Claims (10)

3) granulating, namely fully mixing the raw materials for the blank and water by using a granulator to complete granulation;
5) extruding and molding the blank, and extruding the granulated blank by using an ultra-large extruder after the step 3) according to a set structure to form the blank of the ceramic shell (1);
6) drying for the first time, namely conveying the green body obtained in the step 5) into a roller drying kiln for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 50-250 ℃, and the drying time is 3-4 hours;
7) glazing, namely, attaching the glaze to the blank body by adopting a conventional glaze spraying or glaze pouring mode after the step 6);
8) ink-jet printing, namely after the step 7), conveying the blank into an ink-jet printing machine, and performing pattern treatment on the surface needing to be patterned;
9) and 8) firing the mixture in a roller way drying kiln for 3 to 4 hours at the drying temperature of 50 to 1100 ℃ after the step 8) to obtain the wall and surface material.
