The drilling device for electric power engineering as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed rotating mechanism comprises a first supporting seat, a first telescopic rod, a sleeve, a first motor, a first gear and a second gear, the first supporting seat is disposed above the supporting frame, vertical plates are mounted on two sides of the top of the first supporting seat, a top plate is mounted on the top between the two vertical plates, the first telescopic rod is mounted on the vertical plate far away from the workbench, the movable end of the first telescopic rod penetrates through the vertical plate, the sleeve is rotatably mounted on the vertical plate close to the workbench, a placement groove is formed in the sleeve in the circumferential direction on one side close to the workbench, the end of the power tube is mounted in the placement groove, the supporting blocks are symmetrically mounted on one side of the sleeve far away from the vertical plate, the supporting blocks are semicircular, and a movable column is movably mounted inside the sleeve and between the two supporting blocks, the one end of activity post is connected with the expansion end of first telescopic link, and the latch segment is installed to the other end, logical groove has all been seted up on the tip of activity post and the latch segment, and both sides are provided with the movable block about the logical inslot portion between activity post and the latch segment, have all seted up the half slot on the lateral wall that two supporting shoes contacted, be close to telescopic one side in the half slot and install the bracing piece, the outside of supporting shoe is equipped with the fixed block, be connected through the connecting plate between fixed block and the movable block, the connecting plate rotates to be installed on the bracing piece and can be around the bracing piece activity in the half slot, install first motor between the top of first supporting seat, two risers, install first gear on the first motor output shaft, install the second gear on the sleeve, second gear and first gear engagement.
