As shown in fig. 1 to 14, an agricultural product packaging machine comprises a frame 1, a feeding bin 2, an opening and closing door 17 and a controller 15, wherein a feeding hole 101 is formed in the top of the frame 1, the feeding bin 2 is arranged at the top of the frame 1, the feeding bin 2 is communicated with the feeding hole 101, the controller 15 is arranged on the outer side wall of the frame 1, the opening and closing door 17 is rotatably arranged on the lower portion of the front surface of the frame 1 through hinges, an impurity removing mechanism 3 is movably arranged on the inner side wall of the frame 1, the impurity removing mechanism 3 comprises a material guide plate 31, a fixed block 32, a vibration motor 33, a connecting block 36, an exhaust fan 37 and a first spring 39, one end, far away from the inner side wall of the frame 1, of the material guide plate 31 is hinged in the frame 1, a first through hole is formed in the middle of the embedded material guide plate 31, a filter screen 40 is arranged in the first through hole, and a first rubber plate 35 is fixedly installed at the lower end of the material guide plate 31, the other end of the guide plate 31 is connected with the fixed block 32 through a first spring 39, the end part of the guide plate 31 is fixedly provided with a second rubber plate 38, the end part of the second rubber plate 38 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the frame 1 all the time, the fixed block 32 is arranged on the inner side wall of the frame 1 and positioned below the guide plate 31, the vibration motor 33 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the guide plate 31, the connecting block 36 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the frame 1 and positioned below the fixed block 32, the first rubber plate 35 is tightly attached to one end of the connecting block 36 all the time, the connecting block 36, the first rubber plate 35, the second rubber plate 38 and the frame 1 enclose an airtight space, the exhaust fan 37 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the frame 1, the exhaust pipe of the exhaust fan 37 penetrates through the connecting block 36 and extends to the upper part of the connecting block 36, and the exhaust pipe of the exhaust fan 37 penetrates through the side wall of the frame 1 and extends to the outer part of the frame 1, an outlet 102 is formed in the outer wall of the rack 1, the lower end of the outlet 102 is located below the connecting block 36, and the collecting box 16 is rotatably arranged in the outlet 102.
When the machine works specifically, dry agricultural products are sent into the machine frame 1 through the feeding bin 2, the controller 15 controls the vibration motor 33 and the exhaust fan 37 to work, the vibration motor 33 ceaselessly drives the material guide plate 31 to vibrate so as to convey the dry agricultural products downwards, meanwhile, trivial pieces in the dry agricultural products can be separated from the agricultural products, the exhaust fan 37 pumps the upper closed space into a negative pressure state, when the dry agricultural products pass through the filter screen 40, the trivial pieces and impurities in the dry agricultural products fall into the connecting block 36 through the filter screen 40 under the negative pressure, the impurities of the agricultural products are further removed, the impurities in the dry agricultural products can be fully separated, and the impurity removal efficiency is high.
As a further aspect of the present invention, the upper surface of the material guiding plate 31 is provided with V-shaped grooves 311, a plurality of groups of scattering parts 34 are staggered in the V-shaped grooves 311, each scattering part 34 includes a column block 341 and a second spring 342, the column block 341 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the V-shaped groove 311, a material guiding hole 3411 and a connecting hole 3412 are formed in the column block 341, the material guiding hole 3411 is located below the connecting hole 3412 and is communicated with the connecting hole 3412, and the lower end of the second spring 342 is disposed in the connecting hole 3412.

As a further scheme of the present invention, the lower end of the material guiding plate 31 is hinged to a tightening mechanism 4, one end of the tightening mechanism 4, which is far away from the material guiding plate 31, is hinged to the side wall of the first rubber plate 35, the tightening mechanism 4 includes a fixing rod 41, a sliding rod 42 and a third spring 43, the fixing rod 41 is hinged to the lower end of the material guiding plate 31, a sliding groove 411 is formed in the fixing rod 41, the sliding rod 42 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 411, one end of the sliding rod 42, which extends out of the sliding groove 411, is hinged to the side wall of the first rubber plate 35, the third spring 43 is disposed between the other end of the sliding rod 42 and the bottom of the sliding groove 411, and the third spring 43 is always in a compressed state.
During specific work, the stock guide 31 can ceaselessly rotate a certain angle when trembling, because third spring 43 is in compression state all the time, under the effect of third spring 43, slide bar 42 is along with the rotation of stock guide 31 constantly slides in sliding tray 411, and then guarantee that slide bar 42 compresses tightly first rubber slab 35 on connecting block 36 all the time, can guarantee that connecting block 36, first rubber slab 35, second rubber slab 38 and frame 1 enclose into an airtight space all the time, make things convenient for air exhauster 37 to form the negative pressure with this airtight space convulsions and detach the impurity in the agricultural product dry goods.
As a further aspect of the present invention, a sliding slot 321 and a placing hole 322 are vertically formed in the fixed block 32, an adjusting mechanism 5 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 321, the adjusting mechanism 5 includes a cylindrical table 51, a third rotating shaft 52, a fourth bevel gear 53, a cylinder 54, a sliding block 55, a cylindrical protrusion 56, a cover plate 57 and a fixed plate 58, the third rotating shaft 52 is rotatably disposed in the fixed block 32 through a bearing, the upper end of the third rotating shaft 52 is located in the sliding slot 321, the cylindrical table 51 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the third rotating shaft 52, two helical blades are oppositely disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical table 51, the lower end of the third rotating shaft 52 is located in the placing hole 322, the fourth bevel gear 53 is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the third rotating shaft 52, the cylinder 54 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 321 through the two sliding blocks 55, the two cylindrical protrusions 56 are disposed, the two cylindrical protrusions 56 are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the cylinder 54, the two cylindrical protrusions 56 and the two helical blades on the cylindrical table 51 are disposed one-to-one, the cover plate 57 is fixedly mounted at the top of the fixed block 32, a second through hole 54 is disposed on the top of the fixed plate 58, and a spring fixing plate 59 is disposed on the top of the fixed plate 58.
During specific work, the fourth bevel gear 53 is driven to rotate, the third rotating shaft 52 and the cylindrical table 51 rotate, the two spiral blades on the cylindrical table 51 rotate to drive the two cylindrical lugs 56 in contact with the cylindrical table to move upwards, the cylinder 54 slides upwards along the sliding groove 321 under the action of the cylindrical lugs 56 to further push the fixing plate 58 to jack up the first spring 39, the first spring 39 moves upwards to further push the material guide plate 31 to rotate for a certain angle in the frame 1, the adjusting mechanism 5 is convenient to adjust the inclination angle of the material guide plate 31, further the blanking speed can be adjusted, the feeding efficiency is effectively improved, after the cylindrical lugs 56 move upwards to the highest position, the cylindrical lugs 56 are separated from the spiral blades, the cylinder 54 moves downwards to perform quick reset under the action of the fourth spring 59, meanwhile, the first spring 39 can quickly descend when the cylinder 54 is quickly reset, the material guide plate 31 can be greatly shaken, material blockage is prevented, and the blanking efficiency is further improved.

During specific work, a worker rotates the handle 66 to drive the driving shaft 61 to rotate, the fifth bevel gear 62 rotates along with the driving shaft 61, the fifth bevel gear 62 and the fourth bevel gear 53 are in meshed transmission, the driving mechanism 6 provides power for the adjusting mechanism 5 to adjust the inclination angle of the material guide plate 31, the handle 66 is loosened after the adjusting mechanism is adjusted to a proper angle, the ratchet wheel 63 is clamped by the clamping block 64 under the action of the torsion spring, the situation that the driving shaft 61 rotates reversely to influence the inclination angle of the material guide plate 31 is avoided, and the adjustment is convenient.
