Description

Medicated food for treating gastric cancer and rectal cancer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gastric cancer treatment, and particularly relates to a medicated diet for treating gastric cancer and rectal cancer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The gastric cancer is a malignant tumor originated from gastric mucosa epithelium, the incidence rate of the gastric cancer is the first in various malignant tumors in China, the incidence rate of the gastric cancer is obviously different regionally, and the incidence rate of the gastric cancer is obviously higher in northwest and east coastal areas of China than in south areas.
The traditional treatment method has various defects, the tumor can be removed by surgical treatment, however, the surgical risk is high, the wound of the operation on the human body is large, the immunity of a patient is reduced, the resistance to diseases is reduced, the operation is a local treatment means, and the traditional treatment method is only suitable for the patient with early stage and body condition tolerance; surgical resection cannot remove roots and can directly result in tumor cell spread.
The chemotherapy drugs are almost all cytotoxic drugs, and have certain toxic and side effects on normal cells of a human body while killing tumor cells, particularly on cells which are divided, proliferated and relatively fast, such as bone marrow hematopoietic cells, intestinal mucosa epithelial cells and the like. Chemotherapy shortens the survival time of patients and makes part of tumors insensitive to drugs, and chemotherapy cannot completely kill all tumor cells in vivo, and the tumor cells can relapse or metastasize within a certain time. Radiation therapy is often used as an adjuvant or palliative treatment. While tumor destruction is achieved by radiation therapy, normal tissue cells are damaged to some extent, and beyond this limit, irreversible damage to the tissue occurs, and radiation therapy may reduce the immunity of the body. The radiation dose is calculated by theory, which is difficult to conform to the reality, and only the tumor less than 2cm can be completely destroyed at one time.

1. And (3) clinical trials:
clinical data: the total number of patients participating in the clinical trial was 60, 18 men and 12 women in the chemotherapy group (control group); mean age (66.1 ± 7.82) years; 13 cases in III stage, and 17 cases in IV stage. The medicated diet is prepared into 20 male cases and 10 female cases; the mean age (64.87 + -8.86 years; 14 cases in stage III, 16 cases in stage IV.) the comparison of the baseline data in age, sex, weight, KPS score, TNM stage, etc. for both groups of patients was not statistically significant (P > 0.05) and was comparable.
2. The clinical test method comprises the following steps:
the standard-compliant cases were included in the chemotherapy groups (control group) and experimental groups, 30 cases each, using a contemporary control, non-randomized clinical study approach. The control group adopts oxaliplatin and tegafur with oxaliplatin (Jiangsu Henrie medicine GmbH, specification: 20mg, national Standard: H20000337)135mg/m2d1+ tegafur (Qilu pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., specification: 20mg, national standard of medicine: H20100150), and has a body surface area of less than 1m240 mg; 1 to 1.5m250 mg; greater than 1.5m260mg, 2 times daily to 14 days. Repeat to 21d for 2 courses. The experimental group orally takes the decoction obtained in the embodiment of the invention on the basis of a control group, the decoction is respectively taken 1 time in the morning and evening, each time is 400-500mL, 21d is 1 period, and two groups of patients are treated for half a year. 6 cycles of cases after radical operation and 3-6 cycles of advanced cases.
3. Clinical efficacy evaluation criteria:
complete Remission (CR): all focus disappears and is maintained for more than 28 days;
partial Remission (PR): the sum of the length and the diameter of the focus is reduced by more than 30 percent and maintained for more than 28 days;
disease Stability (SD): between PR and PD;
progression (PD): the total length and diameter of the focus is increased by more than 20 percent, or a new focus appears;
clinical effective rate (RR) ═ CR + PR/total number of cases;
disease Control Rate (DCR) ═ CR + PR + SD)/total number of cases.
4. The clinical test results are as follows:
after four courses of treatment, the control group: CR is 0 case, PR is 9 cases, SD is 14 cases, clinical effective rate (RR) is 30.00%, and Disease Control Rate (DCR) is 76.67%; experimental groups: CR is 0 case, PR is 16 cases, SD is 12 cases, the clinical effective rate (RR) is 53.33%, the Disease Control Rate (DCR) is 93.33%, and the comparison difference of the two groups has statistical significance (P is less than 0.05). After four courses of treatment, the clinical effective rate and the disease control rate of the experimental group are better than those of the control group, and the specific test results are shown in table 1.

Typical cases
Hu, man, 71 years old, in the city of Zhi county Shi Zhi. The body is hard at ordinary times, the patient is examined in a county citizen hospital in 17 years due to unsmooth stool, and the late rectal cancer is concluded through clinical examination, X-ray examination, CT examination, ultrasonic examination, endoscope examination and final biopsy. By further inquiry, the doctor can recover the life cycle for 3-6 months by experiential politeness.
After the family members and patients are in business, the medical treatment such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and the like is abandoned, the medicated diet obtained in the embodiment 1 is taken after the family members come home, and the use is stopped after 4 months. The affected part is removed by operation in 19 years of autumn admission. Whole body examination without tumor metastasis; the pathological part is removed, and the tumor exists. To date, there is no recurrence of tumor and no metastasis. The production and life are not affected by normal work in the period.
Wu, a man, aged 49 years now, who lives at county Shimen town, who is near-Yiyi city, has years of severe gastritis, takes the stomach medicine for a long time, adopts the medicated food obtained in the example 3 years ago, and after insisting on taking the medicated food obtained in the example for 21 days, the gastritis symptom disappears, and does not take any stomach medicine so far.
Zhang, women, 42 years old, Yuan-Yi City, Hedong, suffered from lymphoma in 13 years, examined in Beijing 309 Hospital, followed by chemotherapy while taking the formulation of example 1, during which the stomach only had slight to negligible reaction, no vomiting, no influence on food intake, and normal excretion.
