The existing shaft product clamp generally adopts an arc-shaped rigid structure, and after a shaft product is placed into the clamp, a belt and the like are used for assisting in compressing.
At present, large-sized cylindrical or cylindrical parts need to be firstly placed on a supporting mechanism and then are compressed and fixed by adopting some auxiliary compression measures in the butt welding or other operation processes which can be completed only by butt joint. Although the existing pressing measures can meet the clamping requirements of shaft products in the butt joint process to a certain extent, the following defects still exist:
1) one clamp can only adapt to shaft products with one outer diameter, and when the types of the shaft products are numerous, corresponding clamps need to be respectively equipped, so that not only is the space of a workshop or a warehouse occupied, but also the investment cost is increased;
2) in the clamping mode of the shaft products, a manual pressing mode is adopted, so that manpower and material resources are wasted, and the efficiency is low;
