As shown in fig. 16 to 19, in order to reduce the wear of the pull rope 3, the outlet 121 is provided with a wire guiding device 7, the wire guiding device 7 includes a sliding member 71 slidably connected to one side of the outlet 121, the sliding member 71 is formed with a wire guiding channel 714, the wire guiding channel 714 is used for the pull rope 3 to pass through, so that when the pull rope 3 is pulled, the sliding member 71 slides along the outlet 121 along with the pull rope 3, and after the pull rope 3 is guided by the wire guiding channel 714, the platform body 1 extends out of the outlet 121, thereby preventing the friction between the pull rope 3 and the side wall of the outlet 121. The wire passage 714 may be a solid body or a virtual body, and refers to a path through which the pull rope 3 passes.
Sliding friction may be changed to rolling friction to further reduce friction. Therefore, the slider 71 is rotatably connected to the movable pulley 712, and the rope 3 is passed around the movable pulley 712 and is drawn out of the platform body 1 through the outlet 121. To limit the pulling rope 3, the movable pulleys 712 are disposed opposite to each other, and the wire passage 714 is provided between the movable pulleys 712 on both sides. And the side of the movable pulley 712 is formed with a first notch 7121, the first notch 7121 is arranged around the circumference of the movable pulley 712, and the first notches 7121 at both sides are spliced to form the wire channel 714.
The slider 71 includes a carriage 711, the carriage 711 is provided with a first shaft body 713, and a movable pulley 712 is mounted on the first shaft body 713. Generally, the first shaft 713 and the sliding frame 711 are rotatably connected, and the movable pulley 712 and the first shaft 713 are fixed or even integrally provided, but the first shaft 713 and the sliding frame 711 may be fixedly connected, and the movable pulley 712 is sleeved on the first shaft 713.
In order to realize the above sliding structure, the platform body 1 is provided with a rail 72 provided along the outlet 121, and the slider 71 is slidably coupled to the rail 72. The guide rail includes a first side frame 721 and a second side frame 722, the first side frame 721 forming a first runner 7211; the second side frame 722 is formed with a second sliding groove 7221, the first sliding groove 7211 and the second sliding groove 7221 are oppositely disposed, and both ends of the fixed pulley 731 are respectively erected in the first sliding groove 7211 and the second sliding groove 7221.
The first side frame 721 is fixed to the bottom case 11 by screws, and the second side frame 722 is fixed to the first side frame 721 by screws, thereby forming the rail 72.
In order to prevent the pull rope 3 from winding in the platform main body 1 and entering other devices, a positioning member 73 is disposed at one end of the wire outlet 121, a limiting opening 733 is disposed on the positioning member 73, and the pull rope 3 extends out of the limiting opening 733 and then penetrates through the wire outlet 121 through the wire channel 714.
Similarly, the positioning member 73 is rotatably connected with a fixed pulley 731, and the pulling rope 3 passes around the fixed pulley 731 and enters the limiting opening 733. In order to limit the pulling rope 3, the fixed pulleys 731 are arranged oppositely, and the limiting opening 733 is located between the fixed pulleys 731 on the two sides. And a second notch 7311 is formed on the side surface of the fixed pulley 731, the second notch 7311 is circumferentially arranged around the fixed pulley 731, and the second notches 7311 on both sides are spliced to form the limiting opening 733.
Since the pulley 2 and the rotating member 4 are horizontally disposed in the platform main body 1 and the outlet 121 is located at the top of the platform main body 1, the fixed pulley 731 also performs a reversing function, so that the axial direction of the fixed pulley 731 is directed toward the outlet 121, that is, the fixed pulley 731 and the movable pulley 712 are disposed perpendicular to each other.
Specifically, one end of the outlet 121 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 74, and the fixed pulley 731 is rotatably connected to the fixing frame 74. The second shaft 732 is mounted on the fixing frame 74, and the fixed pulley 731 is attached to the second shaft 732. Generally, the second shaft 732 is rotatably connected to the fixed frame 74, and the fixed pulley 731 and the second shaft 732 are fixed or even integrally disposed, but the second shaft 732 may also be fixedly connected to the fixed frame 74, and the fixed pulley 731 is sleeved on the second shaft 732.