As a further scheme of the present invention, a fixed cylinder 7 is disposed at the bottom in the rack 1, a feeding plate 10 is fixedly mounted in the rack 1, the feeding plate 10 is obliquely disposed, the upper end of the feeding plate 10 is located below the material guide plate 31, the lower end of the feeding plate 10 is located in the fixed cylinder 7, a feeding mechanism 8, a power mechanism 11, a weighing and sorting mechanism 9 and a packaging and sealing mechanism 12 are sequentially disposed in the fixed cylinder 7 from top to bottom, the power mechanism 11 is used for driving the feeding mechanism 8 and the weighing and sorting mechanism 9, the weighing and sorting mechanism 9 includes a fixed transverse plate 91, a rotating block 92, a gravity sensor 93, a material placing block 94, a second rotating shaft 95 and a second bevel gear 96, the fixed transverse plate 91 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the fixed cylinder 7, the fixed transverse plate 91 is provided with a material groove 911, the bottom of the material groove 911 is respectively provided with a material outlet 912 and a placing groove 913, the gravity sensor 93 is disposed in the placing groove 913, the second rotating shaft 95 is rotatably disposed at the center of the fixed transverse plate 91, the rotating block 92 is disposed on the second rotating shaft 95, the rotating groove 92 is provided with a material placing groove 921, the material placing groove 94, the edge of the second rotating shaft 96 is disposed in the fixed shaft, and the second bevel gear 921 is connected to the top of the fixed shaft, and the second rotating shaft 96, and the second rotating shaft controls the second bevel gear 921.
When the device works specifically, the power mechanism 11 drives the feeding mechanism 8 to feed dry agricultural products above the feeding mechanism to the discharging block 94 in the material groove 911, the dry agricultural products on the discharging block 94 are constantly detected by the gravity sensor 93, when data detected by the gravity sensor 93 reaches a preset value, the controller 15 controls the power mechanism 11 to be disconnected from the feeding mechanism 8, meanwhile, the power mechanism 11 and the weighing and sorting mechanism 9 are in transmission, the second bevel gear 96 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 95 to act, the discharging block 94 rotates along with the rotating block 92, the second rotating shaft 95 drives the rotating block 92 to rotate 180 degrees, the discharging block 94 is just positioned under the discharging port 912, the discharging block 94 rotates downwards for a certain angle to feed the dry agricultural products on the discharging block to the packaging and sealing mechanism 12 through the discharging port 912 to be packaged and sealed, then the controller 15 controls the power mechanism 11 to drive the rotating block 92 to rotate 180 degrees to return to the original position to be reset, the discharging block 94 can rotate upwards to reset, the controller 15 controls the power mechanism 11 to be separated from the weighing mechanism 9, and is engaged with the feeding mechanism 8 at the same time, the lower end edge of the discharging block 94 is in a round angle, the dry agricultural products can be packaged and the dry agricultural products can be sold according to a certain packaging efficiency, and the packaged dry agricultural products can be conveniently and sold.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the feeding mechanism 8 includes an installation block 81, a first rotating shaft 82, a shifting block 83 and a first bevel gear 84, the installation block 81 is disposed on the inner wall of the fixed cylinder 7, a blanking hole 811 is disposed on the installation block 81, the first rotating shaft 82 is rotatably disposed in the center of the installation block 81, the shifting block 83 is disposed on the top of the first rotating shaft 82, the shifting block 83 is crescent-shaped, and the first bevel gear 84 is disposed at the lower end of the first rotating shaft 82.
During specific work, the dry agricultural products above fall into the fixed cylinder 7 through the feeding plate 10, firstly fall onto the mounting block 81, when blanking is needed, the controller 15 controls the power mechanism 11 to move upwards to be meshed with the first bevel gear 84 for transmission, the first bevel gear 84 drives the shifting block 83 to rotate, the shifting block 83 shifts the dry agricultural products on the mounting block 81 into the blanking hole 811, when blanking is not needed below, the controller 15 controls the power mechanism 11 to move downwards to be separated from the first bevel gear 84, the blanking process is completed, and the amount of the dry agricultural products conveyed below can be effectively controlled.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the power mechanism 11 includes a transverse plate 111, a slider 112, a lead screw 113, a first motor 114, a second motor 115, a third bevel gear 116, and a mounting bracket 117, the outer side wall of the fixed cylinder 7 is provided with a slot 72, the mounting bracket 117 is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the fixed cylinder 7, the lead screw 113 is rotatably disposed in the mounting bracket 117, the first motor 114 is fixedly mounted at the top of the mounting bracket 117, an output end of the first motor 114 is fixedly connected with the lead screw 113, the slider 112 is slidably disposed on the inner side wall of the mounting bracket 117, a threaded hole for matching with the lead screw 113 is formed in the slider 112, the transverse plate 111 is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the slider 112, the transverse plate 111 extends into the fixed cylinder 7 through the slot 72, the second motor 115 is fixedly mounted on the transverse plate 111, the third bevel gear 116 is fixedly mounted on the output end of the second motor 115, the third bevel gear 116 is engaged with the first bevel gear 84 for transmission, the first motor 114 and the second motor 115 are electrically connected with the controller 15, and a limit block 118 is disposed at the lower end of the lead screw 113.
