After the medical waste collecting device is used for a period of time, the waste can be collected and packaged by the drawing type discharging structure arranged at the lower part of the collecting barrel, and then the inner wall of the barrel is washed and disinfected by the disinfectant spraying system for subsequent use. In order to conveniently observe the amount of the waste accumulated in the collecting barrel, a transparent observation window can be arranged on the side wall of the collecting barrel.
