本发明涉及机床领域,具体说是一种高架龙门加工机床。
背景技术
五轴联动数控机床是一种科技含量高、精密度高、专门用于加工复杂曲面的机床,这种机床对一个国家的航空、航天、军事、科研、精密器械、高精医疗设备等等行业有着举足轻重的影响力。以高架桥式高速五轴联动加工中心为代表的高档数控机床,应用于飞机典型结构件、航天复杂与精密结构件、飞航导弹发动机零部件等领域,是大飞机、新型战机、探月工程等国家重大专项和重点工程关键制造装备。
目前常见的龙门机床滑枕采用侧挂在横梁上的结构,会因车间环境温度变化使机床主轴中心随环境温度变化而造成热变位(跑中心),降低了机床的加工精度。
发明内容
为了克服现有的龙门机床滑枕侧挂在横梁上,使机床主轴中心随环境温度变化而造成热变位的不足,本发明提供一种高架龙门加工机床,该高架龙门加工机床采用对称式横梁结构,把车间环境温度变化而造成的热变位减至最小,提高机床加工精度。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高架龙门加工机床,包括左床身、右床身,所述左床身上通过床身导轨连接有左滑座,右床身上通过床身导轨连接有右滑座,所述左滑座与右滑座之间连接有横梁,所述横梁上部通过横梁导轨连接溜板箱,溜板箱中心处连接有竖直方向的滑枕。
所述溜板箱为方形框架结构,所述滑枕置于溜板箱内部,且滑枕左右两侧对称的设置有直线导轨,通过直线导轨与溜板箱相连。
所述直线导轨为4条,两两均布在滑枕左右两侧,且同一个侧面的两个直线导轨之间设有进给丝杠,所述滑枕前后两侧面中部分别设置有平衡缸。
所述左床身和右床身之间设有平台,平台上设有用于装夹工件的T型槽。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,该机床整体热对称式及主轴系统箱中箱结构,解决了传统龙门机床滑枕采用侧挂在横梁上设计主轴跑中心现象,解决了超长、超重横梁由于重量和负载导致的挠度变形难题。该机床用于航天轻质结构件、轨道舱段类、大型飞机机身机翼复合材料加工,能够实现多轴联动控制;机床采用高架布局结构,设备装有摆角头,实际生产时,可根据工件的实际情况进行工艺安排,一次性完成复杂曲面加工;能够实现加工形状的精准控制,具有高效、高精度、稳定可靠等特点;效率高,适应性强,能够满足大型复杂曲面零件加工。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1至图4所示,一种高架龙门加工机床,包括左床身10、右床身6,左、右床身通过地脚螺栓固定在地面上,构成机床的总体框架基础。所述左床身10上通过床身导轨连接有左滑座8,右床身6上通过床身导轨连接有右滑座5,滑座伺服电机经过减速机通过左、右进给箱驱动左、右驱动齿轮,实现左、右滑座在左、右床身上移动。所述左滑座8与右滑座5之间连接有横梁3,组成龙门框架,所述横梁3上部通过横梁导轨连接溜板箱2,溜板箱伺服电机经过减速机通过溜板箱进给箱带动齿轮实现溜板箱2的水平运动。溜板箱2中心处连接有竖直方向的滑枕1,滑枕1通过伺服电机经过减速机通过丝杠实现垂直运动。所述左床身10和右床身6之间设有平台7,平台7上设有用于装夹工件的T型槽,摆角头4安装在滑枕1下端面,可实现A、C轴摆动。工件安装在平台7上后,将工件夹紧,由左、右滑座以及横梁3组成的龙门框架带动溜板箱2实现在左、右床身上的运动,龙门框架运动到工件位置时,溜板箱带动滑枕1以及摆角头4运动至工件上方,通过控制系统程序指令控制摆角头对工件进行加工,针对不同工件可实现空间五轴联动控制,能够完成空间曲面加工。
所述溜板箱2为方形框架结构,滑枕1置于溜板箱2内部,可保证各个方向切削的刚性及热变形的对称性,滑枕1左右两侧对称的设置有直线导轨13,通过直线导轨13与溜板箱2相连。所述直线导轨13为4条,两两均布在滑枕1左右两侧,且同一个侧面的两个直线导轨13之间设有进给丝杠15,所述滑枕1前后两侧面中部分别设置有平衡缸14。这种Z轴绝对式对称结构,两条丝杠左右布置,两个平衡缸前后布置,多条导轨设计增强了Z轴整体的刚性,双丝杠重心驱动使得其运行整体平稳,精度保持性好。
所述横梁3采用一体式焊接结构,合理的布筋及轻量化设计使得横梁前、后均匀受力,减少横梁自身及机床加工时的变形量,保证Z轴相对于X、Y轴的垂直度,提升了机床的整体精度,而且此结构可以承受更大的来自于Y轴滑枕及溜板箱的重力,进一步提升了机床滑枕长悬伸时的切削刚性。

1.一种高架龙门加工机床,包括左床身(10)、右床身(6),其特征在于:所述左床身(10)上通过床身导轨连接有左滑座(8),右床身(6)上通过床身导轨连接有右滑座(5),所述左滑座(8)与右滑座(5)之间连接有横梁(3),所述横梁(3)上部通过横梁导轨连接溜板箱(2),溜板箱(2)中心处连接有竖直方向的滑枕(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高架龙门加工机床,其特征在于:所述溜板箱(2)为方形框架结构,所述滑枕(1)置于溜板箱(2)内部,且滑枕(1)左右两侧对称的设置有直线导轨(13),通过直线导轨(13)与溜板箱(2)相连。