During specific work, when the unloading needs to be carried out, the controller 15 controls the second motor 115 to rotate, the second motor 115 drives the third bevel gear 116 to rotate, the third bevel gear 116 is meshed with the first bevel gear 84 for transmission so as to drive the feeding mechanism 8 to rotate to deliver dry agricultural products to the lower side, when the unloading is stopped after weighing, the controller 15 controls the first motor 114 to rotate, the first motor 114 drives the screw 113 to rotate, the sliding block 112 slides downwards along the inner wall of the mounting frame 117 until the third bevel gear 116 is meshed with the weighing sorting mechanism 9 for transmission, the limiting block 118 just contacts with the sliding block 112 for limiting, the weighed dry agricultural products are conveyed to the packaging and sealing mechanism 12 for packaging and sealing.
As a further aspect of the present invention, the package sealing mechanism 12 includes a fixed vertical plate 121, a second electric telescopic rod 122, two pressing plates 123, a fixed horizontal block 124, two pressing strips 125, two first electric telescopic rods 127, two top blocks 128 and a heating wire 129, the fixed vertical plate 121 is disposed in the fixed cylinder 7, the second electric telescopic rod 122 is disposed on a side wall of the fixed vertical plate 121, the fixed horizontal block 124 is disposed on an inner side wall of the fixed cylinder 7, the two pressing plates 123 are disposed on an output end of the second electric telescopic rod 122 and a side wall of the fixed horizontal block 124 respectively, a second mounting groove 1231 is disposed on a top of each of the two pressing plates 123, the two first electric telescopic rods 127 are disposed in the two second mounting grooves 1231 respectively, the two top blocks 128 are disposed on output ends of the two first electric telescopic rods 127 respectively, the two pressing strips 125 are disposed on side walls of the two pressing plates 123, the two rubber strips 126 are disposed on side walls of the two pressing plates 125 respectively, the heating wire 129 is disposed on side walls of the pressing plates 123, the heating wire 129 is disposed under the pressing strips 125, the second electric telescopic rods 122, the two first electric telescopic rods 122 and the two first electric telescopic rods 127 are connected to the inside of the frame 13, and the electric telescopic rod 13 is disposed under the electric heating wire 13.
During specific work, firstly, the packaging bag is sleeved on the two pressing plates 123, then, dry agricultural products weighed from the top are sent into the packaging bag, after all the weighed agricultural products fall into the bag, the controller 15 controls the second electric telescopic rod 122 to drive the pressing plates 123 to move until the two pressing strips 125 tightly press the bag mouth of the packaging bag together, at the moment, the heating wire 129 just clings to the packaging bag, the controller 15 controls the heating wire 129 to be electrified for work, the heating wire 129 carries out heat sealing on the packaging bag, the sealing effect is good, the sealing performance is good, after the sealing is completed, the power of the heating wire 129 is cut off, the controller 15 controls the two second electric telescopic rods 122 to work, the jacking block 128 moves upwards to jack up the bag mouth rolled up by the packaging bag to separate from the two pressing plates 123, then, the second electric telescopic rod 122 resets, the packaged and sealed products fall from the pressing plates 123 into the collecting box 16 below for collection, and the packaging and sealing efficiency of the agricultural products is effectively improved.
As a further scheme of the invention, a handle 18 is arranged on the opening and closing door 17, and a mounting foot 14 is arranged at the bottom of the machine frame 1.
