As shown in fig. 16 to 19, in order to reduce the wear of the pull cord 3, the wire outlet 121 is provided with a wire guide 7, the wire guide 7 includes a slider 71 slidably coupled to one side of the wire outlet 121, the slider 71 is formed with a wire guide 714, the wire guide 714 is provided to pass through the pull cord 3, so that the slider 71 slides along the wire outlet 121 with the pull cord 3 as the pull cord 3 is pulled, and the pull cord 3 is guided through the wire guide 714 to protrude from the wire outlet 121 out of the platform body 1, thereby preventing friction between the pull cord 3 and the side wall of the wire outlet 121. The wire channel 714 may be a solid or a virtual body, and refers to a path through which the pull cord 3 passes.
The sliding friction may be changed to rolling friction to further reduce friction. Therefore, the movable pulley 712 is rotatably connected to the slider 71, and the rope 3 passes around the movable pulley 712 and extends out of the platform body 1 from the outlet 121. To limit the pull cord 3, the movable pulleys 712 are disposed opposite to each other, and the wire passage 714 is disposed between the movable pulleys 712 on both sides. And the side of the movable pulley 712 is formed with a first notch 7121, the first notch 7121 is circumferentially arranged around the movable pulley 712, and the first notches 7121 on both sides are spliced into the wire passage 714.
The slider 71 includes a carriage 711, the carriage 711 being provided with a first shaft 713, and the movable pulley 712 being mounted on the first shaft 713. Generally, the first shaft body 713 and the sliding frame 711 are rotatably connected, and the movable pulley 712 and the first shaft body 713 are fixed or even integrally provided, but the first shaft body 713 and the sliding frame 711 may be fixedly connected, and the movable pulley 712 is sleeved on the first shaft body 713.
In order to realize the above-described sliding structure, the docking main body 1 is provided with a rail 72 provided along the outlet 121, and the slider 71 is slidably coupled to the rail 72. The guide rail includes a first side frame 721 and a second side frame 722, the first side frame 721 forming a first chute 7211; the second side frame 722 is formed with a second chute 7221, and the first chute 7211 and the second chute 7221 are arranged opposite to each other, and both ends of the fixed sheave 731 are respectively arranged in the first chute 7211 and the second chute 7221.
The first side frame 721 is fixed to the bottom chassis 11 by a screw, and the second side frame 722 is fixed to the first side frame 721 by a screw, thereby forming the track 72.
In order to prevent the pull rope 3 from winding into other devices in the platform body 1, one end of the outlet 121 is provided with a positioning piece 73, the positioning piece 73 is provided with a limiting opening 733, and the pull rope 3 extends out of the limiting opening 733 and then penetrates through the outlet 121 through a wire channel 714.
Similarly, the positioning member 73 is rotatably connected to the fixed pulley 731, and the pulling rope 3 passes around the fixed pulley 731 and enters the limiting opening 733. To limit the pull rope 3, the fixed pulleys 731 are arranged opposite to each other, and the limiting opening 733 is located between the fixed pulleys 731 on both sides. And the side surface of the fixed pulley 731 is provided with a second notch 7311, the second notch 7311 is circumferentially arranged around the fixed pulley 731, and the second notches 7311 on both sides are spliced into the limit opening 733.
Since the wire wheel 2 and the rotating member 4 are horizontally disposed in the platform body 1 and the wire outlet 121 is positioned at the top of the platform body 1, the fixed pulley 731 simultaneously plays a role of reversing, so that the axial direction of the fixed pulley 731 is oriented toward the wire outlet 121, i.e., the fixed pulley 731 and the movable pulley 712 are disposed perpendicular to each other.
Specifically, one end of the outlet 121 is fixedly connected with the fixing frame 74, and the fixed pulley 731 is rotatably connected to the fixing frame 74. The fixed frame 74 is provided with a second shaft 732, and the fixed pulley 731 is mounted on the second shaft 732. Generally, the second shaft 732 is rotatably connected to the fixing frame 74, and the fixed pulley 731 is fixed to the second shaft 732, or even integrally formed therewith, but the second shaft 732 may be fixedly connected to the fixing frame 74, and the fixed pulley 731 is sleeved on the second shaft 732.
