225; the second driving portion is connected to the second lead screw 72224, and the second driving portion drives the second lead screw 72224 to rotate, so as to drive the two second centering wheels 72225 to move to a preset position. Wherein the second centering wheel 72225 located on the second rail 72223 is offset from the first centering wheel 72215 located on the first rail 72213. The number of the second roll stands 7222 is plural, the plural second roll stands 7222 are provided at intervals in the steel plate conveying direction, and the plural first roll stands 7221 and the plural second roll stands 7222 are provided alternately in the steel plate conveying direction. Set up a plurality of second roll-over stands and can overturn the polylith steel sheet simultaneously, effectively improve machining efficiency. The steel plate processing device comprises a controller, a feeding centering device 1 and a steel plate feeding platform. The feeding centering device 1 is electrically connected with the controller; the steel plate feeding platform is arranged adjacent to the feeding centering device 1, and the controller controls the feeding centering device 1 to move to a preset position according to the width of the steel plate to be cleaned. The steel plate feeding table comprises a steel plate feeding table 2. Claims (21)

1. A method of processing a steel sheet, the method comprising the steps of:
placing a steel plate to be processed on a steel plate conveying table (5), centering and correcting the steel plate on the steel plate conveying table (5) through a first centering device (6) and then enabling the steel plate to enter a first processing position, and performing first processing on a first surface of the steel plate located at the first processing position through a first wet shot blasting machine (71);
and conveying the steel plate after the first processing to a turnover mechanism (72), turning the steel plate by a preset angle by the turnover mechanism (72), conveying the turned steel plate to a second processing position, and performing second processing operation on a second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the steel plate by a second wet shot blasting machine (73).
2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that before placing the steel sheet to be processed on the steel sheet transport table (5), it further comprises the steps of:
controlling the feeding centering device (1) to move to a position matched with the width of the steel plate to be processed according to the width of the steel plate to be processed, and then placing a plurality of steel plates on the steel plate feeding table (2) in an overlapped mode;
the steel plate feeding table (2) conveys steel plates to a steel plate preparation table (3), the steel plate conveying device (4) conveys the steel plates positioned on the steel plate preparation table (3) to the steel plate conveying table (5), and the steel plate conveying device (4) conveys the steel plates one at a time.
3. A method according to claim 2, characterized in that the addition of steel sheet to the steel sheet feeding station (2) is started when the steel sheet on the steel sheet feeding station (2) is completely moved to the steel sheet preparation station (3).
4. The method of claim 1,
the turnover mechanism (72) is movably arranged between the first wet type shot blasting machine (71) and the second wet type shot blasting machine (73), when the turnover mechanism (72) is at an initial position, the turnover mechanism (72) is arranged close to a discharge end of the first wet type shot blasting machine (71) so that a steel plate processed by the first wet type shot blasting machine (71) is conveyed to a first side of the turnover mechanism (72), when the steel plate moves to a preset position of the first side of the turnover mechanism (72), the turnover mechanism (72) turns the steel plate to a second side, opposite to the first side, of the turnover mechanism (72), and the tail end of the second side is arranged opposite to the second wet type shot blasting machine (73).
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the turnover mechanism (72) moves a predetermined distance toward one side of the second wet blasting machine (73) during the turnover operation of the steel sheet by the turnover mechanism (72), and when the second turnover frame receives the steel sheet, the first turnover frame starts to be retracted and the first transfer frame starts to move toward the first wet blasting machine to prepare for receiving the next steel sheet.
6. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises the steps of:
the steel plate processed by the second wet shot blasting machine (73) enters a surface polishing station, after the first surface and the second surface of the steel plate are polished by a polishing device (8), the steel plate is conveyed to a blow-drying station, and the blow-drying device (9) blows air to the steel plate;
the steel plate dried by the drying device (9) moves to a detection station, the detection device (10) collects images of the surface of the steel plate, the detection device (10) judges whether the steel plate is qualified or not according to surface image information of the steel plate, the detection device (10) can send a real-time detected steel plate cleaning value to a PLC control system, and when the steel plate surface cleaning effect is not good, the PLC system can automatically reduce the steel plate conveying speed according to the value fed back by the detection device (10) so as to meet the steel plate surface cleaning requirement; when the steel plate surface cleaning effect exceeds the preset requirement, the PLC control system improves the steel plate conveying speed according to the numerical value fed back by the detection device (10).
7. A method according to claim 6, characterized in that the steel sheet, after being detected by said detection device (10), enters a centering station, and after being centered by a second centering device (11), enters a palletization table (12) for palletizing and discharging operations.
8. A method according to claim 7, characterized in that the discharge mechanism of the palletizing station (12) discharges the steel sheets on the carriers, and when the number of steel sheets on the carriers reaches a preset value, the palletizing station (12) conveys the steel sheets on the carriers to the steel sheet full stack discharge station (13) along the length direction or width direction of the steel sheets.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset angle is a, wherein a is 180 °.
10. A steel plate processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the steel plate conveying line comprises a first wet type shot blasting machine (71) and a second wet type shot blasting machine (73), a turnover mechanism (72) is arranged between the first wet type shot blasting machine (71) and the second wet type shot blasting machine (73), the turnover mechanism (72) comprises a conveying frame (721) and a turnover frame (722), the turnover frame (722) is provided with a bearing position located at the first side of the conveying frame (721) when bearing the steel plate, the turnover frame (722) is provided with a discharging position when turning the steel plate to the second side of the turnover frame (722), and the first side and the second side are oppositely arranged;
wherein, conveying frame (721) includes first conveying frame (7211) and second conveying frame (7212), first conveying frame (7211) and second conveying frame (7212) all are provided with a plurality of axis of rotation (74), roll-over stand (722) include first roll-over stand (7221), first roll-over stand (7221) are a plurality of, and is a plurality of first roll-over stand (7221) sets up along the direction of transfer of steel sheet interval.

