本发明公开了一种可排气长寿命万向节,包括十字轴,所述十字轴的轴颈上设置有滚针轴承,该滚针轴承的轴承外圈口部内侧安装有油封,滚针轴承的轴承外圈口部有有防尘罩,滚针挡圈设于滚针与油封之间,滚针轴承远离防尘罩的一侧与轴承外圈的内壁之间设置垫片,所述轴承外圈的口部靠近油封的一侧设置轴承外圈内槽,轴承外圈的口部外侧开设轴承外圈外槽;所述防尘罩的外端部设有防尘罩外唇口,防尘罩的内端部设有防尘罩内唇口。本发明有效解决了万向节内部排气难问题,通过密封件结构设置、轴承外圈内圆的配合设计、轴承外圈内槽的配合、防尘罩空腔的设置几个方面相结合,形成排气微通道,可以使得万向节内部多余的气体通过微通道排出。

本发明涉及万向节的领域,具体涉及一种可排气长寿命万向节。
背景技术
万向节是汽车上的一个很重要关节部件,万向节与传动轴组合,以实现不同方向的轴动力输出。常见的万向节一般包括十字轴、套在十字轴轴颈上的滚针轴承,滚针轴承的外端封闭、内端开口,开口处设有密封圈。十字轴万向节在工作过程中需要传递动力,在动力传递过程中万向节由于角速度的影响受力运动复杂,既有径向作用力,又有轴向力作用,其最大的作用力为十字轴产生静扭转力,通常在使用过程中十字轴万向节上轴颈与轴承內复圆接触,十字轴端面与轴承底面接触,在运动过程中受到的载荷不均匀,从而导致万向节磨损严重而失效,使用寿命较短。
现有技术专利公开号CN110043570A公开了一种可排气且无漏油的长寿命万向节,主要是在油封内开有连通轴承内部与外界的排气槽,用于将轴承内部产生的气体向外界排出。但该发明在油封内开有弯曲的排气槽,制造难度大。
现有技术公开号CN104696380A公开了一种长寿命十字轴万向节,十字轴本体和轴臂为一体式结构,轴臂包括轴颈与台肩,轴颈通过台肩与十字轴本体连接,轴颈的外侧面为锥面,轴颈根部的直径大于轴颈外端的直径,滚针轴承的开口端内侧设有密封圈,密封圈的内侧与台肩表面贴合接触,滚针轴承的开口端端部设有防尘圈,具有密封性能好,未考虑到轴承中滚针与轴承外圈内壁接触的影响。
现有技术公开号CN111442033A涉及一种用于降低万向节应力集中的十字轴总成,轴套滚道上设有与轴套滚道呈一体化内凹的轴套中间部微弧形槽,轴套中间部微弧形槽与压缩弹垫间设有轴套近根部微弧形槽。具有结构紧凑、运行稳定性好和使用周期长的特点。以期解决应力集中的问题。避免出现压痕、烧结、疲劳剥落及滚针的断裂、缺损等失效的发生,提高了十字轴总成的使用寿命。
总的来说,现有的长寿命万向节结构主要存在以下缺陷:
1、万向节装配后内部存在一定空气,难以排出,或改进后在油封内开有弯曲的排气槽,但制造难度大;
2、轴承外圈外口部为倒角,存在锐边,使用时防尘罩橡胶部分磨损快,密封系统失效发生早,导致万向节寿命下降;
3、轴承外圈内圆与滚针接触面存在锐边,容易应力集中,导致早期磨损与松旷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种可排气长寿命万向节,可排气长寿命,同时也容易制造,装配方便,解决了万向节内部排气难问题,同时提升万向节使用寿命。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种可排气长寿命万向节,包括十字轴,所述十字轴的轴颈上设置有滚针轴承,该滚针轴承的轴承外圈口部内侧安装有油封,滚针轴承的轴承外圈口部有有防尘罩,滚针挡圈设于滚针与油封之间,滚针轴承远离防尘罩的一侧与轴承外圈的内壁之间设置垫片,所述轴承外圈的口部靠近油封的一侧设置轴承外圈内槽,轴承外圈的口部外侧开设轴承外圈外槽;所述油封与十字轴轴颈过盈配合,油封靠近轴承外圈的一侧设有油封骨架,油封骨架的口部外翻形成骨架外翻部,骨架外翻部卡入轴承外圈内槽中将油封定位固定;所述防尘罩的外端部设有防尘罩外唇口,防尘罩外唇口嵌入轴承外圈外槽内将防尘罩固定,防尘罩的内端部设有防尘罩内唇口,防尘罩内唇口与骨架外翻部过盈配合形成密封,防尘罩的内壁与轴承外圈的口部接触位置处设置防尘罩空腔。
作为优选的技术方案,所述油封骨架外圆与轴承外圈内圆面间隙配合,在轴承外圈内槽与防尘罩空腔之间形成排气通道。
作为优选的技术方案,所述轴承外圈内圆面上设有凸度,凸度量a为10′~60′,凸度长度L为0.2~2mm。
作为优选的技术方案,所述油封骨架上设有凸起,凸起与轴承外圈内圆面过盈配合,,油封骨架上凸起的数量根据产品大小定。
作为优选的技术方案,所述轴承外圈口部的内侧和外侧均设置圆角。
作为优选的技术方案,所述滚针轴承采用圆角滚针。
作为优选的技术方案,所述油封采用预紧式油封结构。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、解决了万向节内部排气难问题,通过密封件结构设置、轴承外圈内圆的配合设计、轴承外圈内槽的配合、防尘罩空腔的设置几个方面相结合,形成排气微通道,可以使得万向节内部多余的气体通过微通道排出,同时外部的异物不能通过排气微通道进入万向节内部,为万向节内部润滑提供了较好的环境;
2、防尘罩在使用中,是万向节总成中薄弱环节,容易早期失效,对轴承外圈口部的倒角改进为R圆角,可大大改善防尘罩的配合磨损,延长使用寿命;
3、对轴承内圆面边缘处凸度设计,避免轴承内圆与滚针接触存在锐边容易引起应力集中问题。

