Claims (5)

1. A municipal drainage method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 20), all the rainwater entering the box culvert (1) falls on the filter screen (25), and the filter screen (25) performs secondary filtration on the rainwater; rainwater filtered by the filter screen (25) flows into the fine sand sedimentation tank (11) under the diversion and blocking of the first diversion plate (2), and coarse sand intercepted by the filter screen (25) flows into a sand accumulation groove (9) at the bottom of the coarse sand sedimentation tank (6);
step 30), after primary precipitation, the rainwater in the coarse sand sedimentation tank (6) enters a fine sand sedimentation tank (11) through filtration of a first filter hole (5) on a first guide wall (3);
step 40), after secondary sedimentation, the rainwater in the fine sand sedimentation tank (11) enters a sludge sedimentation tank (15) through filtration of a second filtration hole (21) on a second guide wall (22);
and 50), moving the rainwater in the sludge settling tank (15) upwards, settling for three times in the settling pipe (30), and then flowing into a drain pipe (19).
2. The municipal drainage method according to claim 1, wherein in the step 20), the rainwater filtered by the filter screen (25) flows into the fine sand settling tank (11) under the diversion and blocking of the first diversion plate (2), and the method comprises the following steps:
the rainwater filtered by the filter screen (25) falls on the second guide plate (4) completely, so that the first speed reduction of the rainwater is realized; one part of the rainwater falling on the second guide plate (4) slides down along the surface of the second guide plate (4) and falls into the fine sand sedimentation tank (11), and the other part impacts the first guide wall (3) to realize the second speed reduction of the rainwater; one part of rainwater impacting on the first guide wall (3) flows into the fine sand sedimentation tank (11) through a gap between the second guide plate (4) and the first guide wall (3) along the first guide wall (3), and the other part of rainwater reversely impacts the lower part of the second guide plate (4) again and flows into the fine sand sedimentation tank (11) along the second guide plate (4), so that the third speed reduction of the rainwater is realized; through three times of speed buffering, the impact force and the impact range of rainwater on water in the fine sand sedimentation tank (11) are reduced, and the stirring of the rainwater on sand grains at the bottom of the fine sand sedimentation tank (11) is slowed down.
3. The municipal drainage method of claim 1, further comprising:
step 60) after the rainwater stops, if the bottom of the box culvert (1) needs to be washed, connecting a washing pipe (17) in the sludge sedimentation tank (15) with a movable air compressor, spraying compressed air from the bottom of the sludge sedimentation tank (15) through the washing pipe (17), washing and blowing sediments at the bottoms of the sludge sedimentation tank (15) and the fine sand sedimentation tank (11), and pushing the sediments at the bottoms of the sludge sedimentation tank (15) and the fine sand sedimentation tank (11) to move forwards by the compressed air so that the sediments enter a sand accumulation groove (9) at the bottom of the coarse sand sedimentation tank (6); the flushing pipe (17) is used for flushing and simultaneously oxygenating the water body in the box culvert (1).
4. The municipal drainage method according to claim 3, wherein said step 60) further comprises:
the air suction device (7) is connected with a movable air compressor, and solid sediment in the sand accumulation groove (9) is lifted out of the box culvert (1) through a sand suction hopper (8).
5. The municipal drainage method of claim 1, further comprising:
