Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water treatment, and relates to a backwashing rotary spray-washing device for a pre-filter.
Background
In urban water supply, the quality of water for household use is deteriorated and the control of water using equipment is disabled due to secondary pollution such as rust, silt and the like in a pipeline, and the service life of other household appliances related to water use is reduced, even great potential safety hazards are generated, so that a pre-filter is required to be installed to improve the quality of water and protect the household water using equipment.
The pre-filter in the current market mainly comprises a forward flushing type, a siphon flushing type, a back flushing type and the like. However, different types of pre-filters suffer from different problems:
the flushing intensity of the forward flushing prefilter is very weak, the filter element is easy to block, and not only small impurities can not be flushed out, but also the filter element is embedded deeper and tighter, so that secondary pollution is easy to occur. Consumers need to open the shell to take the filter element out for brushing by the toothbrush, and the filter element can be cleaned up, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
The siphon type prefilter has a complicated structure and is not thoroughly washed. Impurities are easily embedded deeper and tighter in the filter element, which causes secondary pollution and even finally leads to the blockage of the filter element. Once the cartridge becomes clogged, maintenance is very difficult. On the other hand, most siphon-type prefilter products also require a filter precision to be configured in order to achieve a flushing effect.
The backwashing type prefilter is technically improved compared with other prefilters, but trapped objects blocked in filter screen holes are not easy to wash out, and troubles are brought to users because filter bottles need to be opened to take out the filter screens and auxiliary tools such as brushes and air guns are used for cleaning.
