In some embodiments, after the subject identification module identifies the scenes frame by frame, the frequency and duration of each scene can be obtained, the weight of each scene can be calculated according to the frequency and duration, and the weight of the scene is sent to the feature extraction module for the feature extraction module to generate the label corresponding to the scene.
In some embodiments, the subject identification module may also determine whether the weight of each scene exceeds a threshold, and if so, send the weight of the scene to the feature extraction module, and if not, do not send the weight of the scene.
In some embodiments, the target segmentation module may be used to extract an image of the target entity. The target segmentation module may be provided with a pre-trained target segmentation model. The target segmentation model takes the local coordinate range sent by the main body identification module as a center, carries out outline identification outwards, and can extract the image of the target entity from the image frame after identifying the outline of the target entity so as to realize image segmentation.
In some embodiments, the target segmentation module may be configured with a GAN network model that may obtain an image of the target entity by the target image segmentation method of Grabcut. In order to avoid jagged edges of the divided images, an Image Matting algorithm can be used for extracting an alpha channel pixel value of the target entity, and the pixel value of the edge of the target entity is recalculated according to the alpha channel pixel value, so that the obtained Image edge of the target entity is smoother. After the image segmentation module obtains the target entity, the image segmentation module can send the image of the target entity to the feature extraction module.
In some embodiments, the feature extraction module is configured to extract features of the asset, thereby generating the asset tag. The feature extraction module can be provided with a pre-trained feature extraction model, extracts features such as color, resolution and the like of a target entity to generate a label of the target entity, extracts features of media asset data such as actor weight, scene information and the like to generate a label of the whole media asset, and finally obtains a label set comprising the label of the whole media asset and the label of the target entity. The feature extraction module may send the tag set of the asset and the image of the target entity to the composition module.
In some embodiments, the composition module is configured to compose the target entity and the material into a poster, with the target entity as a foreground image and the material as a background image.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the tag set of a medium and the image of the target entity, the composition module may generate multiple medium posters for the medium according to preset poster generation rules.
In some embodiments, the preset poster generation rules include a background matching rule for determining a background image of the sponsoring poster. The context matching rules may include color matching rules, overall style matching rules, and the like. For example, after determining the color of the target entity according to the label of the target entity, the color key of the background image may be determined according to the color of the foreground image and the color matching rule, and the color matching rule may include various methods such as color matching and similar color matching. The overall style matching rule is used for determining the style of the background image according to the age of the media assets, for example, if the age is the republic of China, the style of the matched background image is vintage, and if the age is the modern, the style of the matched background image is lively. The age of the assets can be obtained from the assets data provided by the third party server. After the age of the acquired assets, the images with matched styles can be searched from the label set of each image in the material library.
In some embodiments, the preset poster generation rules further include an integration rule, and the integration rule is used for synthesizing the background image and the foreground image to obtain the media poster. For example, the integration rule may include a text region setting rule, a body position setting rule, and the like. For example, the text region setting rule is used to determine the position of the text region in the background image, for example, the position may be upper, middle, lower, left, or right, wherein the text of the text region may be a media title. The subject position setting rule is used to determine the position of the target entity in the background image, for example, the position may be the middle, middle lower part, and the like of the background image. Illustratively, different character positions can be set for different asset types, for example, when the asset type is a children video, a character can be placed on one side of the poster, and when the asset type is a movie play, the character can be placed in the center of the poster.
In some embodiments, after the synthesis module obtains the poster according to the integration rule, the synthesis module can also send the poster to the beautification module.
In some embodiments, the beautification module is configured to perform the retouching and the adjusting on the poster generated by the synthesis module according to a preset beautification rule. For example, the beautification rules may include adjusting the color distribution of the promotional poster to make the promotional poster more gentle and aesthetically pleasing.
After a plurality of medium resource posters are generated for one medium resource according to the embodiment, a video poster set of the medium resource can be generated, each poster can generate a label set, and the labels in the label set can be used for representing the characteristics of the background image, the characteristics of the main body object and the characteristics determined when the background image and the main body object are integrated, such as the character area position, the main body position and the like.
