本发明专利属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及防蚊抑菌透气的面料及其在生态护肤抗菌养生被的应用。
背景技术
细菌是生物的主要类群之一,属于细菌域,也是所有生物中数量最多的一类,据估计,其总数约有5×10^30个,细菌的形状相当多样,主要有球状、杆状,以及螺旋状。
细菌也对人类活动有很大的影响,一方面,细菌是许多疾病的病原体,包括肺结核、淋病、炭疽病、梅毒、鼠疫、砂眼等疾病都是由细菌所引发;另一方面细菌也有用于食品的制作,如乳酪及酸奶的制作,而夏季温度较高,细菌活性较高,很多细菌都是在气温上升的时候繁殖,这样的温度给虫类和细菌提供了一个繁殖最好的温度,因此夏季蚊虫较多,蚊虫通过其口器刺伤皮肤,其唾液或毒液侵入皮肤,由于蚊虫的唾液或毒腺的浸出液中含有多种抗原成分,这些抗原在进入人体皮肤后可与抗体产生变应性反应而引起炎症。严重时个别患儿局部产生大疱、出血性坏死等严重反应,而且蚊虫容易携带病菌,被叮咬的话,容易引发病毒感染,小孩需要格外预防。
目前市场上衣服或被子的面料,在高温的夏季,透气型较差,人们容易出汗,也不具有防蚊的效果,容易受到蚊虫叮咬引发各种皮肤疾病。
发明专利内容
本发明专利的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种防蚊抑菌透气的面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明专利采用以下技术方案是:它包含面料本体、防蚊层、吸湿透气层、抑菌层、编织层,面料本体的最上层为防蚊层,面料本体的最底层为编织层,防蚊层和编织层之间设有吸湿透气层和抑菌层,抑菌层设置在吸湿透气层的下方;所述的编织层包含经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱上下交错编织。
所述经纱的密度为28根/厘米,纬纱的密度为22根/厘米。
所述防蚊层中的避蚊胺和纤维的浓度比为1:5。
所述吸湿透气层的表面设有若干蜂窝状透气孔。
所述防蚊层的表面设有若干透气小孔。

参看图1-图4所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含面料本体1、防蚊层11、吸湿透气层12、抑菌层13、编织层14,面料本体1的最上层为防蚊层11,面料本体1的最底层为编织层14,防蚊层11和编织层14之间设有吸湿透气层12和抑菌层13,抑菌层13设置在吸湿透气层的下方;所述的编织层14包含经纱141和纬纱142,经纱141与纬纱142上下交错编织。
所述经纱141的密度为28根/厘米,纬纱142的密度为22根/厘米。
所述防蚊层11中的避蚊胺和纤维的浓度比为1:5。
所述吸湿透气层12的表面设有若干蜂窝状透气孔122。
所述防蚊层11的表面设有若干透气小孔111。
本发明专利的工作原理:它的结构为面料本体1的最上层为防蚊层11,面料本体1的最底层为编织层14,防蚊层11和编织层14之间设有吸湿透气层12和抑菌层13,抑菌层13设置在吸湿透气层的下方;所述的编织层14包含经纱141和纬纱142,经纱141与纬纱142上下交错编织,防蚊层11为含有20%浓度避蚊胺的面料,能驱赶蚊虫,防止被蚊虫叮咬;吸湿透气层12能吸收水气,吸湿透气层12上若干的透气孔122增加了透气性;编织层14由经纱141和纬纱142上下交错编织而成,为面料增加韧性;抑菌层13能抑制细菌生长,有利健康。
所述的避蚊胺简称DEET,是一种广泛使用的杀虫剂,将其喷洒在皮肤或衣服上,避免虫蚊叮咬,并且包含人类的汗液和气息,通过阻断昆虫嗅觉受体的1辛烯- 3 -醇起效,比较流行的理论是避蚊胺有效地使昆虫失去对人类或动物发出特殊气味的感官,正如人们初期所猜想,避蚊胺并没有影响到昆虫对二氧化碳的嗅觉能力,常温下,避蚊胺是淡黄色液体,它能由二乙基的和甲基苯甲酸制成,它还能由酰基氯和乙胺制成,因此,它可以很大程度上排除掉蚊虫通过特殊嗅觉来寻找目标的能力,并非是完全排除蚊虫。
常温下,避蚊胺是淡黄色液体,它能由二乙氨基甲酰氯和甲基苯甲酸制成,它还能由甲基苯甲酰基氯和乙胺制成。
蜂窝状结构是蜂巢的基本结构,是由一个个正六角形单房、房口全朝下或朝向一边、背对背对称排列组合而成的一种结构,这种结构有着优秀的几何力学性能,因此在材料学科用有广泛应用,并且蜂窝结构也具有良好的透气性。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明专利有益效果为:它结构简单,透气型好,不仅能防蚊虫,还具有吸湿透气功能,也能抑制细菌生长,适合炎热天气使用。
