Abstract

The invention provides an acetabular position change measuring device, comprising: the scale is provided with scale marks; the positioning piece is used for positioning the scale at a set position; a measuring member, integrally movably mounted on the scale, having an insertion end adapted to extend into the interior of the acetabulum to rest against the top of the acetabulum, and an indicating end for indicating the scale markings. The device for measuring the position change of the acetabulum can accurately measure the position change of the acetabulum before and after the operation and provide data for the follow-up compensation operation of doctors, so that the length and the eccentricity of the lower limb of a patient are basically consistent before and after the operation as much as possible.

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments for joint replacement, in particular to a device for measuring the variation of the position of acetabulum before and after hip joint replacement.
Background
Hip arthroplasty is currently the most effective method for clinically treating severe arthropathy, senile femoral neck fractures and partial intertrochanteric fractures. With the increasing of aging population, bone joint diseases are increasing, the hip joint replacement can reconstruct the functions of diseased joints, and can remarkably improve the working capacity and life quality of patients, and the hip joint replacement is widely applied at home and abroad as a mature treatment means.
Referring to fig. 5-7, in hip replacement surgery, acetabular cup placement has a very important impact on the performance of the surgery. First, the placement of the acetabular cup may affect the length of the lower limb. If the acetabulum moves upwards after the operation, the lower limb can become short; if the acetabulum moves downwards after operation, the lower limb becomes longer. Clinically, the lower limbs are required to be as long as possible after operation, and the change of the lower limb length can cause obvious discomfort of patients and legal problems abroad. Second, the placement of the acetabular cup may also affect the acetabular eccentricity. Acetabular eccentricity refers to the perpendicular distance between the central axis of the femur and the central axis of the spine. The eccentric distance of acetabulum is reduced, the joint is unstable after hip joint replacement operation, and dislocation of the hip joint is easy to cause; the eccentricity is too large and the patient may feel significant discomfort.
At present, the judging method for the equal length of the lower limb clinically compares the position changes of the patella at two sides, and the judgment is greatly influenced by the position changes and is not accurate enough. The judgment of the acetabular eccentricity is mainly based on the experience of doctors.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the technical defect that a tool for assisting a doctor in judging specific data of the acetabular position variation is not accurate in the prior art, so that guidance cannot be provided for subsequent operations of the doctor, and further the length of a lower limb or the eccentricity of an acetabulum is easy to change after the operation, thereby providing a device capable of accurately measuring the acetabular variation.
To this end, the present invention provides an acetabular position variation measuring apparatus including:
the scale is provided with scale marks;
the positioning piece is used for positioning the scale at a set position;
a measuring member integrally movably mounted on the scale and having an insertion end adapted to extend into the interior of the acetabulum to rest against the top of the acetabulum, and an indicating end for indicating the scale markings.
