The electric heating smoke generating device 6 comprises an electric heating smoke generating device shell 26 and a heating block 31, the heating block 31 is installed on the electric heating smoke generating device shell 26, a heat insulation protective layer 32 wraps the outside of the heating block 31, a temperature sensor 27, a heating negative electrode 28 and a heating positive electrode 30 are installed on the heating block 31, and the temperature sensor 27, the heating negative electrode 28 and the heating positive electrode 30 are respectively connected with the controller 22 through heating control leads; a smoke spraying heat exchange tube 29 is installed in the heating block 31 in a penetrating manner, one end of the smoke spraying heat exchange tube 29 extends out of the smoke outlet 8, and the other end of the smoke spraying heat exchange tube 29 is connected with the water pump 15 through a pumping tube. A protection switch 33 is arranged on the heating control lead of the heating positive electrode 30. The heating block 31 is made of aluminum material. When the container is disinfected, the smoke-spraying heat exchange tube 29 extending out of the smoke outlet 8 is inserted into the container from the gap of the container to treat the relatively closed space of the whole container. When the device is used for large-space pesticide application, the electric heating smoke generating device 6 can be placed on the electric heating smoke generating device placing table 36 for pesticide application, and the placing angle of the electric heating smoke generating device 36 is adjusted through the angle adjuster 37, so that the adjustment of the smoke spraying angle is realized.
The controller 22 comprises a controller mainboard, the controller mainboard is connected with a display, the display comprises a time adjustment display 17 and a temperature adjustment display 19, a power switch, a full-automatic key, a cleaning switch, a time adjustment key, a temperature adjustment key and a working indicator lamp are installed on the display, the controller mainboard is provided with a processor, a signal input unit and a signal output unit, the processor comprises a temperature control module and a water pump control module, the power switch is turned on, the electric heating fuming device 6 starts to heat, temperature information input by a temperature sensor 27 of the electric heating fuming device 6 is input into the signal input unit through a circuit, the processor processes, compares and analyzes, when the temperature reaches a set temperature, controls the water pump 15 to work, when the temperature of the electric heating fuming device 6 is lower than the set temperature, the water pump 15 stops working, after the temperature of the electric heating fuming device 6 reaches the set temperature, the water pump 15 is started again to work; when the sum of the working time of the water pump 5 is equal to the set time, the controller 22 sends an instruction to stop the heating work of the electric heating smoke generating device 6; when the automatic control is needed, the full-automatic button is pressed, and the controller 22 automatically completes the work of smoke disinfection and insect killing according to the set program.
Compared with the traditional fuel oil type hot smoke sprayer, the split electric heating type smoke disinfection and insect killing machine has the advantages of obvious construction efficiency, safety and environmental cost in the aspect of treating pests of urban sewer pipes. d. after the time for disinfection and disinsection is reached, the work of the smoke disinfection and disinsection device is stopped, the smoke disinfection and disinsection are completed, and the disinfection and disinsection time is the sum of the work time of the water pump (5);
