The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when heavy metal polluted soil enters the mud bucket, the soil in the mud bucket enters the lower conveying belt 2-1 through the mud inlet, the lower conveying belt 2-1 conveys the soil, meanwhile, the upper conveying belt 2-2 cuts the soil on the lower conveying belt 2-1 through the cutter 2-4, the soil is made into small pieces, meanwhile, the dewatering plate 2-5 heats the lower conveying belt 2-1 and the upper conveying belt 2-2, and the lower conveying belt 2-1 and the upper conveying belt 2-2 heat and dry the soil.
The lower conveying belt 2-1 conveys soil to the curing box 3, the soil enters the curing box 3 through a gap between the supporting rods 3-6, the concentration shell 3-3 is driven by the power motor 3-9 to transmit power to the upper one-way rotating shell 3-2 through the sun gear ring 3-10, the one-way rotating shell 3-2 rotates in the curing box 3, meanwhile, the crushing plates 3-14 crush the soil under the drive of the one-way rotating shell 3-2, the coils in the crushing plates 3-14 generate high temperature after being electrified, and the crushing plates 3-14 can solidify heavy metal in the soil while crushing the soil.
Soil with heavy metals falls on the bottom of the curing box 3 in the process of being hit by a plurality of groups of crushing plates 3-14, the concentration shell 3-3 drives the half-moon plates 3-15 to rotate at the bottom of the curing box 3, so that the soil at the bottom of the curing box 3 moves towards the upper water storage tank 4-1, the centrifugal shaft 4-3 is driven by the centrifugal motor to rotate in the upper water storage tank 4-1 and the humidifying box 4-2, the bearing block 4-4 drives the mud scraping plate 4-5 to rotate in the upper water storage tank 4-1 through the centrifugal shaft 4-3, and the soil in the curing box 3 is scraped, so that the soil is transferred into the upper water storage tank 4-1 and enters the humidifying box 4-2 through the mud conveying through groove.
The soil entering the humidifying box 4-2 is humidified by water sprayed by the humidifying rod 4-6 and falls on the bottom of the humidifying box 4-2, the soil falling on the bottom is discharged out of the humidifying box 4-2 by the soil discharging plate through the soil discharging through groove and falls on the reverse paving conveying belt 5, and the reverse paving conveying belt 5 conveys the soil so that the soil covers the soil again through the soil outlet.