A steel sheet processing apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the carrying positions include a first carrying position and a second carrying position, the discharge positions comprise a first discharge position and a second discharge position, the roll-over stand (722) comprises a second roll-over stand (7222), the first roll-over stand (7221) is rotatably connected to the first transfer stand (7211), the first roll-over stand (7221) having the first loading position and the first discharge position, the second roll-over stand (7222) is rotatably connected with the second transmission stand (7212), the first roll-over stand (7221) has a second loading position and a second discharge position, and when the first roll-over stand (7221) is rotated to the first discharge position, the second roll-over stand (7222) is rotated to a second loading position to load the steel sheet unloaded by the first roll-over stand (7221).

The steel sheet processing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the first and second conveying frames (7211, 7212) are disposed flush with each other, and the first and second conveying frames (7211, 7212) are fixedly disposed between the first and second wet blasting machines (71, 73), wherein a geometric center line of a length direction of the first conveying frame (7211) is disposed collinearly with a geometric center line of a length direction of a support frame of the first wet blasting machine (71), and a geometric center line of a length direction of the second conveying frame (7212) is disposed collinearly with a geometric center line of a length direction of a support frame of the second wet blasting machine (73).

The steel sheet processing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the first and second transfer frames (7211, 7212) are disposed side by side between the first and second wet blast blowers (71, 73), wherein the first transfer frame (7211) is reciprocally movably disposed between the first and second wet blast blowers (71, 73), wherein the second transfer frame (7212) is reciprocally movably disposed between the first and second wet blast blowers (71, 73), and wherein the first transfer frame (7211) is independently movable with respect to the second transfer frame (7212).
14. The steel sheet processing apparatus as claimed in claim 13, wherein the first and second transfer frames (7211 and 7212) are simultaneously moved toward one side of the second wet blasting machine (73) while the second roll stand (7222) discharges the steel sheet from the first transfer frame (7211) to the second roll stand (7222), and the first transfer frame (7211) is moved toward the first wet blasting machine (71) to receive the next steel sheet after the steel sheet leaves the first transfer frame (7211).
15. A steel sheet processing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein a plurality of said turning shafts (74) are provided at intervals in a length direction of said first and second conveying frames (7211, 7212), a geometric center line of a length direction of said first turn-over frame (7221) is provided in a width direction of said first conveying frame (7211) when said first turn-over frame (7221) is located at said first loading position, and a geometric center line of a length direction of said first turn-over frame (7221) is provided perpendicular to a plane on which axes of said plurality of said turning shafts (74) are provided when said first turn-over frame (7221) is located at said first unloading position.
16. A steel sheet processing apparatus according to claim 15, wherein when said second roll-over stand (7222) is in said second loading position, a longitudinal geometric centerline of said second roll-over stand (7222) is disposed perpendicular to a plane on which axes of said plurality of rotary shafts (74) are disposed, and when said second roll-over stand (7222) is in said second unloading position, a longitudinal geometric centerline of said second roll-over stand (7222) is disposed along a width direction of said second conveying stand (7212).
17. A steel sheet processing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said first roll-over stand (7221) comprises:
a first support (72211), a first end of the first support (72211) being movably connected with the first carriage (7211);
a first electromagnet (72212), the first electromagnet (72212) disposed within the first support (72211);
a first guide rail (72213), the first guide rail (72213) being connected to the first support (72211), the first guide rail (72213) being located on one side of the first electromagnet (72212), the first guide rail (72213) having a first stopper groove;
the first lead screw (72214), the first lead screw (72214) is arranged in the first limit groove, and the outer surface of the first lead screw (72214) is provided with a positive and negative thread structure;
a first pair of middle wheels (72215), wherein part of the first pair of middle wheels (72215) is arranged in the first limiting groove and is matched with the positive and negative thread structures, the number of the first pair of middle wheels (72215) is two, the two first pair of middle wheels (72215) are arranged at intervals, and a limiting space for limiting a steel plate is formed between the two first pair of middle wheels (72215);
the first driving part is connected with the first lead screw (72214), and the first driving part drives the first lead screw (72214) to rotate so as to drive the two first centering wheels (72215) to move to a preset position.
18. A steel sheet processing apparatus according to claim 17, wherein said second roll-over stand (7222) comprises:
a second support (72221), a second end of the second support (72221) being movably connected with the second carriage (7212);
a second electromagnet (72222), the second electromagnet (72222) disposed within the second support (72221);
a second guide rail (72223), the second guide rail (72223) being connected to the second support member (72221), the second guide rail (72223) being located on one side of the second electromagnet (72222), the second guide rail (72223) having a second stopper groove;
the second lead screw (72224), the second lead screw (72224) is arranged in the second limit groove, and the outer surface of the second lead screw (72224) is provided with a positive and negative thread structure;
a second centering wheel (72225), a part of the second centering wheel (72225) is arranged in the second limiting groove and is matched with the positive and negative thread structure, the number of the second centering wheels (72225) is two, the two second centering wheels (72225) are arranged at intervals, and a limiting space for limiting a steel plate is formed between the two second centering wheels (72225);
the second driving part is connected with the second lead screw (72224), and the second driving part drives the second lead screw (72224) to rotate so as to drive the two second centering wheels (72225) to move to a preset position;
wherein the second centering wheel (72225) on the second rail (72223) is offset from the first centering wheel (72215) on the first rail (72213).