In order to realize the above-mentioned structure of the fixing frame 74, the fixing frame 74 includes a sub-frame 741 fixed to the platform main body 1, the sub-frame 741 is detachably connected to a side plate 742, and one end of the second shaft 732 is mounted on the side plate 742. The sub-frame 741 may be integrally formed with the first side frame 721 for convenience of processing. The side plate 742 is detachably connected with the sub-frame 741, so that the fixed pulley 731 and the rotating shaft can be conveniently installed and fixed. Generally, side plate 742 is fixed to sub-frame 741 on the side closer to rail 72 to regulate the position of fixed pulley 731.
In summary, the wire guide device 7 guides the pull rope 3 to adapt to the platform main body 1 which is miniaturized and flattened, and ensures the normal pulling of the pull rope 3.
In addition, in order to enable both arms of a user to pull the pull rope 3, the wire wheel 2, the pull rope 3, the resistance device 5, the reset device 6 and the wire device 7 in the platform main body 1 are arranged in a mirror image mode, so that both arms can be exercised simultaneously without changing hands.
In addition, a plurality of mounting posts 123 are arranged on the cover 12, a plurality of mounting holes 512 are arranged at positions corresponding to the mounting posts 123 on the bottom case 11, and the bottom case 11 and the cover 12 are fixedly connected through screws, so that the whole assembly of the chest expander is realized.

Claims (16)

1. A chest expander is characterized by comprising a platform main body, wherein the platform main body is rotatably connected with a wire wheel, and a pull rope is wound on the wire wheel; the platform main body is provided with a wire outlet for the stretching rope to extend out; therefore, the platform main body is used for a user to stand, so that the platform main body is fixed, and the wire wheel is pulled out to drive the wire wheel to rotate.
2. The chest expander of claim 1 wherein the reel is horizontally disposed within the platform body.
3. The tension device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reel is provided with a rotary member, and the platform body is provided with a resistance device which attracts the rotary member to apply resistance to the rotary member to hinder the rotary member from rotating.
4. A chest expander as claimed in claim 3 wherein the resistance means comprises first and second magnetic members disposed at respective axial ends of the rotatable member, the first and second magnetic members providing the same resistance to the rotatable member.
5. A chest expander as claimed in claim 3, wherein the resistance means comprises an adsorption block having a hollow chamber, a magnetic member is detachably mounted in the hollow chamber, and the rotary member and the adsorption block are attracted to each other to generate a magnetic field.
6. The chest expander of claim 5 wherein the hollow chamber is provided with an opening at one end thereof, and the magnetic assembly is inserted through the opening and fitted into the hollow chamber.
7. The chest expander of claim 5 wherein the magnet assembly comprises a mounting plate having a magnet removably attached thereto.
8. A chest expander as claimed in claim 3 wherein the resistance means comprises a movable magnetically attractive piece which moves to vary the spacing between the magnetically attractive piece and the rotatable member to adjust the resistance.
9. The chest expander of claim 8 wherein the resistance means comprises a sleeve having a threaded rod in threaded engagement, the threaded rod being rotatably connected to the platform body, one end of the sleeve being secured to the magnetically attractable piece.
10. A chest expander as claimed in claim 3, wherein return means are provided in the docking station body, the return means applying a return force to the wire wheel.
11. The chest expander of claim 10 wherein the return means comprises a resilient member having one end secured to the platform body and the other end secured to the reel.
12. The chest expander of claim 10 wherein a one-way member is linked between the rotary member and the pulley; when pulling the rope, the unidirectional component fixes the wire wheel and the rotating component, and the pulling force of the pulling rope overcomes the restoring force and the resistance force to drive the wire wheel to rotate in the positive direction; when the rope is collected, the one-way piece enables the rotating piece to be rotationally connected with the wire wheel, and the restoring force enables the wire wheel to reversely rotate and reset.
13. The chest expander as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sliding member is slidably connected to one side of the outlet, the sliding member forming a wire passage through which the pulling rope passes; therefore, the sliding piece slides along the wire outlet along with the pulling rope when the pulling rope is pulled, and the pulling rope extends out of the platform main body from the wire outlet after being guided by the wire guide channel.
14. A chest expander as claimed in claim 13 wherein the slider member is rotatably connected to a movable pulley and the pull cord is passed around the movable pulley.
15. The chest expander as claimed in claim 13, wherein the outlet is provided at one end thereof with a positioning member, the positioning member is provided with a limiting opening, and the pull cord extends from the limiting opening and then passes through the outlet via the wire passage.
16. A chest expander as claimed in claim 15 wherein the retainer is pivotally connected to a fixed pulley and the pull cord passes around the fixed pulley and into the restraint opening.
