Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Examples: the invention provides a technical proposal, as shown in figures 1-2, for a test mould for knee joint replacement operation and revision operation thereof, which comprises a platform base plate 1 and a gasket test mould 2, wherein an inserting sheet 3 is arranged between the platform base plate 1 and the gasket test mould 2, the inserting sheet 3 is used for increasing the thickness of the test mould, so that the test mould only keeps four models, eight thickness inserting sheets 3 are arranged for each model of test mould, when a doctor selects the test mould, the model of the test mould is selected firstly, then the inserting sheet with proper thickness is selected according to the tested curve Qu Jianxi and the straightening gap, the design reduces the production cost of the test mould, and is convenient for the doctor to select, an inserting sheet upper guiding groove 4 is arranged at the position of the lower end of the platform base plate 1 corresponding to the inserting sheet 3, an inserting sheet lower guiding groove 5 is arranged at the position of the upper end of the gasket test mould 2 corresponding to the inserting sheet 3, the inserting sheet upper guiding groove 4 and the inserting sheet lower guiding groove 5 are used for leaving the gap to facilitate the insertion of the inserting sheet 3, the upper and lower ends of the insert 3 are respectively provided with a first chute 6, the position corresponding to the first chute 6 in the upper guide groove 4 of the insert is provided with a guide bead 7, when the insert 3 is inserted, the first chute 6 slides along the guide bead 7 for guiding the insertion of the insert 3, meanwhile, the guide bead 7 is used for generating a relative fixing effect on the insert 3 to prevent the insert 3 from falling, gaps are reserved between the two sides of the insert 3, the upper guide groove 4 of the insert and the lower guide groove 5 of the insert, namely, the position shown in a of fig. 1, the gaps can facilitate the insertion of the patch 8, after a doctor places the test mould into the curve Qu Jianxi and the straightening gap, if the test mould is considered to be unsuitable in size, the size can be further confirmed by supplementing the patch 8, the removal of the test mould is avoided, the test mould is selected, the test mould is installed again, the requirement on the precision of a measuring instrument is reduced, and the requirement on the precision judged by the doctor is also reduced, and reduce the operation time, this space is used for inserting patch 8, and patch 8 is the structure that has an up end and two sides, and thickness is 1mm, can insert from the upper and lower both sides of inserted sheet 3, consequently after putting into the bone gap with the examination mould, can also adjust the size of 2mm through the patch.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the two sides of the insert 3 are respectively provided with an inserting inclined plane 24, the two inserting inclined planes 24 positioned at one side of the insert 3 are arranged in a mirror image manner, the two sides of the patch 8 are respectively provided with a compensating inclined plane 25, the shapes of the inserting inclined planes 24 and the compensating inclined planes 25 are complementary, the shapes of the inserting inclined planes 24 and the compensating inclined planes 25 can enable the insert 3 and the patch 8 to have a certain fit effect, the patch 8 can slide along the insert 3, and the patch 8 can be prevented from falling by combining the acting force of the insert upper guide groove 4 or the insert lower guide groove 5 on the insert 3 in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 4, the patch 8 is further provided with a second chute 26, and when the patch 8 is inserted into the upper guide slot 4 or the lower guide slot 5 of the insert, the second chute 26 has the same function as the first chute 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the insertion end of the patch 8 is provided with a smooth slope 27, and the smooth slope 27 makes it easier for the insertion end of the patch 8 to be inserted into the gaps between the insert sheet 3 and the insert sheet upper guide groove 4 and the insert sheet lower guide groove 5.
As shown in fig. 3, one end of the insert 3 is provided with a draw hook 28, and the draw hook 28 is used for conveniently holding the insert 3 so as to facilitate replacement of the insert 3.
As shown in fig. 5, the platform substrate 1 includes an upper platform substrate 29 and a lower platform substrate 30, the upper platform substrate 29 and the spacer prosthesis are made of plastic products, the lower platform substrate 30 is made of hard metal, has higher hardness, is convenient for replacement of the inserting sheet 3 and the patch 8, the upper end of the lower platform substrate 30 is provided with a plurality of stud bumps 31, the lower end of the upper platform substrate 29 is provided with a stud groove 32 corresponding to the stud bumps 31, the stud bumps 31 and the stud grooves 32 are used for connecting the upper platform substrate 29 and the lower platform substrate 30, the upper platform substrate 29 and the lower platform substrate 30 are connected through screws 33, and the screws 33 are used for fixing the upper platform substrate 29 and the lower platform substrate 30 and form a stable connection relationship in combination with the stud bumps 31 and the stud grooves 32.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, an intramedullary post cylinder 9 is further disposed at the lower end of the gasket test mold 2, the intramedullary post cylinder 9 is used for being inserted into a femoral marrow cavity to fix the test mold relatively, a guide post 10 is disposed at the lower end of the lower platform base plate 30, the guide post 10 extends into the intramedullary post cylinder 9, when the insert 3 is placed in the upper guide groove 4 and the lower guide groove 5 of the insert, the guide post 10 moves along the intramedullary post cylinder 9 to prevent detachment between the lower platform base plate 30 and the gasket test mold 2, a guide groove 11 is formed on the side wall of the intramedullary post cylinder 9, a guide pin 12 is disposed at a position corresponding to the guide groove 11 of the guide post 10, the guide pin 12 extends into the guide groove 11, and the guide pin 12 and the guide groove 11 are used for preventing relative rotation between the lower platform base plate 30 and the gasket test mold 2.
