The tunnel waterproof board mounting trolley structure is characterized by comprising a trolley body of a bottom walking mechanism, straight wall paving devices and lifting operation platforms, wherein the straight wall paving devices and the lifting operation platforms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the trolley body; lifting the waterproof plate to the top of the trolley body through the lifting operation platform; the vertical wall paving device comprises a connecting rod in driving connection with the driving piece and a paving roller connected with the connecting rod through an elastic telescopic shaft, and the paving roller is tightly attached to the vertical wall to realize paving and pasting of the waterproof board; the top arch paving device comprises a base arranged at the top of the trolley body, a telescopic mechanical arm movably connected with the base and a top arch paving roller arranged at the top of the telescopic mechanical arm, wherein the top arch paving roller can move up and down and cling to the inner wall of the top arch to slide, so that paving of the waterproof board is realized.

The tunnel waterproof plate installation trolley structure of claim 1, wherein the elastic telescopic shaft comprises an outer shaft connected with the connecting rod, a telescopic cavity arranged in the outer shaft, an inner shaft movably connected with the telescopic cavity, and a strong spring arranged in the telescopic cavity, one end of the strong spring is connected with or abutted against a limiting block, the other end of the strong spring is connected with or abutted against the inner wall of the telescopic cavity, one end of the limiting hole far away from the strong spring is connected with the inner shaft, the stroke limitation of the inner shaft is realized through the limiting hole and the inner shaft, and the inner shaft is movably connected with the paving roller.

The tunnel waterproof board installation trolley structure according to claim 2, wherein a channel rail is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the trolley body, a plurality of connecting rods are arranged between the channel rail and the trolley body, the lifting operation platform is in sliding fit with the channel rail, the lifting operation platform can move back and forth along the height direction of the channel rail, and the straight wall paving device is arranged between the channel rail and the straight wall.

The tunnel flashing mounting trolley structure of claim 1, wherein the trolley body comprises a plurality of columns having a bottom provided with a running gear, a cross beam and a top longitudinal beam provided at the top of the columns, a reinforcing brace provided between the columns and the cross beam, a bottom longitudinal beam provided at the bottom of the columns, and a vertical brace and a diagonal brace provided between the bottom longitudinal beam and the top longitudinal beam.

The tunnel waterproof plate mounting trolley structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein guard rails are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the stepped operating platform, an arched support is connected to the bottom of each guard rail, a plurality of support rods are arranged at the bottom of each arched support, and the bottom of each support rod is connected with the cross beam.

The tunnel flashing mounting trolley structure of claim 4, wherein the paving roller, the elastic telescopic shaft and the connecting rod form a regular triangle, the elastic telescopic shaft is respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting rod, two rollers are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting rod, and the rollers are respectively abutted against the channel steel rails.

9. The construction method of a tunnel flashing installation trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
conveying the waterproof plate coiled material to the lower part of the trolley body, and conveying part of the waterproof plate coiled material to the stepped operation platform through the lifting operation platform;
the waterproof board coiled material is installed on the top arch paving roller, the top arch paving roller is driven by a telescopic mechanical arm to slide along the inner wall of the top arch to realize paving at the top arch, meanwhile, the rest part of the waterproof board coiled material is installed on a paving roller of the straight wall paving device, and the straight wall paving device is driven by a driving piece to ascend to realize paving at the straight wall of the tunnel from bottom to top;
after the waterproof boards are paved, the waterproof boards are fixed through the lifting operation platform and the stepped operation platform, wherein the overlapping length between the adjacent waterproof boards is not less than 20 cm;
and repeating the steps to finish the laying of the waterproof board, and finally welding and checking the waterproof board.
10. The construction method according to claim 9, wherein adjacent waterproof boards are connected through expansion screws and rubber sheets, and the bonding peel strength between the adjacent waterproof boards is not less than 12N/10 mm.