According to the embodiment, after being processed by a plurality of modules of the poster generation system, a plurality of posters can be generated for one piece of media asset, the posters are stored in media asset data corresponding to the media asset ID of the media asset, and then the media asset data containing the posters are stored in the media asset information storage system for display when the media asset is recommended. Each poster can be provided with a tag group, tags of foreground images and tags of background images are integrated, and tags determined during poster synthesis are integrated, so that the tag group of the poster can represent features of the foreground images, the features of the background images and features of a synthesis mode of the foreground images and the background images of the poster, and the features of the synthesis mode can include character area positions, main body positions and the like.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, which are schematic diagrams of poster composition according to some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, two posters can be generated by combining two materials with different resolutions for the same image containing a target entity, so as to adapt to different recommendation scenes of media assets. For example, in a recommended scene of a horizontal screen television, the poster shown in fig. 8 can be sent to a television, and in a recommended scene of a vertical screen television, the poster shown in fig. 9 can be sent to the television, so that the poster can be adapted to the rotation state of the television no matter in the scene of the horizontal screen television or the scene of the vertical screen television, and a good poster display effect can be achieved.
In some embodiments, to recommend a poster of a medium in which a user is interested to the user, a server of the display device may construct an interest representation of the user in advance according to a historical viewing record of the medium of the user, and the interest representation may include a poster preference tag corresponding to a user id.
In some embodiments, after a user watches a piece of asset on the display device, the display device may generate a piece of asset watching record from the user id logged in the display device, the asset id of the asset watched by the user, and the asset poster of the asset id, and send the asset watching record to the server of the display device.
In some embodiments, the server of the display device may analyze a plurality of media asset viewing records of the same user id over a period of time, and the analysis method includes: and acquiring a media asset id in the media asset watching record and a media asset poster in the media asset watching record, and acquiring a tag of the media asset poster according to the media asset id.
In some embodiments, a server of the display device may count tags of media asset posters corresponding to multiple media asset viewing records of the same user id over a period of time, and generate a first tag group including multiple poster preference notes by using tags with relatively high frequency as poster preference tags of the user. For example, the poster preference tag may include a warm tone, a text center. Each poster of the asset may be provided with a second set of tags, which may include all tags of that poster.
In some embodiments, weights may also be set for tags in the first tag group according to the tag type. Illustratively, the weights may be set according to the frequency with which the tags appear in the asset viewing record.
In some embodiments, the server of the display device may count tags of multiple pieces of media asset viewing records of the same user id within a period of time, and generate a tag group including multiple media asset preference notes by using the tags whose occurrence frequency exceeds a threshold as media asset preference tags of the user. Illustratively, the media asset preference tag may include a modern, actor XX.
In some embodiments, the user's poster preference tags and asset preference tags may be stored as user data in a user database in a server.
In some embodiments, the server of the display device may recommend a personalized poster for each asset to the user after obtaining the user's poster preference tags and the poster tags for the asset.
In some embodiments, a method for a server of a display device to recommend a personalized poster for a user may be seen in fig. 10, which is a timing diagram of poster distribution according to some embodiments.
As shown in fig. 10, the server of the display device may further include a terminal-oriented subsystem. The terminal-oriented subsystem may interact with the terminal, i.e., the television, and interact with other servers to generate data back to the terminal.
In some embodiments, after the user enters the interface of the video-on-demand program shown in fig. 5 or another media asset recommendation scenario, the display device may send a media asset recommendation request to the terminal-oriented subsystem, where the media asset recommendation request may include a user id of the display device currently logged in, terminal information, and interface information, where the terminal information may include hardware information and software information of the terminal, the hardware information may include a model of a television, the software information may include a software version of the video-on-demand program, and the interface information may include identification information of a current interface of the terminal.
