发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物,包括棉织层,所述棉织层底部外壁缝合有吸湿排汗层,且棉织层顶部外壁缝合有抗菌层,所述抗菌层顶部外壁缝合有防蚊层,且防蚊层顶部外壁缝合有防晒层,所述防晒层顶部外壁缝合有防水透气层。
优选地,所述吸湿排汗层由吸湿排汗纤维编织而成,且吸湿排汗纤维截面为“X”型结构。

S1:材料准备:准备吸湿排汗纤维、竹炭纤维、银系抗菌纤维、艾草纤维、薄荷纤维、驱蚊草纤维、薰衣草纤维、涤纶纤维和亚麻纤维,放入防皱树脂内浸泡10分钟后,经40摄氏度水洗,再进行50摄氏度烘干5-10分钟;
S2:经纬纺纱:将经纱并成一片,将其浸入浆液,并烘干,使浆料浸入并包覆纱线,增加纱线的强度和伏贴毛羽,以适应织造生产,将细纱络成筒子纱,经卷纬织成纾子,用织机将不同的经、纬纱织成不同的缝合面料层;
S3:防蚊处理:将织成的防蚊层面料放入10%浓度的杀虫菊酯溶液内,并加热至34摄氏度-45摄氏度浸泡48小时,浸泡后使用70摄氏度-100摄氏度进行烘干,再经水洗冷却后的到防蚊织物;
S4:耐日晒处理:在织成的防晒层的表面涂上防晒涂层,并自然晾干,再在防晒层表面二次涂上防晒涂层,并二次自然晾干后得到耐日晒织物;
S5:织物复合:将织成的棉织层、吸湿排汗层、抗菌层、防蚊层、防晒层和防水透气层按图1中顺序缝合在一起得到耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物。
本发明的有益效果为:

S4:耐日晒处理:在织成的防晒层的表面涂上防晒涂层,并自然晾干,再在防晒层表面二次涂上防晒涂层,并二次自然晾干后得到耐日晒织物;
S5:织物复合:将织成的棉织层、吸湿排汗层、抗菌层、防蚊层、防晒层和防水透气层按图1中顺序缝合在一起得到耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物。

1.一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物,包括棉织层(1),其特征在于,所述棉织层(1)底部外壁缝合有吸湿排汗层(2),且棉织层(1)顶部外壁缝合有抗菌层(3),所述抗菌层(3)顶部外壁缝合有防蚊层(4),且防蚊层(4)顶部外壁缝合有防晒层(5),所述防晒层(5)顶部外壁缝合有防水透气层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物,其特征在于,所述吸湿排汗层(2)由吸湿排汗纤维(7)编织而成,且吸湿排汗纤维(7)截面为“X”型结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物,其特征在于,所述抗菌层(3)由竹炭纤维(8)和银系抗菌纤维(9)组成,且竹炭纤维(8)和银系抗菌纤维(9)为经纬纱经提花方式交织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物,其特征在于,所述防蚊层(4)由艾草纤维(10)、薄荷纤维(11)、驱蚊草纤维(12)和薰衣草纤维(13)组成,且艾草纤维(10)、薄荷纤维(11)、驱蚊草纤维(12)和薰衣草纤维(13)呈纵向和横向相互交错编织。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物,其特征在于,所述防晒层(5)由涤纶纤维(14)和亚麻纤维(15)组成,且涤纶纤维(14)和亚麻纤维(15)呈菱形相互交错编织。
6.一种耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:材料准备:准备吸湿排汗纤维(7)、竹炭纤维(8)、银系抗菌纤维(9)、艾草纤维(10)、薄荷纤维(11)、驱蚊草纤维(12)、薰衣草纤维(13)、涤纶纤维(14)和亚麻纤维(15),放入防皱树脂内浸泡10分钟后,经40摄氏度水洗,再进行50摄氏度烘干5-10分钟;
S2:经纬纺纱:将经纱并成一片,将其浸入浆液,并烘干,使浆料浸入并包覆纱线,增加纱线的强度和伏贴毛羽,以适应织造生产,将细纱络成筒子纱,经卷纬织成纾子,用织机将不同的经、纬纱织成不同的缝合面料层;
S3:防蚊处理:将织成的防蚊层面料(4)放入10%浓度的杀虫菊酯溶液内,并加热至34摄氏度-45摄氏度浸泡48小时,浸泡后使用70摄氏度-100摄氏度进行烘干,再经水洗冷却后的到防蚊织物;
S4:耐日晒处理:在织成的防晒层(5)的表面涂上防晒涂层,并自然晾干,再在防晒层(5)表面二次涂上防晒涂层,并二次自然晾干后得到耐日晒织物;
S5:织物复合:将织成的棉织层(1)、吸湿排汗层(2)、抗菌层(3)、防蚊层(4)、防晒层(5)和防水透气层(6)按图1中顺序缝合在一起得到耐日晒防蚊纯棉织物。
