Abstract

The invention discloses a washing method of an ultralight filter material filter tank. After valves on a raw water pipe and a clean water pipe of the ultra-light filter material filter tank are closed, the filter tank is washed by the following steps: (1) starting a blower and opening a valve on an air flushing pipe, wherein air passes through a filter material layer from bottom to top; (2) continuing air blasting and keeping the strength unchanged, opening a valve on a washing wastewater discharge pipe, and emptying water in the filter tank within 3-5 min; (3) stopping air blasting, starting a rinsing water pump, opening a valve on a rinsing water pipe, enabling rinsing water to flow through a filter material layer from top to bottom, rinsing the filter material, and gradually raising the water level in the filter; (4) and when the water level in the filter tank rises above the filter plate, keeping the water flushing strength unchanged, continuously flushing for 3-5 min, and finishing flushing. In order to solve the problems, some experts focus on the research, development and application of the light filter material filter. The light filter material is a filter material with a specific gravity smaller than that of water, and mainly comprises foam filter beads, light diatomite ceramsite, ultra-light sludge ceramsite, polyvinyl formal suspension filter material and the like. At present, the light filter material filter is mainly researched and applied to the fields of sewage treatment and biological pretreatment of drinking water, and the research and the application in the field of conventional drinking water treatment are few.
The existing light filter material filter tank has an important defect that the back washing difficulty is high and the washing effect is poor. Because the light filter material is extruded below the filter plate under the buoyancy of water, the filter material is further extruded under the action of water flow when the upward flow is washed, and pollutants intercepted in the filter layer are not easy to remove. If downward flow flushing is adopted, great flushing intensity is needed, energy consumption is high, and water consumption is also high. The smaller the density of the filter material is, the larger the buoyancy force applied to the filter material in water is, and the larger the flushing difficulty is. The method for solving the problem mainly adopts a pulse backwashing mode, and comprises the following specific operation steps: firstly closing the water inlet valve and the aeration system, then opening the back-flushing air inlet valve, and inflating the air chamber for 5-6 min by the back-flushing fan, so as to discharge water in the air chamber, opening the air discharge pipe valve after an air cushion layer with a certain thickness is formed, instantly discharging air, rapidly replenishing the air chamber with the water at the upper part of the filter tank from top to bottom, scattering the compacted light filter material, and flushing the filter material. It can be seen that the operation procedure of the flushing mode is complex, the flushing time is limited, the flushing intensity is not easy to control, and the flushing effect is not ideal. While for ultra-light filter materials, which are much less dense than water, rinsing is more difficult. Because the density of the filter material is very small, the filter material is extruded together under the action of huge buoyancy in water, and pollutants adsorbed on the surface of the filter material and intercepted between the filter materials are difficult to wash out by the conventional washing method, thereby seriously influencing the subsequent filtering work of the filter chamber.