In some embodiments, after receiving the media asset recommendation request, the terminal-oriented subsystem may extract the user id, the terminal information, and the interface information from the media asset recommendation request, and screen a target media asset to be recommended to the user from the media asset library according to a preset media asset recommendation rule. Illustratively, one preset media asset recommendation rule is to select, according to a media asset preference tag of a user, a media asset whose tag is consistent with the media asset preference tag from a media asset library as a target media asset.
In some embodiments, the terminal-oriented subsystem may search the user database for the poster preference tag corresponding to the user id according to the user id extracted from the media asset recommendation request.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the target medium, the terminal-oriented subsystem may match the first tag group of the user with tags of posters of the target medium, calculate the number of tags of the poster preference tags of the user and tags of each poster, and use the number of tag coincidences as a matching degree. And taking the poster with the maximum matching degree, namely the number of superposed labels, as the target poster of the target medium. After obtaining the target poster of the target media asset, the terminal-oriented subsystem can generate recommendation data of the target media asset, wherein the media asset recommendation data can comprise a plurality of pieces of media asset data of the target media asset, and the media asset data can comprise data such as the poster, the title, the media asset ID and the like.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the target asset, the terminal-oriented subsystem may match the first tag group of the user with tags of posters of the target asset, calculate the number of tags overlapping the poster preference tag of the user with the tag of each poster, calculate the weight of the overlapping tags in the first tag group, and use the product of the number of overlapping tags and the weight thereof as the matching degree of the first tag group and the second tag group. And taking the poster with the maximum matching degree as a target poster of the target medium. After obtaining the target poster of the target media asset, the terminal-oriented subsystem can generate media asset recommendation data of the target media asset, wherein the media asset recommendation data can comprise a plurality of pieces of media asset data of the target media asset, and the media asset data can comprise data such as the poster, a title, a media asset ID and the like.
For example, if the weight of the actor a tag is the greatest in the first tag group, the actor a tag may be searched for in a second tag group of the posters of the target asset, and the poster containing the tag may be used as the target poster of the target asset, and if there are multiple posters containing the actor a tag, a target poster may be determined according to the matching of the other tags of the first tag group and the tags of the second tag group; if the weight of the comedy label is the largest in the first label group, searching the comedy label in the second label group of each poster of the target medium asset, and taking the poster containing the label as the target poster of the target medium asset; if the weight of the main information centered tag is the largest in the first tag group compared with the other main information position tags, the poster in which the main information centered tag is included in the second tag group can be selected as the target poster.
In some embodiments, the terminal-oriented subsystem may generate interface data of a media asset recommendation page according to recommendation data of a plurality of target media assets and arrangement data of the media asset recommendation page corresponding to the media asset recommendation request, and then transmit the interface data of the media asset recommendation page to the display device, where the arrangement data may be determined according to terminal information and interface information in the media asset recommendation request, and includes parameters such as size, dimension, position layout, and the like of a media asset control.
In some embodiments, after receiving the interface data of the media asset recommendation page sent to the terminal subsystem, the display device may generate and display the media asset recommendation page shown in fig. 5, where a plurality of target posters of target media assets may be displayed on the media asset recommendation page. In fig. 5, asset 1, asset 2, … …, and asset 10 are all target assets screened by the terminal-oriented subsystem according to the user's asset preference tag.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, in the embodiments of the present application, a first tag group is set for each user in advance, a plurality of posters are set for each asset, and each poster is provided with a second tag group, so that after a user enters a asset recommendation page and a target asset is determined, a poster of the target asset can be screened out according to the matching degree of the first tag group and the second tag group, and is determined to be a target poster to be displayed to the user, and then data containing the target poster is sent to a terminal, so that the terminal displays the target poster. Because the target poster is obtained according to the first tag group of the user, the probability that the target poster is loved by the user is higher, the interest of the user in watching the target media asset is promoted, and the media asset popularization is promoted.

