Background
Rectum lavage device is the extensive auxiliary instrument who adopts in the gastroenterology, and its main function is washd the rectal before carrying out the operation, giving medicine to the treatment means such as, and the simplest lavage device is exactly a syringe among the traditional mode, and medical personnel installs the enema tube on the syringe, then stretches into the rectum with the enema tube from the anus in, promotes the syringe and beats the washing liquid, and then realizes the washing to the rectum, but this kind of mode is only applicable to very simple lavage operation. When a thorough lavage of the rectum is required, the efficiency is too low.
For this reason, partial lavage devices have also been proposed in the prior art, which have a tube extending into the rectum and a plug for blocking the anus; the outer end of the lavage tube is respectively connected with a cleaning liquid tank and a waste liquid tank through a three-way tube, when in use; when in use, the cleaning liquid is intermittently and alternately fed → the cleaning liquid is pumped out; thus realizing lavage.
However, the overall cleaning efficiency is still limited due to the intermittent and alternating liquid feeding and discharging; meanwhile, as the washing surface of the conventional lavage tube in the rectum is smaller, no dead angle lavage can not be really realized, which is also a major defect of the existing lavage device.

Detailed Description
As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, an irrigating device for pediatric gastroenterology comprises an irrigating tube 1 for penetrating into the rectum, and the inside of the rectum is irrigated with the irrigating tube 1. Of course, in order to fill and drain the lavage tube 1 with liquid, the present invention should also include a liquid filling mechanism and a liquid draining mechanism, the specific forms of which are described in detail below.
The difference between the present invention and the conventional lavage tube 1 is that a double-layer structure is adopted, as shown in fig. 2, the lavage tube 1 comprises an inner tube 2 and an outer tube 3 which are sleeved with each other, the head end of the outer tube 3 is a closed end, and the tail end is an open end. The head and the tail are not aligned with each other when being close to and far from the patient, the head is close to the tail of the patient and the head is far away from the tail of the patient, namely the left is the tail and the right is the head in the figure.
Both the head end and the tail end of the inner tube 2 extend beyond the outer tube 3, and the head end of the inner tube 2 is adapted to be connected to a liquid filling mechanism, i.e. a mechanism for driving cleaning liquid into the inner tube 2 under pressure, as shown in fig. 1, which may take the form of a liquid storage tank 17 and an irrigation pump 18, wherein the liquid storage tank 17 is in communication with an inlet of the irrigation pump 18 via a first conduit, and an outlet of the irrigation pump 18 is in communication with the rotary joint 12 via a second conduit.
The tail end of the inner tube 2 is provided with the silica gel head 4, and when the lubricating device is used, the silica gel head 4 is coated with lubricating liquid, so that the lubricating device can better stretch into the silica gel head. The side wall of the outer tube 3 close to the head end is provided with a side interface 5, and the side interface 5 is used for being connected with a liquid discharge mechanism. The simplest liquid discharge mechanism is a waste liquid bottle and a hand-held balloon, and the waste liquid can be pumped into the waste liquid bottle by pinching the balloon with hands. In order to improve the automation level of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the liquid discharge mechanism may also include a negative pressure aspirator 19 and a waste liquid bottle 20, wherein the suction end of the negative pressure aspirator 19 is communicated with the waste liquid bottle 20 through a third conduit, and the waste liquid bottle 20 is communicated with the side interface 5 of the outer tube 3 through a fourth conduit.
One section overcoat that outer tube 3 is close to the tail end is equipped with shutoff head 6, 6 tail silica gel end caps of shutoff head have better flexibility and travelling comfort, and elasticity is suitable, do benefit to and seal. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, one section surface that inner tube 2 is close to the tail end is provided with two rings of arriss 7, two rings be annular evenly distributed on 2 lateral walls of inner tube between the arriss 7 and have a plurality of play liquid holes 8 that extend along 2 length direction of inner tube, and inner tube 2 between the arris 7 still is provided with rotatory spray rinsing mechanism outward, and rotatory spray rinsing mechanism constitutes the abluent mechanism of lavage tube 1 annular, and its concrete structure is as follows:
the rotary spray-washing mechanism comprises a plurality of circular guide rings 9, wherein the guide rings 9 are sleeved outside the inner pipe 2 and form clearance fit with the inner pipe 2. An annular liquid outlet channel 10 is formed between the end surfaces of two adjacent guide rings 9.
In the using process, the lavage tube is stretched into the rectum, and then the anus is blocked and injected by the blocking head; then, a liquid filling mechanism and a liquid discharging mechanism can be started, the liquid filling mechanism continuously fills the cleaning liquid into the rectum under pressure, and the liquid discharging mechanism extracts the cleaning liquid in a negative pressure suction mode; due to the special structure of the enema tube 1, the cleaning fluid is annularly ejected from gaps among the guide rings 9 after being discharged from the inner tube 2 through the liquid outlet holes 8, so that the side wall of the rectum can be comprehensively washed; meanwhile, as a gap exists between the guide ring 9 and the inner tube 2, the guide ring 9 has certain fluctuation due to the existence of the gap, so that the liquid flow ejected from the liquid outlet channel 10 is in a certain pulse form, and the flushing is more facilitated.
In order to further improve the washing effect, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of liquid outlet grooves 11 extending from the inner edge to the outer edge of the deflector ring 9 in an inclined manner are further disposed on the end surface of the deflector ring 9, and the plurality of liquid outlet grooves 11 are arranged in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Through the setting of reservoir 11, under the reaction force that the liquid stream jetted out, guide ring 9 can rotate, and then makes holistic efflux and pulse effect better. On the basis, the inner tube 2 can be rotated to achieve a better flushing effect, and the inner tube 2 can be rotated. The head end of the inner tube 2 is also provided with a rotary joint 12, and the inner tube 2 at one side of the rotary joint 12 close to the outer tube 3 is provided with a first driving gear 13. The top of the head end of the outer tube 3 is provided with a micro driving motor 14, the output end of the micro driving motor 14 is connected with a second driving gear 15, and the first driving gear 13 is meshed with the second driving gear 15. The head ends of the inner pipe 2 and the outer pipe 3 form a running fit. The micro driving motor 14 is used for driving the first driving gear 13 and the second driving gear 15 to work, and further the inner tube 2 is driven to rotate. Certainly, because the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 3 are matched in a rotating mode, in order to form sealing, a sealing film sleeve 16 matched with the inner tube 2 is arranged inside the head end of the outer tube 3, and the sealing film sleeve 16 is sleeved outside the inner tube 2 to form sealing.
