6. The broad-spectrum efficient odor purifying agent according to claim 5, wherein the additive is one or more of chlorocarbon dimethyl benzyl amine, sodium silicate, cyclodextrin and kresoxim-methyl.
7. The preparation method of the broad-spectrum efficient odor purifying agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the condition of stirring, adding an alkali solution into oleic acid to perform a first reaction, adding a zinc salt solution to perform a second reaction, sequentially adding an additive, alcohol and residual water to perform a third reaction, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the broad-spectrum efficient peculiar smell purifying agent.

The preparation method of the broad-spectrum efficient odor purifying agent according to claim 7, wherein the first reaction time is 10-40 min, and the reaction temperature is 35-55 ℃; the second reaction time is 30-60 min, and the reaction temperature is 25-40 ℃; the third reaction time is 120-360 min, and the reaction temperature is 25-40 ℃.
9. The method for preparing a broad-spectrum efficient odor purifying agent according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the sum of water and residual water in the alkali solution and the zinc salt solution is equal to the total added water amount.

The application of the broad-spectrum efficient odor purifying agent prepared according to any one of claims 7 to 9 is characterized in that the specific application method is as follows: diluting the broad-spectrum efficient peculiar smell purifying agent by 10-50 times, and spraying the agent to the surface of an odor source or the space where the odor source is located by atomizing and spraying equipment.