Referring to fig. 7, the guide post 10 is screwed onto the lower platform base plate 30, so that the guide post 10 is detachable, the middle of the spacer test mold 2 is perforated, a first inner edge protrusion 13 and a rotation stopping groove 14 are provided at the hole, an outer edge protrusion 15 and a rotation stopping block 16 are provided at the upper part of the intramedullary post barrel 9, and the outer edge protrusion 15 is disposed on the first inner edge protrusion 13, so that the intramedullary post barrel 9 is detachably connected onto the spacer test mold 2, the eccentric post 17 is conveniently replaced on the spacer test mold 2 in the subsequent knee joint revision operation, the rotation stopping block 16 is disposed in the rotation stopping groove 14, so as to prevent the intramedullary post barrel 9 from rotating circumferentially, the guide groove 11 extends to the upper edge of the intramedullary post barrel 9, so that the guide post 10 can be separated from the intramedullary post barrel 9, and the guide post 10 is conveniently detached.
As shown in fig. 8, the lower end of the gasket test die 2 is provided with an eccentric column 17, the eccentricity of the eccentric column 17 is 4mm and is used for being inserted into a femoral marrow cavity to determine the specification model of a new tibia platform prosthesis, the upper end face of the eccentric column 17 is provided with an eccentric scale, the upper end of the eccentric column 17 is provided with an eccentric platform 18, the eccentric platform 18 is sleeved on the eccentric column 17 under certain interference effect, the eccentric column 17 can slightly rotate, the eccentric platform 18 is rotated to enable the eccentric platform 18 and the eccentric column 17 to relatively rotate, the eccentricity of the eccentric column 17 can be adjusted, the eccentricity of-2 mm to +2mm is adjusted, and is indicated by the eccentric scale, the upper end face of the eccentric platform 18 is provided with an angle scale, the gasket test die 2 is rotated, the gasket test die 2 and the eccentric platform 18 relatively rotate, the angle scale can be indicated to indicate the rotation angle of the gasket test die 2, the specification of the prosthesis is selected, the middle part of the gasket test die 2 is provided with a second inner edge bulge 19, the eccentric platform 18 is arranged on the second inner edge 19, and the gasket test die 18 can be detached from the second inner edge 19.
As shown in fig. 8, the upper end of the second inner edge bulge 19 is further provided with a ring groove 20, a through hole is formed in the side portion of the eccentric platform 18 and corresponds to the ring groove 20, a ball 21, a spring 22 and a pin 23 are sequentially arranged in the through hole from one end close to the ring groove 20 to one end far away from the ring groove 20, one side of the ball 21 extends out of the through hole and contacts the ring groove 20, the pin 23 is used for abutting against the spring 22 to prevent the spring 22 from ejecting out of the through hole, the ball 21 is tightly attached to the ring groove 20 under the elastic force of the spring 22, and a certain limiting effect is provided when the eccentric platform 18 and the gasket test mold 2 relatively rotate, so that the eccentric platform 18 and the gasket test mold 2 can relatively rotate and relatively fix.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: in knee joint replacement operation, after the tibia and the femur are cut, firstly measuring the curve Qu Jianxi and the straightening clearance between the femur and the tibia by using a measuring tool, then measuring the clearance conditions of the femur and the tibia after cutting by using a gasket test die and a platform prosthesis test die matched with a femur condyle test die, and finally determining the specification of the prosthesis according to the measuring result of the test die;
selecting a proper platform base plate 1 and a proper gasket test die 2 according to a curve Qu Jianxi and a straightening gap, screwing a guide post 10 on the gasket test die 2, attaching an intramedullary post cylinder 9 on the platform base plate 1, extending the guide post 10 into the intramedullary post cylinder 9 to connect the platform base plate 1 and the gasket test die 2, inserting a proper insert 3 into an insert upper guide groove 4 and an insert lower guide groove 5, inserting the intramedullary post cylinder 9 into a shank bone marrow cavity to enable the whole test die to be placed at a knee joint, judging whether the test die specification is proper by a doctor, and if the doctor considers that the test die size is improper, further confirming the size by supplementing a patch 8;
in knee joint revision surgery, a new tibial osteotomy platform is obtained by osteotomy of a worn part of tibia, then eccentricity and rotation angle between a platform prosthesis newly required to be installed and an original platform prosthesis are measured by using a measuring tool, according to the measured value, the eccentric platform 18 is rotated to adjust the eccentricity of the eccentric column 17, then the eccentric column 17 and the eccentric platform 18 are attached to the pad test mold 21, the pad test mold 2 is rotated to adjust the rotation angle of the pad test mold 2, and then the eccentric column 17 is placed in a femoral medullary cavity, so that the adjusted pad test mold 2 is combined with the platform substrate 1, the inserting sheet 3, the patch 8 and the like to be placed in the knee joint, and final prosthesis specifications are confirmed.

Claims (9)
1. A examination mould for knee joint replacement operation and repair operation thereof, including platform base plate (1) and gasket examination mould (2), its characterized in that: an inserting sheet (3) is arranged between the platform substrate (1) and the gasket test die (2), an inserting sheet upper guide groove (4) is arranged at the position, corresponding to the inserting sheet (3), of the lower end of the platform substrate (1), an inserting sheet lower guide groove (5) is arranged at the position, corresponding to the inserting sheet (3), of the upper end of the gasket test die (2), a first sliding groove (6) is arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inserting sheet (3), guide beads (7) are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the first sliding groove (6), of the upper guide groove (4) of the inserting sheet, and gaps are reserved between the two sides of the inserting sheet (3) and the upper guide groove (4) and the lower guide groove (5) of the inserting sheet, and are used for inserting patches (8);
the two sides of the inserting piece (3) are provided with inserting inclined planes (24), two inserting inclined planes (24) positioned on one side of the inserting piece (3) are arranged in a mirror image mode, two sides of the patch (8) are provided with compensating inclined planes (25), and the inserting inclined planes (24) and the compensating inclined planes (25) are complementary in shape.
