Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an automatic screen detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic screen detection method, which is applied to wireless electronic equipment comprising a wireless transceiving module and a display screen and is used for testing whether the display screen of the wireless electronic equipment generates a bad phenomenon due to wireless interference or not, further judging a product generating the bad phenomenon as a defective product and removing the defective product so as to improve the quality qualification rate of a factory product.
The display screen may have undesirable phenomena such as screen flashing, screen blooming and the like under wireless interference. The flashing refers to that a display screen image flickers or irregularly flickers, and transverse lines and vertical lines sometimes appear in the running process of the wireless electronic equipment; the screen-splash means that the display screen has the phenomenon of snowflakes, and the integrity of the screen is influenced.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for automatically detecting a screen according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, after the detection function is started, controlling the wireless transceiver module to enter a transmission working mode and transmitting a radio frequency signal according to a preset radio frequency parameter so as to generate wireless interference on a display screen.
102, in the process of transmitting the radio frequency signal, automatically identifying whether the display screen in the current working state has a bad phenomenon, such as screen flashing or screen blooming.
Exemplary, the automatic identification method may be: the method comprises the steps of utilizing an external camera or a built-in camera of the wireless electronic equipment to shoot a display picture of a display screen in the transmission process of radio frequency signals, automatically extracting key characteristic information contained in the display picture through software, comparing the key characteristic information with relevant pre-stored bad phenomena such as screen flashing and screen blooming, and then confirming whether the bad phenomena occur on the display screen.
Different from the traditional manual control mode, the embodiment of the invention adopts the automatic control mode in the test procedure, and utilizes the wireless transceiving module in the wireless electronic equipment to transmit the radio frequency signal so as to cause wireless interference on the display screen; meanwhile, whether the display screen in the working state generates bad phenomena or not is automatically identified in the scene of wireless interference.
The method can automatically test the wireless electronic equipment, simplify the test operation, reduce the labor cost and improve the test efficiency, and moreover, because the transmission of interference signals is simulated by the existing wireless transceiving module of the equipment, a hardware test environment is not required to be built outside, the test difficulty and complexity are greatly simplified, the applicability is expanded, and the wireless electronic equipment of any type can be automatically tested in any environment.
In order to further improve the efficiency, after the screen detection station on the production line respectively scans the identification codes entering other wireless electronic devices of the station, a different detection instruction is sent to the wireless electronic devices, and the wireless electronic devices automatically trigger the detection function to be started according to the different detection instruction of the station. Therefore, the whole detection process is automated, the detection efficiency is further improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
In an implementation manner, in order to ensure high factory quality, the wireless transceiver module may be controlled to transmit the radio frequency signal according to the strongest practical transmit power, and the operating frequency band of the radio frequency signal is controlled to be the same as the operating frequency band of the display screen. Because the working frequency ranges of different types of wireless electronic equipment may be different, and the interference signal can cause actual interference on the display screen only when the frequency range of the interference signal is superposed with the working frequency range of the screen of the equipment, the embodiment of the invention can generate the wireless interference signal by automatically adjusting and setting the working frequency range parameters of the wireless transceiving module so as to assist in completing the screen test.
Exemplarily, a wireless electronic device is taken as a notebook computer, the working frequency band of the notebook computer is 2.4GHZ, and the notebook computer is provided with double antennas; when the screen is automatically tested, the preset radio frequency parameters of the wireless transceiving module can be set according to the following modes:
(1) setting the working mode of the module as a TX (transmitting power) working mode;
(2) setting a signal working frequency band to be 2.4GHz and a bandwidth to be 20 MHz;
(3) setting a signal working channel, wherein the signal working channel can be selected according to the signal rate of a display screen, such as channel 1;
(4) setting a signal transmission mode as STBC (space-time block coding), wherein complete antenna gain can be obtained in the mode, and the antenna is ensured to transmit signals with maximum gain;
(5) setting antenna transmission links A and B, namely simultaneously transmitting by double antennas;
(6) setting the frame rate, the frame size and the working period of the signal as maximum values;
(7) setting a country code US, identifying the delivery country of the machine according to the SN code of the scanning machine, associating with a power meter of the upper module, and selecting the country code;
(8) the target transmit power of the module is set to 20dBm, and is typically selected to be 3dB greater than the default power of the wtru, i.e., the maximum power that the wtru may achieve.
The parameters are set for verifying whether the wireless transceiver module interferes the display screen under the condition of the strongest transmitting power to cause the phenomena of screen flashing, screen splash and the like. For other types of wireless electronic devices, the specific radio frequency parameter setting may be adjusted according to actual conditions, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