Claims (10)

1. A server, wherein the server is configured to:
receiving a media asset recommendation request from a terminal;
responding to the media asset recommendation request, and acquiring target media assets corresponding to the media asset recommendation request;
acquiring a first tag group corresponding to the user identifier in the media asset recommendation request, and acquiring a second tag group of a plurality of posters of the target media asset;
calculating the matching degree of the first tag group and the second tag group of each poster, screening one poster from the plurality of posters of the target medium asset as a target poster according to the matching degree, and generating interface data of a medium asset recommendation page containing the target poster;
and sending interface data of the media asset recommendation page to the terminal, wherein the interface data comprises data of a media asset control used for displaying the target poster.
2. The server according to claim 1, wherein obtaining the first tag group corresponding to the user identifier in the media asset recommendation request comprises:
extracting a user identifier from the media asset recommendation request;
and acquiring a first tag group corresponding to the user identifier from a user database, wherein the server acquires a historical media asset watching record of the user identifier in advance for the first tag group, and the first tag group is generated according to a poster tag of a media asset corresponding to the historical media asset watching record.
3. The server of claim 1, wherein calculating the degree of match of the first set of tags to the second set of tags for each poster comprises:
and calculating the number of the overlapped tags of the first tag group and the second tag group of each poster, and determining the number of the overlapped tags as the matching degree of the first tag group and the second tag group.
4. The server of claim 1, wherein calculating the degree of match of the first set of tags to the second set of tags for each poster comprises:
and calculating the number of the overlapped tags of the first tag group and the second tag group of each poster and the weight of the overlapped tags in the first tag group, and taking the product of the number of the overlapped tags and the weight thereof as the matching degree of the first tag group and the second tag group.
5. The server of claim 1, wherein obtaining the target asset corresponding to the asset recommendation request comprises:
acquiring historical media asset watching records corresponding to the user identification in the media asset recommendation request;
and determining target media assets according to the media asset tags of the media assets corresponding to the historical media asset watching records.
6. The server of claim 1, wherein obtaining the second set of tags for each poster of the target asset comprises:
acquiring the media asset data of the target media asset according to the media asset identification of the target media asset;
and acquiring a second tag group of each poster from the media data, wherein the second tag group is generated by the server according to the characteristics of the foreground image and the background image of the poster and the characteristics of the synthesis mode of the foreground image and the background image when the poster is generated in advance.
7. The server of claim 1, wherein the generating interface data for a funding recommendation page containing the target poster includes:
generating data of a media asset control according to the media asset poster of the target media asset, wherein the media asset control is configured to display the target poster;
and generating interface data of the media asset recommendation page according to the arrangement data of the media asset recommendation page corresponding to the media asset recommendation request and the data of the media asset control.
8. The server according to claim 1, wherein the step of screening out one poster from a plurality of posters of the target medium as a target poster according to the matching degree comprises:
and taking the poster with the highest matching degree as the target poster of the target medium.
9. A poster dispensing method, comprising:
receiving a media asset recommendation request from a terminal;
responding to the media asset recommendation request, and acquiring target media assets corresponding to the media asset recommendation request;
acquiring a first tag group corresponding to the user identifier in the media asset recommendation request, and acquiring a second tag group of a plurality of posters of the target media asset;
calculating the matching degree of the first tag group and the second tag group of each poster, screening one poster from the plurality of posters of the target medium asset as a target poster according to the matching degree, and generating interface data of a medium asset recommendation page containing the target poster;
and sending interface data of the media asset recommendation page to the terminal, wherein the interface data comprises data of a media asset control used for displaying the target poster.
10. The poster distribution method of claim 9, wherein obtaining the first set of tags corresponding to the user identification in the media recommendation request comprises:
extracting a user identifier from the media asset recommendation request;
and acquiring a first tag group corresponding to the user identifier from a user database, wherein the first tag group is generated by acquiring a historical media asset watching record of the user identifier in advance by a server and generating poster tags of media assets corresponding to the historical media asset watching record.