In order to realize the structure of the fixing frame 74, the fixing frame 74 includes a sub-frame 741 fixed to the platform body 1, the sub-frame 741 is detachably connected to a side plate 742, and one end of the second shaft 732 is mounted on the side plate 742. Here, the sub-frame 741 may be integrally formed with the first side frame 721 for convenience of processing. And the side plate 742 is detachably connected with the sub-frame 741, so that the fixed pulley 731 and the rotating shaft are conveniently installed and fixed. Typically, side plates 742 are secured to the side of sub-frame 741 adjacent track 72 to limit the position of fixed sheave 731.
In summary, the wire guide device 7 guides the pull rope 3 to adapt to the miniaturized and flattened platform main body 1, and ensure the normal pulling of the pull rope 3.
In addition, in order to enable the user to pull the pull rope 3 by both arms, the wire wheel 2, the pull rope 3, the resistance device 5, the reset device 6 and the wire device 7 in the platform main body 1 are arranged in a mirror image mode, so that both arms can be exercised at the same time without changing hands.
In addition, the cover 12 is provided with a plurality of mounting posts 123, and a plurality of mounting holes 512 are formed in positions corresponding to the mounting posts 123 on the bottom shell 11, and the bottom shell 11 and the cover 12 are fixedly connected through screws, so that the whole assembly of the chest expander is realized.

Claims (15)

1. The chest expander is characterized by comprising a platform main body, wherein the platform main body is rotationally connected with a wire wheel, and a pull rope is wound on the wire wheel; the platform main body is provided with an outlet which is used for the pull rope to extend out;
one side of the outlet is connected with a sliding part in a sliding way, and the sliding part is provided with a wire channel which is used for the stay cord to penetrate; the sliding piece slides along the wire outlet along with the pull rope when the pull rope is pulled, and the pull rope stretches out of the platform main body from the wire outlet after being guided by the wire guide channel;
the platform main body is used for a user to stand so as to fix the platform main body, and the wire wheel is pulled out to drive the wire wheel to rotate.
2. The chest expander of claim 1 wherein the reel is disposed horizontally within the platform body.
3. The chest expander of claim 1 wherein the reel is provided with a rotatable member, and wherein the platform body is provided with a resistance means therein which attracts the rotatable member to apply resistance to the rotatable member to resist rotation of the rotatable member.
4. A chest expander according to claim 3, wherein the resistance means comprises a first magnetic assembly and a second magnetic assembly, the first magnetic assembly and the second magnetic assembly being disposed at respective axial ends of the rotatable member, the first magnetic assembly and the second magnetic assembly providing the same resistance to the rotatable member.
5. A chest expander according to claim 3, wherein the resistance means comprises an adsorption block provided with a hollow chamber in which the magnetic assembly is detachably mounted, the rotation member and the adsorption block being attracted to each other to generate the magnetic field.
6. The chest expander of claim 5 wherein the hollow chamber is provided with an opening at one end, and the magnetic assembly is inserted through the opening and mounted into the hollow chamber.
7. The chest expander of claim 5 wherein the magnetic assembly comprises a mounting plate to which the magnet is removably attached.
8. A chest expander according to claim 3 wherein the resistance means comprises a movable magnetically attractable mass which moves to vary the spacing of the magnetically attractable mass from the rotatable member to adjust the resistance.
9. The tensioner as in claim 8, wherein the resistance means comprises a sleeve threaded with a screw rotatably coupled to the platform body, one end of the sleeve being fixed to the magnetic attraction block.
10. A chest expander according to claim 3 wherein the platform body is provided with a reset means which applies a return force to the reel.
11. The chest expander of claim 10 wherein the return means comprises an elastic member having one end secured to the platform body and the other end secured to the reel.
12. The chest expander of claim 10 wherein a unidirectional member is coupled between the rotatable member and the pulley; when the pull rope is used, the unidirectional piece enables the wire wheel and the rotating piece to be fixed, and the pull force of the pull rope overcomes the restoring force and the resistance to drive the wire wheel to rotate positively; when the rope is wound, the unidirectional piece enables the rotating piece to be connected with the wire wheel in a rotating way, and the restoring force enables the wire wheel to reversely rotate and reset.
13. The chest expander of claim 1 wherein the slider is rotatably coupled to the movable pulley about which the pull cord passes.
14. The chest expander according to claim 1, wherein the positioning member is arranged at one end of the wire outlet, the positioning member is provided with a limiting opening, and the pull rope extends out of the limiting opening and then penetrates the wire outlet through the wire guide channel.
15. The chest expander of claim 14 wherein the positioning member is rotatably coupled to the fixed pulley and the pull cord passes around the fixed pulley and into the limit port.
