(3) and (3) granulating the mixture, sieving the granulated mixture by using a sieve with 10-24 meshes, and drying the sieved mixture at the temperature of 30-70 ℃ for 2-6 hours to obtain the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy product.

(2) uniformly mixing 40g of solvent glycerol and 20g of propylene glycol with the traditional Chinese medicine powder, and adding 5g of honey to obtain a mixture;
(3) and (3) granulating the mixture, sieving the granulated mixture by a 24-mesh sieve, and drying the granulated mixture at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy product.
Example 3

(2) uniformly mixing 60g of solvent glycerol and 35g of propylene glycol with the traditional Chinese medicine powder, and adding 26g of honey to obtain a mixture;

(2) mixing 78g of solvent glycerol and 39g of propylene glycol with the traditional Chinese medicine powder uniformly, and adding 19g of honey to obtain a mixture;
(3) and (3) granulating the mixture, sieving the granulated mixture by using a 18-mesh sieve, and drying the granulated mixture at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 5 hours to obtain the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy product.

(1) Respectively crushing 8g of tartary buckwheat husk, 14g of sandalwood, 13g of cassia bark, 17g of galangal, 25g of lemon, 7g of mint and 8g of liquorice, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing to obtain Chinese medicinal powder;
(2) uniformly mixing 56g of solvent glycerol and 28g of propylene glycol with the traditional Chinese medicine powder, and adding 24g of honey to obtain a mixture;
(3) and (3) granulating the mixture, sieving the granulated mixture by using a 18-mesh sieve, and drying the granulated mixture at the temperature of 45 ℃ for 5 hours to obtain the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy product.

The procedure was as in example 1 except that the solvent in step (2) was changed to 75g of glycerin.

The procedure was as in example 1 except that galangal was not added in step (1).
The body-warming aroma physiotherapy products obtained in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were heated, and the volatilized gases were collected, and the contents of the beneficial gases such as alkane, aromatic hydrocarbon, aldehyde ketone, olefin and the like in the volatilized gases were measured by gas chromatography, to obtain table 1.

The other groups in table 1 are esters, alcohols, phenols, heterocycles and the like, and as can be seen from table 1, after the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy products of examples 1 to 8 are heated, the content of the released beneficial gas is over 80%, no solvent is added in comparative example 1, only one solvent is added in comparative example 2, no galangal is added in comparative example 3, the content of the released beneficial gas is significantly reduced, and the addition of the two solvents is beneficial to the release of the beneficial gas, so that the effects of dispelling cold and warming the stomach are optimized; in addition, the galangal is not added, so that the content of the beneficial gas is obviously reduced, and the galangal and other components cooperate to play a role in warming the stomach and the lung.
The body-warming aroma physiotherapy products obtained in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the following tests:
65 SD rats were selected, 5 were randomly selected as blank groups, and the rest rats were used for replicating the stomach excess cold syndrome model. The water extract of rhizoma anemarrhenae of 4 deg.C is administered to the other groups to duplicate the model of stomach excess cold syndrome, and the administration volume is 20 mL/kg-11 in the morning and at night. Randomly taking 5 of the rhizoma anemarrhenae as a model group, and filling the model group with the rhizoma anemarrhenae water extract at 4 ℃ without filling other substances; the remaining 55 rats were randomly divided into 11 groups of 5 rats each, wherein 1-8 groups were administered by inhalation according to the formulation of examples 1-8 and 9-11 groups were administered by inhalation according to comparative examples 1-3, and when administered, 11 groups of rats were administered by inhalation of the same amount of the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy product prepared according to examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-3 of the present invention, respectively. The administration was 1 time every 12h for 3 times. And (4) carrying out blood sampling on the abdominal aorta of the experiment 1 hour after the last administration is finished, and adding the blood sampling into a sterile test tube. Standing at room temperature for 1h, centrifuging at 4 deg.C for 2500r min-1Centrifuging for 10min, collecting supernatant, and determining the contents of thyroid hormone (TSH), thyroxine T3(T3) and thyroxine T4(T4) according to the kit instruction. The results obtained are shown in Table 2 below:

As can be seen from Table 2, after the rats in examples 1 to 8 absorb the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy product, the contents of TSH, T3 and T4 in the blood serum are obviously improved, which shows that the body-warming aromatic physiotherapy product can effectively accelerate metabolism, increase heat production and improve basal metabolism, and further has the effects of warming the body, dispelling cold and nourishing the stomach, the contents of TSH, T3 and T4 in the rat blood serum of comparative examples 1 to 3 are improved, but are obviously lower than those in examples 1 to 8, which shows that the addition of two solvents and galangal is of great importance.
In addition, the effect of the example 1 is the best, the effect of the comparative example is obviously inferior to that of the example, and the result is matched with the content results of various volatile oils.
The body-warming aroma physiotherapy products obtained in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the following tests:
60 SD rats are taken, 5 SD rats are randomly taken as a blank group, the blank group is irrigated with normal temperature water, and the rest rats are used for drug test. The remaining rats were randomly divided into 11 groups of 5 rats each, wherein 1-8 groups were administered by inhalation according to the formulation of examples 1-8, 9-11 groups were administered by inhalation according to comparative examples 1-3, and when administration, 11 groups of rats were administered by inhalation of the same amount of the Chinese medicinal composition of the aromatic stomach warming product prepared according to examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-3, respectively, 1 time in the morning and evening. 30 days later, taking rat liver, accurately weighing a certain amount of liver tissue, adding 9 times of normal saline according to weight volume ratio to prepare 10% homogenate, centrifuging at 1500r/min for 10min, taking supernatant, and carrying out liver Na according to a kit method+-K+-ATPase, Ca2+Determination of the ATPase, SDH activity, determination of the histones by Coomassie Brilliant blue, results as shown in Table 3 below:
