The middle trough 420 of the bottomless chain scraper conveyor capable of reducing the height of the conveying trough of the invention comprises: the scraper chain scraper comprises a scraper ledge 421, a supporting plate 422 and a baffle ledge 423, wherein the scraper ledge 421 is connected with one end of the supporting plate 422, the other end of the supporting plate 422 is connected with the baffle ledge 423, the baffle ledge 423 is connected with a baffle 4235, one end of the baffle 4235 is connected with the baffle ledge 423, the other end of the baffle 4235 is a free end, the upper surface of the supporting plate 422 is a scraper chain 300 running space, and the baffle 4235 can prevent a small amount of coal blocks falling off during the running process of a coal mining machine from entering a chain return channel to influence the running of the scraper chain 300. The utility model has no bottom plate in the prior art, and the height of the baffle ledge 423 and the shovel board ledge 421 is reduced by one third to one half compared with the prior art, so that the height of the whole conveying trough 400 is reduced, the conveying trough can adapt to shorter mine holes, materials can be saved in the casting process, the weight of the cast conveying trough 400 is obviously reduced, and the supporting plate 422 selects the preset thickness according to the conveyed coal quantity and the size of the scraper chain 300, so that the conveying trough can meet the strength of material transportation; in the invention, the scraper chain 300 moves horizontally on the upper surface of the supporting plate 422, the scraper chain 300 is not easy to be broken in the running process of the scraper chain 300, the scraper chain 300 can be checked on the upper surface of the supporting plate 422, once the scraper chain 300 is broken, the scraper chain can be directly maintained on the upper surface of the supporting plate 422, and the operation is convenient; according to the invention, the lower surface of the shovel plate 4211 and the lower surface of the supporting plate 422 form a certain included angle, so that the conveying trough 400 is more flexible in the turning process, and the abrasion between the shovel plates 4211 is reduced.

1.