实施例:如附图1所示,这种可排气长寿命万向节,包括十字轴1,所述十字轴1的轴颈上设置有滚针轴承2,该滚针轴承2的轴承外圈3口部内侧安装有油封4,该滚针轴承2的轴承外圈3口部有防尘罩7,滚针挡圈5设于滚针与油封4之间,滚针轴承2远离防尘罩7的一侧与轴承外圈3的内壁之间设置垫片6,所述轴承外圈3的口部靠近油封4的一侧开设轴承外圈内槽3-1,轴承外圈3的口部外侧开设轴承外圈外槽3-2;所述油封4与十字轴1轴颈过盈配合,油封4靠近轴承外圈3的一侧设有油封骨架4-1,油封骨架4-1的口部外翻形成骨架外翻部4-2,骨架外翻部4-2卡入轴承外圈内槽3-1中将油封4定位固定。参考附图6,防尘罩7的外端部设有防尘罩外唇口7-1,防尘罩外唇口7-1嵌入轴承外圈外槽3-2内将防尘罩7固定,防尘罩7的内端部设有防尘罩内唇口7-2,防尘罩内唇口7-2顶在骨架外翻部4-2上,二者过盈配合形成密封,防尘罩7内壁与轴承外圈3的口部间隙配合形成防尘罩空腔7-3。
如图2所示,油封骨架4-1外圈与轴承外圈内圆面3-3间隙配合,在轴承外圈内槽3-1与防尘罩空腔7-3之间形成排气微通道。可以使得万向节内部多余的气体通过微通道排出,同时外部的异物不能通过排气微通道进入万向节内部,为万向节内部润滑提供了较好的环境。
如图4所示,轴承外圈内圆面3-3上设有凸度3-4,凸度量a为10′~60′,凸度长度L为0.2~2mm。避免轴承内圆与滚针接触存在锐边容易引起应力集中问题。
如图5所示,油封骨架4-1上设有凸起4-3,凸起4-3与轴承外圈内圆面3-3过盈配合,凸起的数量根据产品实际需求设置。优选的,所述油封4可结合现有技术中预紧式油封配合使用,以取得更好的密封效果。
如图3所示,轴承外圈3口部的内侧和外侧均设置圆角3-5,可实现减缓防尘罩的磨损,延长防尘罩的使用寿命。
优选地,所述滚针轴承2采用圆角滚针,可降低轴承外圈内圆锐角处与滚针的接触应力,延长使用寿命。所述油封4采用预紧式油封结构,以取得更好的密封效果。
本发明有效解决了万向节内部排气难问题,通过密封件结构设置、轴承外圈内圆的配合设计、轴承外圈内槽的配合、防尘罩空腔的设置几个方面相结合,形成排气微通道,可以使得万向节内部多余的气体通过微通道排出,同时外部的异物不能通过排气微通道进入万向节内部,为万向节内部润滑提供了较好的环境;防尘罩在使用中,是万向节总成中薄弱环节,容易早期失效,对轴承外圈口部的倒角改进为R圆角,可大大改善防尘罩的配合磨损,延长使用寿命;对轴承内圆面边缘处凸度设计,避免轴承内圆与滚针接触存在锐边容易引起应力集中问题。

1.一种可排气长寿命万向节,包括十字轴(1),所述十字轴(1)的轴颈上设置有滚针轴承(2),该滚针轴承(2)的轴承外圈(3)口部内侧安装有油封(4),滚针轴承(2)的轴承外圈(3)口部有防尘罩(7),滚针挡圈(5)设于滚针与油封(4)之间,滚针轴承(2)远离防尘罩(7)的一侧与轴承外圈(3)的内壁之间设置垫片(6),其特征在于:所述轴承外圈(3)的口部靠近油封(4)的一侧设置轴承外圈内槽(3-1),轴承外圈(3)的口部外侧设置轴承外圈外槽(3-2);所述油封(4)与十字轴(1)轴颈过盈配合,油封(4)靠近轴承外圈(3)的一侧设有油封骨架(4-1),油封骨架(4-1)的口部外翻形成骨架外翻部(4-2),骨架外翻部(4-2)卡入轴承外圈内槽(3-1)中将油封(4)定位固定;所述防尘罩(7)的外端部设有防尘罩外唇口(7-1),防尘罩外唇口(7-1)嵌入轴承外圈外槽(3-2)内将防尘罩(7)固定,防尘罩(7)的内端部设有防尘罩内唇口(7-2),防尘罩内唇口(7-2)与骨架外翻部(4-2)过盈配合形成密封,防尘罩(7)的内壁与轴承外圈(3)的口部接触位置处设置防尘罩空腔(7-3)。

4.根据权利要求2所述的可排气长寿命万向节,其特征在于:所述油封骨架(4-1)上设有凸起(4-3),凸起(4-3)与轴承外圈内圆面(3-3)过盈配合,油封骨架上凸起的数量根据产品大小定。
