In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the display panel 100 further includes: and an adhesive layer 70, wherein the adhesive layer 70 is positioned between the third portion 103 and the first portion 101, and the adhesive layer 70 is used for fixing the third portion 103 to the lower surface of the first portion 101. It should be noted that the third portion 103 is disposed opposite to the first portion 101 through the second portion 102, and the third portion 103 is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board 20, so that the third portion 103 and the first portion 101 cannot be stably disposed opposite to each other due to the low hardness of the array substrate layer 10. It can be understood that in the present embodiment, by providing the adhesive layer 70 between the third portion 103 and the first portion 101 for fixing the third portion 103 to the lower surface of the first portion 101, the relative positions of the first portion 101 and the third portion 103 can be maintained, and the third portion 103 is prevented from shaking relative to the first portion 101 to affect the electrical signal transmission between the flexible circuit board 20 and the circuit in the first portion 101. Further, in order to improve the stability of the fixation of the third portion 103 and the first portion 101, the thickness of the adhesive layer 70 may be equal to the distance between the two ends of the second portion 102, so as to avoid the second portion 102 from being broken due to the change of shape.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the adhesive layer 70 comprises: a substrate layer; a first glue layer located between the substrate layer and the first portion 101; a second glue layer located between the substrate layer and the third portion 103. Specifically, in the manufacturing of the display panel 100, as shown in fig. 5, the display panel 100 may be turned over to place the light-emitting layer 40 under the array substrate layer 10, the adhesive layer 70 may be disposed on a side of the light-emitting layer 40 away from the light-emitting layer 10, and a portion of the array substrate layer 10 beyond the light-emitting layer 40 may be bent toward the light-emitting layer 40 to form the second portion 102 and the third portion 103, where the second portion 102 may be semicircular. Further, the protective layer 30 and the third portion 103 may be pressed against the first portion 101 using a pressing head so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the adhesive layer 70 are fixed to the third portion 103 and the first portion 101, respectively, thereby fixing the third portion 103 to the first portion 101, in which case the second portion 102 may have a U-shape, and a linear distance between both ends of the U-shape may be equal to a thickness of the adhesive layer 70.
In one embodiment, the hardness of the protection layer 30 is not less than the hardness of the array substrate layer 10. As can be seen from the above discussion, in the third portion 103, the side of the terminal portion 1031 away from the flexible circuit board 20 is provided with the driving circuit 1032, that is, the protection layer 30 covers the terminal portion 1031, the protection layer 30 also covers the portions of the plurality of lines in the third portion 103, and further, the protection layer 30 may have an insulating property to insulate the driving circuit 1032 and the lines from the outside, so as to avoid affecting the electric signals transmitted in the driving circuit 1032 and the lines. On the other hand, as can be seen from the above discussion, when the display panel 100 is manufactured, as shown in fig. 5, the protective layer 30 and the third portion 103 can be pressed against the first portion 101 by using a pressing head, and at this time, the hardness of the entire protective layer 30 and the third portion 103 is greater than the hardness of the third portion 103, that is, in this embodiment, by providing the protective layer 30 having a greater hardness on the side of the third portion 103 away from the adhesive layer 70, the pressing of the pressing head against the third portion 103 can be reduced, the probability of the third portion 103 being damaged is reduced, and the risk of bubbles being generated between the adhesive layer 70 and the first portion 101 or the first portion 101 being wrinkled is reduced.
In one embodiment, the material of the protective layer 30 includes polyester resin or polyimide. As can be understood from the above discussion, the composition material of the substrate in the array substrate layer 10 may include polyimide, and the use of polyimide to fabricate the protection layer 30 is equivalent to increase the thickness of the substrate in the array substrate layer 10, so as to increase the hardness of the array substrate layer 10, thereby reducing the probability of damage to the third portion 103, and reducing the risk of air bubbles being generated between the adhesive layer 70 and the first portion 101 or the first portion 101 being wrinkled. Further, the protection layer 30 may be, but not limited to, a transparent polyimide film layer or a polyester resin, so that the hardness of the protection layer 30 may be greater than that of the substrate in the array substrate layer 10, and similarly, the probability of damage to the third portion 103 is further reduced, and the risk of bubbles being generated between the adhesive layer 70 and the first portion 101 or the first portion 101 being wrinkled is further reduced.
In one embodiment, the protection layer 30 extends from the third portion 103 to the flexible circuit board 20, and the protection layer covers at least a portion of the flexible circuit board. It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 5, since the flexible circuit board 20 is electrically connected to the upper surface of the third portion 103, and the lead portion 202 is fixed to the terminal portion 1031 by pressing, that is, the protection layer 30 in this embodiment can further fix the flexible circuit board 20 on the third portion 103, and similarly, since the protection layer 30 has an insulating property, the flexible circuit board 20 can also be insulated from the outside by the protection layer 30. There is no limitation as to the shape and size of the projection of the protective layer 30 on the flexible circuit board 20. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the protection layer 30 may also be in a convex shape, and the projection of the lead part 202 on the convex part of the protection layer 30 may not exceed the protection layer 30, so as to be protected by the protection layer 30. Further, as shown in fig. 4, when the plurality of pins are electrically connected to the plurality of terminals through pressing, a side of the protruding portion of the protection layer 30 close to the main body portion 201 may overlap a side of the main body portion 201 close to the protection layer 30, that is, a projection of the protection layer 30 on the flexible circuit board 20 is overlapped with the pin portion 202, which can be understood that in this embodiment, the flexible circuit board 20 is insulated from the outside, and the influence of the overlong protection layer 30 on the flexibility of the main body portion 201 and the transmission of signals is avoided.
The invention provides a mobile terminal, which comprises a terminal main body part and a display panel, wherein the terminal main body part and the display panel are combined into a whole.
